I received the drink very quickly, with a short wait for the sandwich. While waiting, one member of the staff stocking up supplies on the side started chatting with me and then she offered to check up on my sandwich. She came out with it shortly thereafter. She was very friendly and helpful. The sandwich held up well during my 15-minute commute to the office. It is a really indulgent sandwich, with each bite revealing the sweetness and butteriness of the maple crueller, the saltiness of the thick cut bacon, and the savoriness of the cheese and the eggs as the yolks popped. I sipped the cold brew in between bites to cut the richness. It was a very satisfying meal. The Lumberjack is not something I would recommend you eat every day, but it's good as an occasional treat. In the past I've ordered lunch from Daily Provisions via delivery (the "Chefy" salad and the chicken milanese with arugula salad are my favorites), but I might start adding other breakfast sandwiches to the mix.

Of their rotating flavors, I've had Smooth Strawberry and Mango. They're good, but not flavors I would personally repeat. The strawberry isn't as strawberry forward as I was hoping and the mango was decent, but didn't stand out. The biggest challenge is the line. Even at 3 p.m. on a random weekday, the wait can be 30 to 40 minutes. They sell out of flavors as the day goes on, and close relatively early for a dessert spot at 9:30 p.m. If there is something specific you want to try, go earlier. They post the menu daily on Instagram, although I have shown up on a few occasions and found the in-store menu differed from what was posted. If you want to skip the line entirely, and don't mind buying a bit more ice cream, you can order pints online ahead of time.

The Cherry Blossom Matcha ($8.50) was everything we imagined cherry blossom to taste like. A lot of times cherry blossom drinks end up tasting pretty off, but this one actually delivered. It's made with ground cherry blossom which I think makes all the difference. The matcha itself was good but the drink runs on the less sweet side, so my husband added honey and brown sugar syrup to his. By the time I got to try it, it tasted just as good as mine. The only thing I would say is someone should come by to check on the tables more often as I had to return other people's abandoned drinks. But you know what first world problems, am I right?
