    Avocado Toast Avocado - Breakfast

The food, the service and the ambiance is all there. I love coffee shops and this became one of my faves. If I lived closer, I'd def come by more often. The food was so delicious and it came by quickly and the coffee was amazing. The pastries and the dessert, ofc was good too! My toddler ate all of his chocolate croissant. Def recommend the avocado toast! They also have sugar free options.

We passed by Le Cafe Du Val during a drive in Henderson and thought a lovely lunch here would be a nice experience. We learned they also have a sister restaurant - Le Cafe du Sud in Southern Highlands. This is a counter service establishment - you get in line to order and pay and get our number and find a seat. There is a lot of menu items and ready made pastries so your eyes will have to move quickly to decide on your final order. There are plenty of seats indoors and out, so that shouldn't be too much of an issue. And water is self service as well. * Raclette Galette $15.99 - This gluten-free buckwheat crepe is served with raclette cheese, sunny side up egg, potatoes, bacon and ham. I love a buckwheat crepe and there's actually a place in town that I just love their version. At Le Cafe Du Val, they do prefer to cook theirs a little more on the softer side which I didn't realize. After a bite or two, I went and asked if this was typically how their galette is cooked. It was confirmed that yes, they do prefer it softer. They offered to remake mine which I initially declined but they insisted as they wanted me to be happy with it. So I agreed. I still found their version decent, but not exceptional. * Short Ribs Shakshouka $17.99 - This was on their Specials menu and was served with 7 pieces of baguette slices. It was good. * Melba Crepe $13.99 - It's a sweet crepe that's topped with poached peach, wild berry sauce, and whipped cream. It's simple and exactly as described. * Mini Lobster Rolls $18.99 - The lobster meat is mixed with celery, chives, and mayo and served on a butter toasted brioche buns. These are indeed mini rolls, so you may be hungry after eating them. Service - there really isn't too much to talk about as you order at the register and have minimal contact with the staff beyond them bringing the order to your table. I had to bring my plate to the staff member when I had the issue. I do appreciate their desire to fix my order though. Overall, Le Cafe du Val was just an okay experience for us. The food didn't stand out for us in the way that we hoped.

    Prosciutto Sandwich (6/10, $16)

Came on a Tuesday morning and they were relatively busy. Great spot for people to get coffee and catch up, or get some work done as well. The interior design is open seating, has plenty of natural light, and has a bright design. Very welcoming and a nice spot to spend a few hours! Although the food is not bad, my only gripe is that the spot is pretty expensive for small portions. Almond Croissant (7/10, $7) - It has a fantastic almond crunch paste on the inside that was not too sweet, but very filling. - The croissant was nicely toasted. Prosciutto Sandwich (6/10, $16) - The sandwich comes with a small side salad that was pretty bland. Just some vegetables and some dressing that tasted a little sour. - The bread was delicious, the prosciutto is tasty, and their cheese blends everything together well. - The reason for the 6/10 and overall 3-star review is because of portion sizes and price. At $16, I would expect a side of potatoes. Friends got their eggs Benedict, and at a similar price point, it came only with the Benedict and no sides. Overall, a nice, cute spot with plenty of seating and parking and good coffee. Expect for things to be expensive and portion sizes to be small, hence the lower star review.

This place is a GEM! Everything looks BEAUTIFUL and tastes AMAZING. Freshly baked goods, delicious coffee, cute ambiance, friendly service. We stumbled upon this cafe on our way home from church (we are new to the area). We'll be back every Sunday now. Simply the best!

