Came here the last week Le Cirque was open to celebrate a family members 30th wedding anniversary. I am so sad it's closing, can't imagine a better restaurant experience in the world. If you have eaten here, you know the food, ambiance, service and dishes you enjoy are unlike any in the world. Thank you for adding to my dining experiences and I hope someday you make a comeback. Blessed to have enjoyed your final week open.

An Absolutely Perfect Experience! My wife and I recently dined at Le Cirque and chose the 4-Course Experience along with the classic wine pairing. To make the most of our visit, we ordered different items for each course so we could taste a bit of everything. Since there were three options for the main course, we even paid a supplement to order all three--and it was worth every penny! Every single dish was simply phenomenal. The meal started with an amuse-bouche that was incredibly delicious and perfectly set the tone for the night. The Hamachi Crudo was outstanding, and the Lobster Salad, Fresh Truffle Risotto, and their signature "Black Tie" scallop dish were all bursting with amazing flavors. For the main courses, having all three options was a true treat, and the meat was cooked to absolute perfection. A special shoutout to the classic wine pairing, which completely elevated the meal. We loved the thoughtful touch that the wine pairings were carefully tailored to match the specific dishes my wife and I had individually chosen, rather than just serving us the exact same pours. After making our reservation, we found out that Le Cirque will be closing its doors this August. It is incredibly sad and such a pity to see a historic, famous, and truly exceptional restaurant like this come to an end. Flawless food, perfectly curated wines, and impeccable service--we had an unforgettable evening. We sincerely wish a very bright future for all the wonderful staff members who made our night so special.

We had a phenomenal time at Le Cirque. The staff from front of house, waitstaff and Sommelier were on point. The cocktails, wine and food were beautifully plated and tasted even better! The dining room was so lovely and felt as if we were transported to another time and place. Merci for a memorable evening!

It is a Magical place to celebrate anything! I started to dine in LeCirque back in New York and dine there for 14 years in Las Vegas. Food is out of this world. Ambiance is a Fairytale and service is out of this world!

The restaurant is located inside Bellagio Hotel , overseas the fountain. Be ready to spend $300+ per person for dinner. Great experience with food! Love how the restaurant paired each the course with wine. A warm, intimate space where every detail whispers Parisian romance, from fresh flowers on each table, to the gentle glow of candlelight, just perfect for a romantic evening with loved one! The journey of eight courses, not only showcasing the elegance of French cuisine: light, intricate, and thoughtfully paced, but also with a harmonious blend of classic with each of the plates. This service is a very classic French bistro feel, I was hoping for a bit more stories with all the dishes and wines.

Le Cirque has a storied past that began in New York in 1974 when Sirio Maccioni first opened the restaurant. He and the restaurant became stars, attracting accolades and a celebrity clientele. The restaurant had a series of chefs who themselves went on to fame and glory, Daniel Boulud and Geoffrey Zakarian among them. Le Cirque went through 3 transformations/locations in New York. I recall dining at the second iteration, called Le Cirque 2000, in the New York Palace Hotel (now the Lotte New York Palace) in the late 1990's. Le Cirque Las Vegas opened in 1998 when Steve Wynn opened the Bellagio; it's one of 3 legacy restaurants that remain from that time. Jasmine and Prime Steakhouse are the other two. Both Le Cirque 2000 and the Vegas restaurant were designed by Adam Tihany in a whimsical circus-like theme. The Vegas dining room is like being in a circus tent, with playful monkeys all around. The Bellagio has a number of fancy restaurants and at least one other (Michael Mina) with a tasting menu. Le Cirque is iconic, classic French, with a four-course and eight-course tasting menu option. The maitre d' also mentioned a 3-course menu, and there were 3 a la carte selections. Since the 4-course menu had many options that had cost supplements, I opted for the 8-course menu, which had no supplements. I am having a dry January, so I passed on the wine pairing. The mocktail I had, Soleil Tropical, was fruit-forward and delish. It had an edible straw. Here's what the 8-course menu included: Bread service--3 types of bread Amuse bouche: a mini tarte flambee with onions 1) potato galette with smoked salmon and caviar 2) pan-roasted frog legs 3) Le Cirque "Black Tie"--scallop with black truffle and spinach. An OG dish 4) cured and steamed halibut 5) roasted duck with crispy rice and citrus 6) Wagyu filet mignon with potato puree 7) carrot cake pop 8) chocolate ball with vanilla ice cream enclosed within. The ball is melted with a chocolate sauce. A birdcage filled with 6 mignardises I found every dish delicious, with the frog legs, scallop and duck being my faves. Service of course was outstanding, friendly and attentive. The maitre d' was especially outgoing. He brought a copy of the Le Cirque cookbook for me to look at; the book also is a document of Le Cirque's history. He escorted me out and gave me (and most likely all diners) some exquisitely boxed chocolates. Overall a memorable and tasty dining experience. It's definitely on the pricey side; the 8-course menu is more expensive than the Chef's Tasting menu (also 8 courses) at 3 Michelin-starred Le Bernardin in New York! But Vegas is a city of indulgences, and this is one.

