We were one of the first ones to use Lazy Susan's when they launched. Unfortunately, they sold out to a corporate conglomerate recently and the quality of the cleanings went downhill (ByNext - take a look at their 2.0 Yelp rating to get an idea of what others have experienced). The last straw was when a cleaner thought she was Marie Kondo; instead of cleaning, she took it upon herself to organize, damaging items in the process. Despite the fact that we spent over $10,000 a year with them, Lazy Susans has done nothing to address the damage. So if you are thinking of hiring them, think about this first; we were a fairly large corporate account, but they couldn't be bothered to even give us the courtesy of a phone call. It was very easy to book an appointment online for the day and time that I wanted and they have a very generous cancellation policy. In addition, I was able to specify that they bring their own cleaning supplies at no extra charge. The work they did exceeded my expectations in that they were very thorough and left everything sparkling clean. Our son's apartment was left as a dirty, filthy mess by his ex wife. We hired Lazy Susan's to do a deep cleaning. We paid for extras such as oven, refrigerator, kitchen cabinets and wall cleaning. The price was very reasonable for 10.5 hours of cleaning. The apt was immaculate when we returned after the cleaning. The racks in the oven looked like new ( they were black and had plastic melted on it). The walls had food and dirt on them and it was scrubbed clean. It was transformed. Here's the short of what happened: - The cleaner arrived late (no text or call to say they were running behind) - The cleaner didn't have all of the supplies they needed and complained about me not having them - After explaining what I needed done, the cleaner complained and said it was too much for such a late appointment (4 PM) and that she was calling to get another cleaner to come join her - I left shortly after to get out of her way and let her work - I came back when she (or they--I'm not sure if she called for backup) finished, and to my disappointment, the floors were still dirty, my entertainment and office areas were still dusty, and it just didn't smell clean. We hired Lazy Susan's and paid extra for a deep cleaning and baseboard cleaning. Our cleaning person did a decent job for a standard cleaning that we have had with other companies for about $150. Unfortunately this was $500 and not worth the price at all. Really disappointed. Do not pay for anything more than a standard cleaning. Yes the owner of the company offered to have the cleaner come back. Given my work and childcare schedule, this was a near impossibility. We booked an end of lease cleaning for a 1 bedroom apartment with extras added for cleaning the oven and the baseboards with about 1 week notice. When we went back to check on the apartment before handing back our keys (fully expecting to have to do some touch up cleaning) we literally gasped - the cleaner (or team - we didn't meet them) had done a brilliant job. It looked exactly as it had done (maybe even cleaner) when we moved in over 3 years ago. Our couch was still in the apartment and they had moved it to clean under it. They had also reached lots of places I didn't expect them too (top of fridge, sides of washing machine, etc). I'm still amazed. We could not have been more impressed with the service AND the price (less than $300 including tip and taxes). Hired Lazy to clean my 2-bedroom apartment AND clean inside the oven. It was a 3.5 hour job (2.5 for the 2-bedroom and an extra hour for the oven according to the website). Jenny spent 3.5 hours ... but did not clean inside the oven which I paid $40 extra for. OK, not a big deal because I was interested in working with Lazy on a biweekly agreement. So I simply contacted Lazy just to get it sorted out. Let's just get the oven cleaned next time or get a credit. Michael (the owner) instead acted like Verizon customer service and spent the afternoon going back and forth with me on emails explaining that because Jenny still spent 3.5 hours in my apartment, that I would not get a credit ... or a refund ... or my oven cleaned "next" time. Look, I did not tell Jenny to spend extra time in my kitchen or bathroom. I paid Jenny, Michael and Lazy to clean my entire apartment AND inside my oven. Spending more time hanging out in my apartment doesn't deserve extra credit. Parkinson's Law: Work expands to fill the time allotted for its completion. Jenny managed her time incorrectly (as acknowledged by Frankie (sp?) when we spoke over the phone). And I had to pay for it. Rest of the apartment looks nice. They misunderstood several requests or just chose to ignore them. They also weren't very thorough in their cleaning. The cleaners left an hour earlier than what I had paid for. I've never had a someone come clean my apartment before in my life and they made it so seamless. Each cleaner who came was