Visited Le Cafe Du Val for the first time! It's a French-inspired cafe with both savory and sweet options to choose from. The decor inside is charming, and the set-up is pretty casual - you order at the counter and they bring your food out to you. We came on a weekday morning and the service was quick. Good amount of indoor seating, and plenty of parking in the square. We were interested in the short rib shakshouka, but unfortunately they were out when we visited! Decided to go for a prosciutto sandwich instead, along with a latte and almond croissant. Prosciutto Sandwich ($15.99, 4.5/5) - Big fan of the bread they use here! - Flavors were light and fresh - Good portion size for the price Latte ($5.99, 5/5) - Solid latte, paired well with the almond croissant. Almond croissant ($6.25, 4.5/5) - Nice crunch on the outside, topped with almond slices - Almond filling with just the right consistency. A little on the sweeter side, but worked out well with our coffee to balance it out. Overall, had a great time at Cafe Du Val and would definitely come back again to try other items on the menu!

Came with friends for a special birthday brunch. Such a sweet lil place. Spacier than I thought. The service was friendly and attentive. It's nice to be greeted with a smile. We had avocado toast, raspberry rhubarb delight and Nutella crepes. Just what you want it to taste like. The lattes were spot on. We will definitely return

We have heard so much about this Henderson gem that we wanted to give it a try on Easter. The place is cute with plenty of inside and outside seating and even a wine bar. The staff were plentiful and very customer oriented. The coffee was amazing and the place smelled incredible. You are forced to walk by all the sweet and savory delights to get to the order point. I think I walked so slow gazing the person behind me asked to jump the line. We ordered and paid at the register and they delivered the order as it was ready. We both thoroughly enjoyed both of our meals and I got to enjoy some of Danielle's too! . Definitely going to put this on the "show this place off to visitors" list!

This place is always busy, clean and yummy! When Hubby and I want good food that is not heavy or a snack we come here! We are in love with their Chicken Sandwich by the way! Everyone there is always busy yet so friendly. We love coming here!

Went to Le Cafe Du Val for a random weekday brunch with my parents. I've checked in here on Yelp before but I somehow missed out on writing a review for them. This was our last opportunity to sit outside before it starts cooling down later this week and into next week. The parking lot was packed to the brim, but I found a space a little further down the complex and walked over. My parents had arrived before me, found a nice table outside on the patio (lucky for us because it was so busy) and waited to take their order before I arrived. My dad and I walked inside to place our order. Obviously, this is a cafe, so I had to have a cup of coffee. I ordered a cappuccino with a lavender flavor inside...for some reason I think lavender goes quite well with coffee. I almost went with the vanilla, but when I saw lavender on the flavor menu, I went with that instead. Both my parents got a latte...all three of them had that sweet, foamy top on it, with the lattes featuring that awesome foam art. For food, I ordered a tuna melt and my dad ordered a quiche, both came with salad greens on the side. My mom does not eat a whole lot of calories during most hours of the day, so she ordered a crepe with pretty much nothing on it. When she got it, it was unrolled and it looked exactly like a slice of pizza with no sauce and toppings on it, which I thought was funny. My dad's quiche had spinach inside and my tuna melt came with cheese and other various veggies. Everything here was amazing, including the coffee. Highly recommend this place! It's nice to have a French cafe in the neighborhood with great food and great coffee.

2nd chances We meet again. My first experience a few years ago didn't bring me back. Hopefully the do over is better. Smoky, contemporary elegant with chandeliers. No greeting for me nor the 5 people entering after. Once finally acknowledged by 1/3 people the process was expeditious. Later in the day, 12, I was sent to find cheery yogurt danishes....all gone. A very popular item, but yummy looking alternatives. Beignets(fruit, Nutella filled) and cheesecake should suffice. The cheese cake for me wasn't praiseworthy but the beignets were good.