We had a wonderful time in a wonderful restaurant. We will miss it when it's gone. It's an end of an era. Please take care of the long time employees.

After a day of hiking in Red Rock Canyon, we decided to see a show at the Bellagio and need to have dinner first. It was 4pm, so we need a reservation for 7pm, I found on place with a 7pm reservation and booked it... that was Le Cirque. I did not know one thing about this restaurant. I only have to say... what a discovery. We walked in from the ringing noise of the casino to a beautiful quiet oasis. Greeted by a hostesses as if we had been there every weekend for 50 years, and the service got even better from there. The decor is quite nice, with the perfect use of texture to limit any floating conversation. I could actually have a conversation with my wife in my 'inside' voice. The wine list is great, we had a nice rose and burgundy, reminisent of our honeymoon in France. We selected the 4 course dinner. I am a vegetarian, and am use to limited selections at fine restaurants, however, the 4 course meal was one great dish after another. My wife loved every one of her dishes as well, and speaking of dishes, the china with the Curious George was so special since we both hold that little ape close to our hearts. If you're looking for the most memorable dining experience in Vegas, look no further.

This place is AMAZING! The service was impeccable and I would go back every day if I could. Martin is the best waiter you could ever ask for. They treat you like friends and family. Food was divine and the drinks were perfect. This is an experience that you must experience once, twice or a dozen time. I love it here. This is the heart of Vegas!

Came to Le Cirque to celebrate my birthday at Bellagio, and the experience did not disappoint! The interior is fun and beautifully decorated, with very unique on theme paintings and a beautifully draped and lit ceiling which looks more pastel and lovely in person. We ordered two different courses, the 4 course and the 8 course tasting menu. Between us the 12+ dishes were each beautifully presented and tasted fresh, delicate, and with wonderfully balanced flavors. Even dishes like foie gras while heavy and rich, were well balanced so it was never too heavy with each bite. I decided to change my dessert choice last minute to the dragonfruit sorbet and our server accommodated with no problem. It was so beautifully presented and delicious, so worth it! Our server, Martin said he had been at Le Cirque for over 30 years and truly did everything to make the night feel special for us! We had seating by the windows where we could see the Bellagio Fountain show every half hour, and Matteo presented us with some extra desserts and memorable gift boxes filled with chocolates and jellies which was a lovely touch. Finally, as we left the staff helped us take pictures in the beautiful restaurant setting. Overall, I'm so glad I chose to come here over other well known options like Guy Savoy! Truly felt the staff cared and made the experience such a special one, each dish was beautifully crafted with carefully balanced flavors, and I adored the ambiance of the restaurant as it was so fun and unique with a clear circus theme from the glass candle to the design of the dishes. Would love to return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

