    I love driving from downtown to Lisle in rush hour traffic only to be told before I was supposed to see the car that it was sold. Once again, we have yet another used car dealer living up to their age old reputation of being scum. I made sure I was within 5 minutes of their dealership at least 45 minutes before I was supposed to be there and then the email came......"car was just sold." Mind you, 2 hours before that the salesperson said it was "in the paint shop" and he would "call me when it gets back from the paint shop" Here is the car inside their showroom before it went to the "paint shop" When I asked why would the car be in the paint shop when it's being advertised INSIDE their showroom and it looked great? Hey, things happen and maybe someone hit it when moving a car inside the showroom or whatever, when I got 'Crickets' when I asked that question........Now today, the day after I was told the car was sold, it's still up on Autotrader. Never again. Next. To the owner, Angela, who responded, and without an apology. She stated "there are many salesmen" blah blah and the cars sell fast....." I don't care, he should HAVE CALLED! HE KNEW I WAS ON MY WAY FROM DOWNTOWN! HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL!! I God knows they called me a millions times enough they got my phone number! Like I said, screw me once..... He actually did me a favor so I digress. I ended up with a 1 owner car with 34,000 original miles from another dealer, so I should be thanking him for not calling me back.

    Porsche Financial Services seriously needs to fix its online payment system. The web platform is…read moreincredibly unreliable -- every time I try to log in, the site crashes on the MFA (multi-factor authentication) page and throws repeated errors. What's worse is that they seem obsessed with pushing new "security" like "MFA" updates without ensuring that the basic functionality works. I just want to pay my bill, but their system simply won't let me log in or complete the payment. It's shocking that a luxury brand like Porsche would tolerate such a poorly engineered system and non-sense low quality engineering team. If this continues, Porsche should take full responsibility for any late fees or penalties, because customers can't pay when their own website is broken. So I was called by someone named "Jimmy" who talked me into booking an appointment for today. I told him the reason I hadn't been in there was because I couldn't afford an expensive Uber ride there and then back if I didn't get approved. He said, "we already got you approved and I have ran all your information already". I told him I spent over $600 on Ubers/Lyfts last month. He said, "that is crazy! Do not worry, we will definitely get you in a car". I told him I cannot afford to waste time and money because I need this money to get to and from work. He said he would definitely have me driving off in a vehicle. I said, did you see my credit and history? He said, "we have seen it all. We just need you to get in here and we will have you driving off in a car". He guaranteed me that as long as I got there, he would have me drive off in a vehicle. Well here I am, spending $55 dollars to get home after spending $50 to get there. And no car. They wanted $2500 down. And most of the cars they had were worn down and some had bullet holes in them. I am so devastated and I do not even know how I am going to afford to get to work and back for the next 2 weeks. This was the cruelest thing I have ever went through. To have someone use my weaknesses and struggles against me to get me into a store and then not even help me. DO NOT GO HERE! They will tell you they can help you and that you are approved and then turn you away if you don't have thousands of dollars to put down. Even after telling you that you won't need a down payment. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB IMMEDIATELY.

They claim to do a 17 point inspection on vehicles??? Called the manager to get reimbursed for the battery and here we are 2 months later still waiting on the check. Now I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB. I will never ever purchase another vehicle from this place and never would I recommend to a friend or family member.

I couldn't drive my kids to school the the next day without touching the fab to the push button. They claim they had no idea- even though they had the vehicle for 14 days. So I purchased a new battery for it. Then the tire sensor light went on. Now day 2. I then realized it had four different tires on. The locking lug nut missing on a few. Day 3- service engine soon light went on. took it to autozone to code it and it needed a new catalyst converter. We then had to drive it over an hour back to dealership to have them fix it. Yes they fixed it- but they lied about the timeline and who would be servicing it. I then went to purchase 4 all new tires since I was told how horrible it is to have different tires on an and vehicle for its suspension- it swayed horribly when I went over any bumps- and was told that all 4 tire sensors were removed/missing. Another $380 needed. This was THE worst used vehicle experience. I would NOT recommend.