Mother's Day brunch at Le Cafe du Val was absolutely worth the wait. We arrived to a line out the door with at least 25 people waiting and a completely full dining room, which honestly told us everything we needed to know before we even sat down. We ordered two cappuccinos, a mocha, two Berries crepes, and the Short Rib Sandwich. The cappuccinos were perfectly balanced with rich espresso and silky foam, while the mocha was smooth, chocolatey, and not overly sweet. The Berries crepes were incredible -- topped with fresh berries, wild berry sauce, and whipped cream, light yet indulgent at the same time. The Short Rib Sandwich completely stole the show: tender braised short rib with Gruyère cheese, Dijon mayo, and arugula tossed in citrus sauce on warm ciabatta. Every bite tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Even with the Mother's Day rush, the atmosphere still felt warm and charming, like a little French café tucked away in Henderson. You could tell the staff was hustling nonstop, but the food and experience never suffered. This place lives up to the hype and then some. We'll definitely be back.

The food 9 out of 10. The customer service 10/10. The room was inviting and clean the jazz playing was in the background amazing. The coffee omg the best so far I've had. So good. OK, my Smoked Salmon benedict was amazing on the baguette toast was epic. I would not want it ever again on an English muffin, never. The cheesecake was fantastic, as was the apple turnover, flaky and just so freaking delicious. Let's talk about the lobster sliders.... GUUURRRLLLL. We will be bringing folks and will be there as many Sunday's as i can.

Ask the Community - Le Cafe Du Val

Is this place Dog friendly since there's outdoor seating?

You can have your dog but only outside seating not inside.

    How is the menu pricing?

Very reasonable. I wouldn't say it's on the high side, nor is it on the low side. I think it is fair.

Are they still offering dinner on fridays and saturdays?

    Do they have oat milk?

Yes! They have almond and soy as well.

Is this a good place to study? Also are there outlets?

There is limited seating and it's a small place when it gets busy it can be loud. I'd say not really.

    Do they take reservations?

Yes, they took our luncheon reservations, so it looks like they take reservations for the entire day.

Do you have any gluten free options?

No gluten free bakeries or cookies. They buy their bakeries, so no guarantee a dedicated gluten free label. And the bakery case an open counter so there's a chance of cross contamination if you are celiac's.

Are there any dairy free crepe?

Yes there is a savory dairy free buckwheat crepe!

The restaurant itself is bright, open, and polished, with high ceilings, modern chandeliers, white and cream finishes, and deep red seating that adds some warmth. The music was lively, with remixed versions of popular songs playing in the background, which gave the room a fun energy without making it feel like a nightclub. We started with the focaccia bread, which was delicious. The coarse salt on the crust gave it just the right punch, and you really can't go wrong with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The Mushroom Truffle Tagliatelle was one of the highlights of the meal. It was very flavorful, creamy, and rich, with the mushrooms and truffle cream giving it plenty of depth. The burrata and chives added even more richness and freshness without making the dish feel one-note. The King Crab Bucatini was also good and savory, with king crab, zucchini, roasted tomatoes, and a lemon cream sauce. The lemon helped balance the richness and kept the dish from feeling too heavy. Service was okay overall, but it could have been a little more attentive and polished for the setting. They also brought out a complimentary coconut chocolate birthday dessert with a candle, which was a nice touch and helped make the brunch feel more celebratory. We also made the most of the birthday credit by ordering several items to take home: the Caramel Pecan Sticky Bun with vanilla mascarpone icing, Spaghetti & Meatballs with beef and pork meatballs in San Marzano tomato sauce, and Fettuccine Alfredo with sautéed chicken and Parmesan. We haven't judged those yet, so I'd save those tasting notes for later rather than guessing. Our total came to $149 against a $150 dining credit, so we pretty much nailed it. Overall, Bottiglia made for a very enjoyable birthday brunch. The atmosphere was lively, the focaccia was excellent, both pasta dishes had plenty of flavor, and the birthday dessert was a thoughtful touch. The service could have been a bit more attentive, but the food and setting made the visit worthwhile.

