My home was terribly outdated and needed much work from adding an air conditioning system, redoing the floors and removing old carpet and putting in new wood floors. The bathrooms and kitchen needed to be re-piped, as well as installing new cabinets. I was tired of calling companies about doing a whole house renovation and feeling lost and confused and sometimes not even answered!However after meeting with LB construction & remodeling they walked me through the steps and even had a nice timeline for the whole project. Their attention to detail is impressive I know have wood flooring, granite and stainless steel everything with an extra bedroom and home office! The receptionist responded with her name and not even the company name so I had to ask if this is the right number and she responded very unkindly. Then I mentioned to her that I'd like to get the tile replaced on the fireplace, and she responds with "so you wanna replace the entire fireplace?" and I said "nope, I just want to replace the tile." And she responds that they have a minimum of $5000 and that's a pretty small job so I might as well just call somebody else. And I responded to her "well actually we do want to replace our entire kitchen and remodel some bathrooms, which is honestly very true but wanted to start off with this particular project to get started". So sad....If any other contractor is reading this please just know that people are important and sometimes if you respond too quickly in a negative way or show a little interest you might not even realize the potential you could've had. I'm just at a loss for words why it is so difficult to find quality people who take the time to listen to you and care. read more

I'm delighted to share my experience for the "promised" kitchen renovation that was proposed to be completed in 2 weeks. Like clockwork, Eran Mor and the contractors arrived timely. I was so excited to FINALLY get my dream kitchen. Amazingly, they swept the kitchen, tore out the old and removed it. The "raw" exposed muse was swept, again, and removed all evidence of debris. Reformation became the purpose of my outdated kitchen. Everyday I observed the renovation process as a progressive evolving experience. Everything was covered to minimize settling of dust while they did their thing. The contractors were committed to perfection. Eran Mor's oversight was more about a checking-in with me and making sure I was okay rather than the professional workers. The worker's expertise exceeded expectations. From top to bottom, the corners, framework, painting etc., were meticulous! The amazing execution of a perfect project was completed in less than 2 weeks. They gave more than a kitchen remodeling. The experience brought marvel to the setting and became the re-creation of my personal 'self' - me. Old habits, negativity, and thinking "life could not be done" were removed from my consciousness while the "new" celebrated reality. I have an unbelievable beautiful kitchen in less than 2 weeks. For 5 years, I hesitated to do this work. Procrastination stole my vision. I recently had a job done by LB and I'm completely satisfied with the way the house turned out. It is absolutely more stunning than what I pictured in my mind. Liran gave me a very reasonable quote, and used great quality paint throughout. The job was also done in a much faster time frame than expected so I was completely blown away by the professionalism, detail, and time it took. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Overall, our bathroom renovation project was completed ahead of schedule and the workmanship was excellent. I was pleased with the finished project and feel that I made the right choice in hiring Liran to manage the job as he envisioned what I wanted done. He spelled out what exactly they would do and what I needed to provide. When some unfavorable conditions surfaced after the demo, Liran did not upcharge for one that needed extra work and explained why a major structural fix was needed and charged a reasonable price to address the problem. I appreciated that the price quoted wasn't subject to later "surprises" along the way. For this remodel, I was responsible for purchasing many of the fixtures and finished materials which worked out fine for me as I was able to choose whatever style and finish I wanted. The one negative was a scheduling glitch resulting in him being very late for our initial meeting but otherwise everything went smoothly after that. read more

Excellent crew. I was cautious as this was my first time hiring a contractor and I know people who have had terrible experiences with contractors. But I guess I picked right with LB Construction & Remodeling. Eran, Walter, Martin and Noe were awesome. Eran talked us through the whole project, by always being available and even giving great designer advice. The whole experience was made great by the entire team. Update to the previous review: after I posted that review, the owner contacted us directly and offered to come and fix the issues with the work that had been done the next day. He did send a new crew out and in one day they were able to fix the biggest problems. However, they had offered to replace the pine trim with cedar and then changed their minds and said that that would not be possible after all. The workers also did not want to replace the cedar paneling that had been damaged but instead wanted to just cover up the damage with a 2nd piece of trim. We had to say no, we actually want the damaged paneling replaced, find a board that they could use and show them what we meant, and then they finally did it. They did give us a discount on the job which I am grateful for. I am also grateful that the owner was concerned about the quality of work done. I still would not hire them again, and am confused about how we could have had such a bad experience when every other review here is glowing, but am glad that we were able to resolve most of the issues. read more

So I've been looking to get a new sink installed and I was having trouble deciding with who and what type of sink I should get. I looked on Yelp and requested quotes from various contractors and Liran was the first one who called me. After hearing a couple others quotes and Liran's as well I went with him. We are currently located in Houston and bought a condo in San Francisco. We just made a renovation contract with David. A day after, our real estate agent lost the keys to our new condo along with an envelope with the address written on it. We only found out the situation a week after the incident and it was Saturday late afternoon. We contacted David to request him to visit the unit to examine the situation and replace the lock. He arranged all for us and provided a sense of peace while we are staying in Houston. He did all on Sunday, 5/10/20, which was a Mother's Day holiday for most of us. I live in the Central Valley area, but needed someone in the Bay Area to design an entry friendly stairway and deck for my elderly mother who is recovering from a car accident. I sort of knew what I wanted, but Liran took the time to meet with me, listen to my vision for the project, and sketch something out so we had something to work with. From there, his Team busted the work out in two days, despite the weather not cooperating. Liran communicated with me on every step of the project and delivered. I own a rental property in Oakland, and live in another State. I interviewed seven different contractors. I chose David, and his company, LB Construction, because he was the person who met with me, rather than a sales rep or project manager. He told me he had 30 crews working, but he would personally supervise my remodel, and he did. One day I texted him with a question, and he responded with a video of the progress. I had complete confidence in him. There were no budget run-ups. His crew did a good job minimizing construction impact on the small condo building where my unit is located. Remodeling a significant part of a home is a life changing project. LB Construction is well aware of this and provides the skills and people to guide you to realization of your hopes. Our much needed remodel of kitchen, bathroom, dining room and deck was creatively and considerately managed by Eran Mor as project manager.  Eran  listened to us, advised us where we were a bit flaky, and helped us get to a practical change that was much better than we had originally envisioned. Eran was the troubleshooter on the selection of materials, sharing his experience ranging from functional fit to design aesthetic - the discussions about how it would all come together were hugely valuable (you should have a bit of flex in your preconceived ideas).  Selection of cabinetry through Eran's Lowe's contact was terrific. The construction crew led by Walter showed skill in all systems (electrical, plumbing, tile, etc.), and the individual workers were very polite and friendly to have around. If there was ever a concern, they just made it good. Eran keeps a focus on value and return as well as contributing his expertise to maximize lifestyle enjoyment.  Further, the entire project proceeded with good humor! We are so pleased! Our projects are terrific for looks and usability, drawing lots of compliments. After reaching out to several contractors and not even getting a call back, we were so lucky to have found LB Construction. We had a timeline to do our complete home remodel, and they were able to start right away. David helped us with each step, from design (taking out a wall and opening up another wall to open up our view), picking out countertops and cabinets and paint colors and all the decisions we needed to make. They even fit in another remodel project in a separate unit while continuing on the main house. We absolutely love our kitchen and bathroom. They installed/refinished hardwood floors throughout the house, and they look beautiful. We are enjoying the beautiful lighting we now have from a complete rewiring of the house.
