This is my new go-to place for bahn mi and bahn bao. Once again, I give credit to Yelp for helping me find a great spot. Le Bledo is a shiny clean establishment where you place your orders at the counter. Service is excellent here. For our first visit we went with the chicken banh mi sandwiches. Upon an excellent bread, these were delicious with quality chicken. I also ordered a side called a deep fried banh bun. I loved this baby. Crispy with a tasty delightful filling. I hope Le Bledo's online menu is out of date because it currently does not show this item, only the steamed banh bao. Le Bledo also offers an assortment of pre-made dishes for take-out. We will be back, there's lots more food to explore here.

I've been craving a true bánh mì for months, so while I was in the area, I decided to check out Le Bledo Eatery--and they definitely did not disappoint. The bánh mì was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor, exactly what I'd been hoping for. The eatery itself is cute and cozy, making it a perfect spot to grab lunch with coworkers or friends. The service was also wonderful. The young lady who took my order was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. Although this location is a bit of a drive from where I live, it was absolutely worth it. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area again!

We had heard good things about Le Bledo and stopped by today for a casual lunch. We started off with summer rolls which were pretty great. However, what really stole the show was the bbq pork bahn mi and the bun rieu (pork and crab noodle soup). The bahn mi was on the most amazing bun, and the pork was so flavorful and juicy. I also don't eat Pho due to it being made from beef broth so I have been looking for an alternative--the bun rieu was just that! The crab was throughout the whole soup and the noodles were the perfect consistency. The pork was on the bone and very tender. The service was incredible! The server/possibly the owner saw my husband and I share our bun rieu, and offered to bring us an extra bowl and spoon so we can split our soup. So kind! I will definitely be coming back here, especially because it's pretty local to me!

Been going here for the past few years and enjoy just stopping in for a quick bite with a bowl of pho. It's more cafeteria style setting, so you order up front and the food is brought out to you. The basil and sprouts are in a bag, so definitely caters more to takeout. They have a number of prepared foods that you can grab and go. What I recently learned is they stop serving in the dining area a half hour before they close, which I found frustrating since the pho doesn't take that long to come out and I can eat it in before they close.

Dropped in based on the great reviews. We decided on crispy shrimp n pork rolls, a Rib Eye Steak and Cheese sandwich and chicken pho soup which were delicious. The chicken breast was really good. Nice traditional music in the back ground and friendly staff. Great prices and perfect for lunch.

I've only had Le Bledo for breakfast but their food looks great. I tend to order the Vietnamese coffee and empanadas. The empanadas are a nice snack size with the filling of an egg roll. I believe it's beef and it's my go to item.

I ordered Bun Thit Nuong (Vermicelli dish) with grilled pork, i LOVED the savory, fresh lemon grass forward seasonings which is not common anymore, most restuarants use oyster sauce and sugar. However, the seasonings suace was a bit sour for my taste but the sauce was not needed since the pork was very flavorful.

What an amazing authentic Vietnamese hidden gem! Food is delicious, service is fast and friendly, and there's lots of seating inside. Prices are very justified for how delicious and authentic the food is! Definitely will be our go-to for Vietnamese food cravings.

Almost never venture out to Springfield, but Kaiser sent us out there. Wanted to check out this Viet deli /restaurant on way home. The display of to-go snacks was fun to pursue, lots of yummy treats. We decided to order from menu, veggie Banh mi and bun rieu with Che for dessert. All was good, not deli cheap prices but reasonable. Nice spot for easy carry out Viet food.

Consistently good broth and fast service. Mini market of other Vietnamese foods and dessert. All very well prepared and delicious. Ample seating and staff does not rush the customer out the door.

The cuisine was exceptionally flavorful and artfully presented. The establishment authentically captures the essence of Southeast Asian culture. The service was exemplary, and the staff demonstrated remarkable hospitality.