    Dessert Fantasy

Le Cirque was a wonderful dining experience. I seriously recommend going there before they close for good. We were a party of 8, including one guest in a wheelchair. The place was very accessible. We had a reservation for 7:15pm and arrived at the Bellagio around 6:50pm. We were seated quickly, and the service was top-notch--possibly the best service in Vegas. Everyone was kind, charismatic, and very knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant is beautiful; the chandelier and ceiling give off a jewelry box feel or maybe even the sensation of eating under the big top. For the tasting menu, some of us chose the six-course option, while others went with the three-course. The kids mainly did the three-course. The restaurant had an elegant atmosphere, and once again, it was just beautiful. The food was served quickly. We spent about 2 to 2.5 hours total at the restaurant with the six-course meal. The food was hot, fresh, and served promptly. My favorite was the wagyu--it was hot, tender, and of great quality. The portion sizes were good, but with six courses, you do fill up quickly. The dessert was good; everything was high quality, in my opinion. We were celebrating a birthday, and Le Cirque made it magical by bringing out a special dessert at the end. I've been to many fine dining restaurants, but never has anyone brought out a stool for my purse until now. Our server was attentive throughout. Once again, I highly recommend dining here before they close. Dare I say, the best restaurant in Vegas.

This place is so nice and we really appreciated all of the fine details. The Curious George cocktail was one of the best drinks I've ever had-so good! The bartender, I think his name was Gene, was fantastic. He made our night! We had a couple small plates and dessert and everything was great. Their desserts are especially beautiful!

I just want to double check. Is it correct that jackets are no longer required?

Hi Christy! While jackets are not required, collared shirts for gentleman are!…

Are all the dinners pre-fix or is there a regular menus?

Is the sommelier wine pairing price per person?

The pre-theater 3 course meal is $72 a person. Everyone must have same number of courses. So if u get a 3 , everyone else must have 3 at your table

I m allergic to dairy and also don't eat meat, is it possible for me to dine at this place? I know they have vegetarian menu but it has eggs in it and nothing was mention about dairy?

They do have fish and salads if that helps

Is the two course dinner menu really enough or did it leave you hungry?

I think the minimum is a 3 course meal (including the pre show option) and was more than enough food for me. You'll get enough bread and chef specials that will fill in, but the meal is pretty rich.

How is the 5 course meal? Is it worth it for the price?

Absolutely!!!!!. Each course is like artwork the foiegras Is terrific . And soufflé is heavenly .! The crab is delicious also.…

Do you see the fountains when you're eating dinner?

Yes if you sit by the window!

Is there corkage? If yes, how much?

Yes there is a corkage fee as we brought in a special bottle and opened it. If I remember correctly it was $50 or less

Do they have dishes with truffle?

Yes, google their menu. They have 4 menus

And based on the first three letters of the restaurant's name, it had to be outstanding, right? First, this WAS a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in 2008-2009, but Michelin no longer rates restaurants in Las Vegas (they should). With that being said it's a AAA 5-Diamond which I guess also means good. I don't know what Firestone or Car and Driver thinks of this place, although the latter would probably not love it since it's not a BMW. All joking aside, if you consider yourself a foodie, then the 12 Course Menu Degustation is a multi-course bucket list item that's somewhat attainable. I've read horror stories of booking other high-end eateries, but take a shot here and you may get lucky. They happened to have a ton of reservations the week before Christmas, so we were lucky. I will say if you're doing a wine pairing, you may not want to get a cocktail beforehand when you're waiting for your table in the lounge. I had a Gin and Tonic and it was huge and blew away the Ultimate G&T by Jose Andres. But the wine pairing with the meal is a LOT of wine and you'll be tipsy unless you're a descendent of Oscar Wilde. Once the experience begins, you'll be amazed at everything that's happening. Service is impeccable with multiple staff members tending to your every need. I'll say even if you think you may not like something, try it and you might surprise yourself. I never truly liked any caviar before eating it here. With that being said, beets are still beets no matter how you slice them. :) It's expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion. I think they have other dining options besides the extravaganza deluxe, but I didn't really pay attention. It was also a phones away event (my idea) for full enjoyment, although a few dishes were so beautiful I was tempted to reach into my pants... for my phone... to clarify. There is a dress code so be sure to comply. For guys, I would recommend a jacket or a tie with dress pants/shoes. For ladies, I'd recommend micro-skirts and crop tops, but I don't think they do... so a nice dress or blouse with appropriate pants/shoes would probably suffice. I was totally blown away and it was definitely the best tasting menu I've experienced... and I've been to Carrabbas's Wine Dinner!