professional friendly on time and very detailed. Told them cleaning was sub-par, asked for a re-clean (per their policy) and they basically refused. Told me the cleaner said my apartment was "dirty." Said to me, verbatim - "What are we going to re-clean if you already cleaned it yourself?" Just stunned by the level of incompetence. BE CAREFUL!! I rented out my apartment during COVID and needed a deep clean... I decided to hire this company because I wanted to make sure I received a professional deep cleaning. Look at these photos!!! I spent $528 and came home to this! The floors are still bad! They must have skipped behind the toilet, they could have either hung the dresses up or at least folded them on the chair, anyone in their right mind would have gathered the contact lenses and put them in the cabinet and lined up the products on the shelf. The toothpaste holder wasn't even touched, if it had been they would have noticed it needed to be cleaned. There was luggage on the floor that they didn't touch because when I got home, I picked it up and there was mouse poop on the floor underneath it. They didn't even try to organize or wipe down the top of the fridge. If they would have even touched the top of the fridge they would have realized there was an empty soda box on it. I asked the women to empty the fridge completely and throw everything out. They didn't! Still tons of food (mostly expired). Here's a Bobby pin in the baseboard and what looks like a dime on the floor. There are books on the table in separate piles and a bookshelf in the back that they couldn't comprehend putting them on? I asked for a deep clean... I would assume that would include between the sink and the bathtub which is a problem area and one of the reasons I called in the first place. I sent these photos and they offered to have someone come out and fix the problem but I left town the following day. They refused to have someone come out when I get back in town and the obviously extremely unethical owner offered me a $30 refund!!! Does this look like a $500 cleaning job!!! Im convinced this business is a scam. You pay up front and they outsource random people with no real experience in cleaning and the policy says NO REFUND. BE CAREFUL!!!! read more

I was excited to use Lazy Susans cleaning service as the reviews were all very good. The process to book was very easy and both the chat agents and the phone agents were quick and responsive. I chose a move/in out package with additional add on for additional closets in the apartment. The entire apartment was empty - no furniture as we were moving in on Tuesday. Lazy Susan sent 2 women - who arrived promptly on the Sunday morning before the move. We gave them our number and told us to call when done. Just a couple of minutes to 1pm, they called. The space is small so I didn't think they'd need the whole 8 hours that was quoted on the website at the time of booking but I surely thought it would take more than 4 hours as the place had a lot of dirt/grime to get out. Anyway, upon entrance it looked good on the surface and smelled good. One of the very noticeable paint splatters on the wood floor in the living room was cleaned and the majority of the rust on the stainless steel refrigerator was taken off. Again on the surface everything looked fine. On Tuesday when we moved in is when I noticed issues with the clean. The biggest one was inside the kitchen cabinets. All the hinges inside were still dirty, and I passed along a rag with Fantastic Spray, it came up dirty still and with dead bugs - and those bugs you can tell were dead a while which means the cleaning crew did not thoroughly clean the cabinets through. The stove had some spots of paint splatter that I feel could have been scraped off if done correctly - which I did end up doing myself The top of the mirror in the bathroom where the light bulbs are was not cleaned at all. There was stuff that needed to be swept on either side of the vanity in the bathroom that was not swept. We still tipped the women because they did perform a service after all. But for $490 I expected a more thorough, deep clean for a move in package. There is a commitment by the company that if we are not satisfied with our clean to contact within 48 hours but as it was Tuesday afternoon, that time frame had passed. Our move in general had been very stressful and having them return while we are now actively moving things in and having our kids running around would have been an inconvenience . Wow! This team is really on top of it. I had planned to come into the city to flip my apartment for next guests, but when my toddler got sick I needed to quickly change my plans. It was super easy to book on their website. They checked in about some time flexibility and came through the next day. They used the lock box, I didn't have to lift a finger! My mom stopped by shortly after the clean to make the beds and retrieve packages and the team had already