The meat is fantastic, the bun is excellent, but I'm just not a special sauce kind of person. All they need to do to make their burger really awesome is to carry some BBQ sauce. That's it. This entire establishment does not contain any form of BBQ sauce. Don't get me wrong, I am not somebody who would ever put it on a good steak! But burgers, wings, fries, this place offers a number of things that could be elevated by keeping a few bottles of BBQ in the fridge. Just give me the option, you don't even need to list it on the menu. I used to love the beef stroganoff that they had for a while, but I guess it must not have been popular because they got rid of it. It seems that in it's place they started offering a Shepards pie. I was excited about this meal until it arrived and the potatoes were filled with cheese. A Shepards pie does not traditionally have any cheese. So it is probably a good idea for the menu to mention that it is in there. In any case, I tried to order it sans the cheese but I guess it is pre mixed into the mash or something. They cant make it with no cheese. :( Lastly, and most depressingly, they took the shrimp appetizer off of the happy hour menu! This was a real kick-in-the-dick for me. I have probably came to BLVD Grille at least 10 times in the last year specifically because the happy hour $5 shrimp appetizer was so outstanding. I am genuinely depressed that they took it off the happy hour menu. I haven't tried the steaks yet, I want to, but most days, I'm just looking for some shrimp, a side of fries and a drink. I haven't given up on this place yet, but I feel like I'm losing my favorite menu items one by one.

We had been eating at some of the fine-dining restaurants inside the major Vegas casinos during this trip and, to be honest, some of them were a little disappointing this time around--especially considering what you pay. Then we came to Lamaii, and I have to say, we made the right decision stopping here. We were in Vegas celebrating our friend's birthday, and this ended up being one of the most enjoyable meals of our trip. Everything was delicious, authentic and full of flavor. The two dishes that really stood out for me were the Panang Crispy Duck and Mun Pu crab-fat fried rice. Both were absolutely delicious and definitely something I would order again. But really, we loved everything that came to the table. Great atmosphere. Amazing service. Outstanding food. Great wine and spirits. 5 stars all the way.

She was very kind and doing her best. First, the positives. The drink and view were great. I ordered the flowers in the clouds or something like that. The soup was also delicious and almost perfect. Then only negative there was the woody stalks of lemongrass that were impossible to chew. The chicken wings were dry and there was very little flavor. The sticky rice was overpriced and had many hardened grains around the edges. I had looked forward to visiting this restaurant because I heard good things. My visit was disappointing and I won't be going back.

This place is closing so... I guess this review is completely irrelevant but here we go…read more It's a really pretty room. Very bright and fresh looking - almost the exact opposite of the current Vegas trend of "let's make it so dark it's actually dangerous". I love the tomatoes and lemons on the table. The service was very friendly. Our friend had the tomato martini and pronounced it "surprising and delicious". The oysters were nice and fresh. Our favorite thing of the night. The steak tartare looked awful and was (according to the friend that ordered it) not good. Definitely didn't look like any tartare I've ever seen. My partner had the filet mignon, which arrived cold. But it was a decent steak. I had the lobster risotto which was, on the other hand, served so hot I couldn't eat it for a while. When it did cool down, it was just OK... nothing special at all and a little salty. Our friend had homemade pappardelle, which looked very hearty. He enjoyed it quite a bit. Not a bad meal and if they were staying open, I'd be temped to try their brunch, which looks intriguing. Or looked. RIP LPM. Hope someone revives the tomato martini.

This was a 10/10 brunch!…read more My friend and I had reservations and her flight was delayed so I still decided to go on my own. They were so kind and even got me in earlier than my reservation. The food was delicious!! I did the Le Brunch offering, which is a multi course menu for $85. Bring your appetite, because it is all delicious and they give you so much food! Their pastries and bread are heavenly and such good quality. I would have gotten seconds of all the baguettes and pastries if I had any room to put it all! You're allowed to take as many pastries as you want. There were many different kinds as well, not just the ones in my picture. The inside of the restaurant is also bright and cheery and it really feels like you're on vacation when dining in here. My favorite courses were the chefs pastries, burrata with tomatoes and baguette, and the skirt steak with scrambled eggs. Definitely try the Le Brunch because you get to try so many kinds of dishes for what I think is a reasonable price, considering what it would cost if you ordered it all separately. Check my pictures and you'll see the amount of food I had just to myself. I definitely couldn't finish! The service was great. Every single person on the waitstaff were so friendly and attentive and kind. I highly recommend this place for brunch and now I want to try them for dinner one day.