Being one of the few Michelin starred restaurants in vegas I figured we would be in for an incredible time. Customer service was about as exceptional as you would hope it would be. The woman seating us did inform us that where we were sitting does typically experience a draft and might be cold, and that they had accommodations (likely a jacket or similar). She was right it did border on uncomfortably cold, however we just tolerated it. The rest of the staff was great, they explained things well, were quick, kept our counter area clean, and our drinks filled. No complaints here. The restaurant itself feels similar to alot of other higher end restaurants with the very dim almost dark atmosphere, it was clean and well kept. Prior to arrival I did not know we would be sitting at a bar style counter which was most certainly not the vibe I was looking for to celebrate with each other, as you are seated right next to other people on either end and the bar counter feels very cramped once you get dishes coming and going. We did not care for this setup, it was said to be this way as an experience watching the kitchen staff prepare your food. From our seats and angle mainly the only thing we could see was the one guy whipping the potatoes all evening. We had ordered the 9 course tasting menu for $255 per person. I requested the seafood to be substituted which they were able to accommodate, she ordered hers as it comes normally. The first thing we received was the bread, which despite looking very aesthetic it felt like nothing more special than anything you would receive at a mid tier chain restaurant, and there are some chains with bread I prefer over this. First course was a layered foie gras foam, I know this is strong but we both absolutely hated it and felt it set a terrible tone for the meal. Second for me was a take on a salad tomato with guacamole and other veggies with a sauce, her second was a small glass with caviar and lobster, these were both fine. Third was a corn themed soup that I found to be very good, the presentation, and flavor was top notch. Her third was a friend wonton type of langoustine. She said it was good but nothing special. Fourth up for me was a soft boiled egg with cheese crisps, and for her a scallop in some kind of sauce or foam, she said this was the best course of the evening. I thought mine was boring, bland, and underwhelming although it looked nice. Fifth was a foie gras ravioli for both of us, we both disliked this dish. Sixth was quail legs stuffed with foie gras for me, and a salmon or branzino dish for her. They told me mine was a house specialty, I thought it was bland, under seasoned, and generally unappealing. Again she said hers was good but nothing outstanding. Seventh was the main entree, you get to select this from a choice of 3, we both picked the ribeye. I understand this is not a steakhouse but for a main entree at a Michelin restaurant, it was disappointing to say the least, meat was on the tougher side and undercooked from how we ordered it, the flavor was good though. The famous mashed potatoes had an insane texture but the flavor was mediocre just tasting like a stick of butter. 8th and 9th were the dessert courses, first was a tart cherry sorbet, and second was a complex yuzu ice cream dish. She really enjoyed the cherry tart one, and I thought the yuzu one was the star of the entire evening. I would return solely to get that, it was absolutely spectacular. We were gifted a trio of little pieces slice desserts, all three were good but not as special as the yuzu dessert. The final thing we were given was 2 macarons to go. I ended up thinking the macaron was my second favorite thing I ate all night. It is a shame we spent as much as we did for my favorite bites to both be desserts. Also after leaving she had mentioned that it bothered her that none of the dishes were hot and only room temperature at best, I did not notice until she had said it. In summary for as much as we paid, there were very few standout dishes, and we both left fairly disappointed having had just a few good bites of food while sitting at a cold, and unpersonal bar to celebrate. Maybe it was an off night but with prices like this, that to me would be unacceptable. Most of the dishes we had felt unimpressive, bland, and just relatively uninteresting, the most interesting thing about some of the dishes was the waiters ability to memorize the descriptions. If you have money to splurge on things like this frequently, I would recommend you try it as your experience may be better than ours. However if this meal is an extremely special or once in a lifetime type of meal, I would unfortunately recommend you find somewhere different.

