In 2024 had expensive repair to valves in sprinkler system only to have to call back as leak recurred. In 2025 I was given an estimate of $800, apparently technician Mike found other problems with sprinkler system which he repaired without advising me of change to estimate. Got a bill for $2200. Owner Gary was honest in admitting to issues with the way the job was handled and fairly settled the price with me. However, Water Works never submitted my backflow Inspection to my water company. After call to office and speaking to owner's wife, I was assured it would be taken care of. Fast forward to a year later, and water district fined me $250 for not having the report submitted. Multiple calls and texts to Water Works went unanswered. Stay away from this company.

I did not realized that I did not have any money or my wallet with me until after I asked for the parts that I needed. The gentleman behind the counter told me not to worry. He gave me these parts at no charge. Now, these parts would not have cost more than a few dollars but, It was refreshing to go to a business that cares about their customers. This was helpful in choosing pool liner and patio colors. We had a brand new pool installed in 2021. They turned our backyard into a paradise. The whole process was completely smooth and hassle-free (from dig, build, leveling, patio, slide, fire-pit, and waterfall installation. The communication on this project was excellent. I never felt unsure of what was happening and what to expect. Every single person that worked on the project was hardworking, knowledgeable, and professional. As a side benefit, we also found everyone to be friendly and very willing to give advice and recommendations. We appreciated this because we are new to pool ownership. They use a software called Basecamp to manage the project with all pictures, files, and people working on the project. This keeps things so organized. We had just a few items in a final punch list and those were handled in a timely fashion. Extra shoutout to John Burns who helped us with our beautiful patio and landscaping suggestions. Mike & Robert were on point. Once a appointment was made, they arrived on time & the service was dead on. They power vac & scrubbed my pool till it was perfect.