Great hidden restaurant located on Eastern and Horizon Ridge. I've been wanting to go to Social…read moreStation since it first opened and it finally happened. We walked inside and it wasn't busy at all, which we weren't expecting to see for a Friday night. We sat at a regular table next to the window, where we were handed a menu to look over. I immediately knew that I wanted a cocktail as soon as I looked over the drink menu. However, our waiter told us that they were out of ingredients to make some of the cocktails shown on the menu. Luckily for me, the one that I wanted, called the Social Spritz, was available. This cocktail's main ingredient was grapefruit, with grapefruit vodka and fever-tree grapefruit soda included. One substitute, though, was a lemon garnish instead of a grapefruit garnish, as they had ran out of grapefruits. For food, we shared an appetizer of the Reuben egg rolls served with thousand island dressing right in the center. I thought this appetizer was really good - it wasn't too hot or too cold either. Even the thousand island dressing made them more flavorful. Our entrees were the chicken and waffles (with maple syrup served on the side, of course!) and the crispy pork ribs for Kyle, which was served with cornbread and mac and cheese on the side. Despite finishing all my waffles because they were just that good, I was not expecting the chicken to be too big for me to finish all by myself, so I took them home with me to finish later. Kyle ended up finishing everything on his plate. This was an excellent place to try out and I wouldn't mind coming back here again.

Loved the cool cocktail names presenting areas of Henderson. I really wanted to try their popular eggrolls and wanted steak but looks like this place was out of both at the time. Just shows how popular both items are.. Staff is very friendly and checked on us multiple times during our meal. We tried the carrot hummus and the cauliflower dish, both items were flavorful and plenty to share. Micky was a delight and super friendly. Will be back to try the new stuff on the menu as we were told the menu changes.

And based on the first three letters of the restaurant's name, it had to be outstanding, right? First, this WAS a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in 2008-2009, but Michelin no longer rates restaurants in Las Vegas (they should). With that being said it's a AAA 5-Diamond which I guess also means good. I don't know what Firestone or Car and Driver thinks of this place, although the latter would probably not love it since it's not a BMW. All joking aside, if you consider yourself a foodie, then the 12 Course Menu Degustation is a multi-course bucket list item that's somewhat attainable. I've read horror stories of booking other high-end eateries, but take a shot here and you may get lucky. They happened to have a ton of reservations the week before Christmas, so we were lucky. I will say if you're doing a wine pairing, you may not want to get a cocktail beforehand when you're waiting for your table in the lounge. I had a Gin and Tonic and it was huge and blew away the Ultimate G&T by Jose Andres. But the wine pairing with the meal is a LOT of wine and you'll be tipsy unless you're a descendent of Oscar Wilde. Once the experience begins, you'll be amazed at everything that's happening. Service is impeccable with multiple staff members tending to your every need. I'll say even if you think you may not like something, try it and you might surprise yourself. I never truly liked any caviar before eating it here. With that being said, beets are still beets no matter how you slice them. :) It's expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion. I think they have other dining options besides the extravaganza deluxe, but I didn't really pay attention. It was also a phones away event (my idea) for full enjoyment, although a few dishes were so beautiful I was tempted to reach into my pants... for my phone... to clarify. There is a dress code so be sure to comply. For guys, I would recommend a jacket or a tie with dress pants/shoes. For ladies, I'd recommend micro-skirts and crop tops, but I don't think they do... so a nice dress or blouse with appropriate pants/shoes would probably suffice. I was totally blown away and it was definitely the best tasting menu I've experienced... and I've been to Carrabbas's Wine Dinner!