Ohlala has such an elegant, inviting atmosphere, with beautiful chandeliers and a cozy French bistro feel. It's located on Rampart and Lake Mead, near Starbucks. We arrived at 11:00 for brunch, and by 11:30 the restaurant was alive and bustling. One of my favorite things about Ohlala is that the owner always comes out to greet guests at their tables. He makes everyone feel welcome and takes the time to check that everything is going well--a personal touch that really makes a difference. This visit, I had a cappuccino and the traditional French toast, which comes with honey, syrup, and whipped cream. The crust was perfectly crisp while the center practically melted in my mouth. Absolutely delicious! They have a great menu with plenty of options, and whether you're looking for brunch, lunch, or dinner, Ohlala is definitely worth a visit!

Very bright and fresh looking - almost the exact opposite of the current Vegas trend of "let's make it so dark it's actually dangerous". I love the tomatoes and lemons on the table. The service was very friendly. Our friend had the tomato martini and pronounced it "surprising and delicious". The oysters were nice and fresh. Our favorite thing of the night. The steak tartare looked awful and was (according to the friend that ordered it) not good. Definitely didn't look like any tartare I've ever seen. My partner had the filet mignon, which arrived cold. But it was a decent steak. I had the lobster risotto which was, on the other hand, served so hot I couldn't eat it for a while. When it did cool down, it was just OK... nothing special at all and a little salty. Our friend had homemade pappardelle, which looked very hearty. He enjoyed it quite a bit. Not a bad meal and if they were staying open, I'd be temped to try their brunch, which looks intriguing. Or looked. RIP LPM. Hope someone revives the tomato martini.

They were so kind and even got me in earlier than my reservation. The food was delicious!! I did the Le Brunch offering, which is a multi course menu for $85. Bring your appetite, because it is all delicious and they give you so much food! Their pastries and bread are heavenly and such good quality. I would have gotten seconds of all the baguettes and pastries if I had any room to put it all! You're allowed to take as many pastries as you want. There were many different kinds as well, not just the ones in my picture. The inside of the restaurant is also bright and cheery and it really feels like you're on vacation when dining in here. My favorite courses were the chefs pastries, burrata with tomatoes and baguette, and the skirt steak with scrambled eggs. Definitely try the Le Brunch because you get to try so many kinds of dishes for what I think is a reasonable price, considering what it would cost if you ordered it all separately. Check my pictures and you'll see the amount of food I had just to myself. I definitely couldn't finish! The service was great. Every single person on the waitstaff were so friendly and attentive and kind. I highly recommend this place for brunch and now I want to try them for dinner one day.

Everything on the tower was fresh, beautifully presented, and actually tasted as good as it looked. But the surprise star for me was the champagne with black currant. We did the prefix menu which included a first course, a main course and a dessert. Which was around 80 bucks which was a good deal in my opinion. The service from our server was great. He was very nice and fast. The bread service was great. They had about three or four different types of bread you can choose from. I liked the focaccia bread and the sourdough bread. The butter was nice and soft for spreading which was a good place. For starters, I had the poach prawns and my date also got the beef tartare banh mi. For the main course he had chicken and I had the steak and fries. My appetizer was pretty decent! The prawns were huge a tad bit overcooked. He seemed to enjoy his beef tartare. For his chicken, I believe he was expecting a bigger piece than what he got. For my steak and fries it was done wonderfully. As I was halfway eating my steak and fries, they brought out the dessert! I'm looking at the time and it was still 9 something it wasn't even past closing time yet. I definitely felt like I was rushed. The worst part about it is that my dessert was the chocolate lava cake with ice cream. By the time I was done with my dinner and got to the dessert the ice cream was melted everywhere! And the chocolate cake didn't really had any sort of lava coming out of it at all. Zero.! it was a big disappointment. It made me feel like I was being rushed out of the restaurant, and it was kind of the bad taste to the end of the night. I'm not sure if I would recommend this place to other people. They need to work on timing when it comes to bringing out desserts for customers, especially not halfway when they were eating their food! It was definitely poor timing on their part. I will definitely give two thumbs down for that ending right there. They need to take pride in their customer service to customers if they are going to represent themselves as a fine dining French establishment. Come on guys do better. They did switch out waiters at the end of the night so the original waiter I got was not the final one when we left. Hopefully Management can address this issue to their staff so that way the next customer in the future doesn't go through this kind of experience again. There definitely needs to be improvement so that way customers can have a good experience leaving there. That is the only way restaurants can have survival of returning customers. Not just a one and done experience.