Pick 2, pho and banh mi

I'm picky about pho, as I always compare it to my mom's or my own. This place has fantastic pho! I also love they have an option for a pick 2, which is perfect to have a little banh mi and a small bowl of pho. They also have some pre-made Viet snacks and small dishes to buy as well. Nice spot with fast service and fresh ingredients.

Unfortunately, the service and overall experience made this visit more frustrating than enjoyable. The ordering system relies on large self-serve screens which would be fine if the interface were clear. Several items weren't explained well, and it was hard to tell exactly what I was selecting. I tried to get assistance, but the staff member on duty had headphones in and was watching something on his phone. Even after waving to get his attention, he didn't notice. When my food finally came out, it was delivered to the wrong table before making it's way back to me. The food isn't bad but it's more of a fast food style and I wish it were fresh. Overall, I won't be rushing back. Not because of the food but because the service and ordering process made the visit more stressful than it needed to be.

My sister got the Mango Snow- SO GOOD. A customer recommended we try the Biscoff cream. Sis found it too sweet and I found it good and sweet. It's not on the menu behind the counter, but they'll know what you mean. You should try it. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and well-lit with booths and tables. I liked how at the get-go they gave me a full set of silverware and chopsticks swaddled in a napkin. The crispy 1. Chả Giò spring rolls with ground pork and crab were excellent. I especially liked that they provided two dipping sauce for the spring rolls. One sauce was sweet and the other was tart with fish sauce flavor. I liked both sauces equally. For my entrée, I ordered the 24. Cơm Sườn Chả pork chop. I was intrigued by the menu description which included egg custard and broken rice. Overall, the pork was very good and I liked that it was not over-marinated with lemongrass. The egg custard was a square of something gelatinous. It had a mild pleasant flavor. So the broken rice is interesting. It seems like a short-grain white rice, but has a very nice somewhat dense texture. Even though the menu advertised lettuce with tomato for my pork chop, the lettuce came with thinly sliced carrot and radish instead of tomato, which was fine. The only negative about my visit to Brothers Bistro was that the pork chop came out at the same time as the spring rolls appetizer.

While we really enjoy all of the servers we've had at Mikes, Alicia takes the cake. If there's any way to provide her with recognition, I would highly vouch for it. As expected, it was busy, but the restaurant does have a fairly large parking lot which made arrival easier. The setup was interesting. After checking in downstairs, I was given a ticket and directed upstairs for seating. I took the elevator, which offered a clear view of the kitchen below as it ascended... definitely a unique touch. Upstairs, another host staff guided us to our table. The space had a lively feel, roaring with chatter from customers, and I could see parts of the kitchen where food was being prepared over an open flame, which added to the overall atmosphere. For the food, we started with the calamari. It was cooked well and had a nice texture, especially paired with the crispy onion shoestrings, which added a good crunch and flavor. It was served over a lobster sauce, although the lobster flavor wasn't very noticeable. The main issue was the salt level... it was quite heavy! I did enjoy it overall, but I would only recommend it to someone who doesn't have to watch their sodium intake. For entrées, I ordered the steak cooked medium with broccolini. The dish automatically comes with mashed potatoes, and while I was able to substitute the salad for broccolini, there didn't seem to be flexibility with the potatoes. After tasting the mashed potatoes, I wish I was offered to substitute it as it tasted like the brown box we grew up on where you just added water. When the food came out, the steak was closer to medium-well or well done rather than medium, and both the mashed potatoes and broccolini were a bit cold. I chose not to send it back since we waited but it did affect the overall experience. My guest ordered the ribs with fries and coleslaw. The ribs were well-prepared--tender with a clean pull off the bone--and were probably the highlight of the meal. The fries were also very good and came out hot. The coleslaw wasn't as well received, described as having too many of the tougher parts of the cabbage. Overall, the experience had some positives, especially in terms of atmosphere and certain menu items like the ribs and fries. While I did enjoy parts of the meal, it's not somewhere I would personally return to, but it may be worth trying once to form your own opinion.