brought in the packages! The place was sparkling. My wife an I moved on the beginning of September 2022 to a new 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment and looked for a cleaning company , based on the google review that we saw we decided to give them a call, we spoke with a nice lady and explained her that the unit was painted and we want to make sure we will get deep cleaning service, she told us that we need to order Move in/ Move out Cleaning Package, we also ask them to bring a vacuum cleaner and the asked for additional $25 , the total came to be $604.23, for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 830 Sqft unit, on the day of the appointment a nice lady came with her son that looks like he is 12 or 13 years old, when I asked who is he she told us he is the 2nd person, I immediately called the company and told her that I am not willing to have a minor working in my house , the lady in the office that was the same lady that we spoke when we placed the order and then she became nasty , she said that they the 2nd person came but had to leave and this is what she can do, I told her that no one came because I was the one the opened the door for the lady and her son and she hung up , I called again and told her I want the 2nd person in now, and she said she will be checking, while we are waiting for a call back (it was around 4am , the cleaning was scheduled for 3pm my wife start getting text message from 2 different phones saying it the cleaning lady that is working in the apartment and she will be ok and the apartment will be left cleaned , (I uploaded some of those so you can), there were 2 other call and around 7:30pm another lady actual came and joined the 1st lady, so far a terrible experience but this is only the good part, when I pay for a vacuum I assume they will come with a vacuum to vacuum everything , they only vacuum floors, nothing else, many area's left dirty, with spider webs and etc, (you can see the vacuum photo ) , cleaning supplies ? both lady's had some dirty rags and one bottle of spray that they used for everting , I am crazy to ask for bleach cleaner for the toilet based on lazy Susan yes, that one spray does it all, This is what we got on an email : MOVE IN/OUT CLEANING PACKAGE: These are a deep clean and price include-Cleaning common areas such as kitchen and living areas (for additional bedrooms, bathrooms, office, basement, etc select additional in Question 3 extra's) -cleaning inside the refrigerator and freezer - poorly done -cleaning inside the oven - poorly done -inside microwave - not don't -cleaning inside of windows - not don't -cleaning inside of kitchen cabinets - poorly done -removable scuff marks from walls - poorly done -removable scuff marks from baseboard - not done -inside bedroom closets (standard 2 closets) - not done -ceiling fans (customer must provide step ladder) - not done and we provided an OSHA APPROVED ladder -includes cleaning supplies - 1 bottle of spray Both ladies left until about 9pm ,did a very poor job there was not a big difference between the before and the after, The following day I call Lazy susan and ask them nicely that if the till refund us 50% we will be willing to settle, they hung up and email my wife and email that start with "My operations person just sent me this, "The husband of Nirly is threatening us now Michael, that he will file a case against us". Until today I am trying to get a hold of Michael and I don't even think he existing I think that lady that answer the calls is the owner, they also said that then can send someone for 15 minutes for additional cleaning, what a joke, I would never want anything or anyone from this company stepping at my apartment , this company is a complete scam, maybe for $200 they do a decent cleaning but for $600 they did almost nothing, I am waiting now to their comments but for all of you potential costumes, take a look at the photos and the screenshots and think before you do any business with this firm read more

They do a consistently great job, I have yet to have a guest complain, and I have checked their work many times and it is always excellent. We booked a "deep clean" with Lazy Susans for the first time for over $400, which turns out just means the cleaner stays an extra 1.5 hours. If you want them to clean the microwave, baseboards, closet, even the outside of the fridge you have to select those separately and it adds to the cost. The woman came for 4 hours, and then had her son help for 1.5 which added to the 5.5 we paid for. When we reached out to the company confused why she left early and didn't deep clean (items were still dusty such as a desk's top and bedside items for example), the Director sent the rudest emails we've ever received from a cleaning company. Rather than politely walk us through and explain, he abrasively came at us to the point that we dropped it since it wasn't worth the stress and hassle. Never using again. read more
