Lame that they have to charge to do an estimate if it's insurance related. You may want to rethink charging people. Your company will make money if it's insurance related. I wish I could give you a zero rating. FYI I know the costs of remodeling too. Thanks for responding your answer is not justified. We had an appointment with Ben for 4 pm, I had to leave work early and arrange childcare for the meeting, Ben was late and never called to notify he would be late or apologized for being late. He arrived at around 4:25. He was not wearing a mask while we are in a health pandemic which made us uncomfortable and seemed unprofessional since we were wearing one out of respect and concern for his health. The meeting went ok but he was a bit condescending and had a rude tone when we were asking questions about the process as if we were expected to know construction and even asked if our other contractors had a license which they do and was an irrelevant condescending question so no we will not be going with LBC. read more

Our roof had some serious wind damage. Ben Loveridge was nice at first, but when the insurance didn't pay him fast enough, he became rude and hung up on me. Called back five minutes later, to continue being rude. The work done was adequate, but overall a terrible experience. Would not recommend. read more

We asked for a quote for a kitchen cabinet remodel. Ben was very responsive to our initial question and came out to give us a bid on the job the next day after we called. We felt that he was qualified and he gave us some good answers on how we should proceed with the project. He called a couple of days after our initial meeting to see if we had decided on a contractor. Ben gave us information about cabinet remodel that we hadn't thought of. We were trying to complete the entire project before summer vacations started and it was simply not possible with our schedule and the scope of the work. We have decided to postpone the remodel indefinitely. We appreciated Ben's honesty about costs, timing, and labor. Wow! Ben was great. I called several contractors and he was the only one who bothered to call back. We were in escrow on a house in the Del Rosa area of San Bernardino that had issues with the roof and the raised foundation. I needed a detailed inspection and an estimate for the repairs ASAP. He was able to get out there the next day. I was expecting an estimate that was going to be well over $10k-15k. Ben said he could repair both the roof and foundation for less than $5k. Unfortunately due to other required repairs the seller and I were not able to reach an agreement on a renegotiated price and we dropped out of escrow. If we end up buying in this area I will be calling Ben again. read more
