The showroom floor was remarkably clean, welcoming, and the entire staff was absolutely delightful and attentive to my family of five. The highlight of our visit was working with Whitney in the apparel section. I was searching for the highly sought-after Factory Racing hooded sweatshirt. While they didn't have it in stock, Whitney mentioned they might get a shipment the following day. Since we live in the Bay Area and were just passing through, I was disappointed that I'd miss out by just one day. Whitney immediately went above and beyond. She offered to speak with her manager about shipping it to me, created an account, took my information, and promised to follow up. True to her word, she called me the very next day to let me know they could do it! She sent a secure payment link and got the sweatshirt shipped out promptly. I am incredibly impressed with Whitney's exceptional level of service, attention to detail, and flawless follow-through. Santa Clarita HD has earned a customer for life--highly recommend this dealership!

So I returned to the Harley Dealership in the Jewel City (yeah...Glendale peeps really call it…read morethat) to pick out a new helmet, and Stacie expertly guided me through the various options. We narrowed it down to a Shoei full-face helmet (although I have a face that only a mother could love) but I was unsure between the Shoei GT-Air 3 traditional shell and the Shoei Neotec 3 modular model. Stacie pulled a few out and patiently went through all the different features. I tried them on and was impressed with Stacie's ability to avoid mocking me as I fumbled around with flipping up the chin bar on the Neotec 3 while figuring out how to lower the damn sun visor. Anyway, we decided on the Neotec 3 modular model and I think it's going to be perfect for my needs. I also ordered the Sena SRL3 Mesh Bluetooth communication system, and Matt rang me up and promised to install it when it arrived. Overall, another great customer experience at Harley-Davidson Of Jewel City (sorry, I had to). Thanks Stacie and Matt!!

When I picked up my bike over $600 later there were several NEW issues. - no key needed to start the bike. Wha??? - wires hanging out of the exhaust system - wires hanging out of the wiring harness - they didn't tune the bike. Road 10 miles and burned 50 miles of fuel. - throttle now sticks - 7. Yes SEVEN BCM error codes - bolts missing from rear fender - blown fork seals that were repaired just prior to towing to Glendale They had the nerve to try and charge me just to look at the bike to even fix all the problems they created with shoddy work. Took to a real mechanic. Cost to fix the damage they've done = $2,950.00 in labor + parts BEWARE

They have a great sales, parts and service team and popping into the shop always puts a smile on my face. The sales floor has amazing deals on gorgeous, new Suzukis, Yamahas and Triumphs. I always have to keep my wallet in check when I walk through to get to the parts department. The parts department has most of what I need when I'm wrenching away on my bikes or when I have to replace riding gear. Great selection at great prices. Gary is my man! He'll take care of you and help you find what you need. The service department is honest and fair priced! This is important these days. I've been to many shops that will overcharge you or steer you wrong. Go see Chris. He'll get your bike diagnosed and running the way it should, without you spending more than you need to. Thanks Simi Valley Cycles!

Turns out the bike needed two new tires and bearings. I thought it was due to the fact it was a big bike with wide bars. Nope. Once it was fixed at a shop I trust it turned out to handle really. And than it wouldn't start. Turned out it needed a new battery and a new solenoid and now the speedo stopped working and now the reserve gas light stays on. I bought what should have been 1,600 dollar motorcycle for almost 4,000 dollars. Ripped off. This was a gift to celebrate three years of being cancer free. I hope bad karma gets them. Worst motorcycle shop in the area. I have bought many a used bike and none have needed as much work as this. They just put band-aids on so they can sell it. BUYER BEWARE!