But I do prefer the brunch over dinner here. They have private room for bigger group, we once have 12 and 8 this time. If the weather is beautiful, make sure you check out their patio seats by the pools. Some must orders here: Salmon dip - mixed salmon and other ingredients for you to eat with extra chirpy crackers. So good. The only other place can beat this is in Alaska! Try it!! Foie gras dip - so rich and creamy, addictive! You eat with freshly toasted bread stick. Crab egg Benedict - generous and fresh crabs with porches eggs with the hollandaise sauce, light but delicious. Seafood tower - no matter east or west coast oysters here, both are heavenly sweet and fresh. Steak and egg - the steak is not a crazy size as it's brunch, but it's definitely mouthwatering with great protein to start a day. And of course you can't skip the pastry baskets here, especially the cronut. I'm not a big fan of muffins and brownie, but the blueberry muffins and brownie here are really nice and moist. If you stop by their bakery, also make sure you get the peanut butter cookies! The only thing not that great is probably the mocktails and latte. We tried 3 of them, not impressed.

We had booked a Strip View table in advance due to the special occasion; yes it costs extra but I highly recommend it if you can swing the price (you pay in advance when booking the reservation). It's such a special experience and the view is unique (I can't think of another restaurant at that elevation so close to so many tourist spots.) Our reservation was at 7pm so the sun had just set behind the mountains resulting in a beautiful orange color of the sky. Our server Roman took such great care of us and made the evening even that much more memorable. Water glasses are constantly refilled and the food was coursed out thoughtfully giving us time to enjoy the view. We started with three appetizers - the lobster bisque, the pork belly Lyonnaise and the market greens salad. The bisque is poured tableside over a bowl with large lobster pieces and little croutons. There's a great depth of flavor in the broth as well. I also really enjoyed the pork belly - it was just the right amount of sweet and smoky. I highly recommend both apps. For our meal I ordered the olive oil-poached halibut. It was cooked absolutely perfectly - the interior was barely opaque but still flaking beautifully. It's served on top of a lovely pesto-flavored couscous which compliments the buttery fish and provides a welcome textural contrast. Wife ordered the roast chicken breast (she only eats chicken lol) which I also sampled. Roman even brought out an extra little sauce pan with the chicken glaze reduction - such a nice touch! You can immediately tell this is a high-quality piece of chicken and it was also cooked perfectly - very juicy and tender. For sides we ordered the ratatouille and the potato gratin. The ratatouille is a beautiful presentation of layered squashes. I was very impressed with the seasoning level on it - it's so easy to under-salt the squash and these days many restaurants are afraid to offend people with the proper amount of it. This was just right. The potatoes in the gratin were sliced razor-thin and layered with unctuous cheese making everything come together. I would definitely order both of these again. Along with the view and excellent service one of the main reasons to dine at Eiffel Tower is for the souffle desserts. They offer 5-6 flavors and they are indescribably light but also so flavorful. This time we went with the Apple Crumble and it did not disappoint - I cannot recommend these desserts enough. I could seriously come here just to eat souffles and be quite happy. Dinner for two came to $305 before tax and tip. That included three glasses of wonderful French wine (generously poured tableside I might add!) We even had some yummy leftovers to take home and eat the next day.

Unfortunately the quality and flavor (or lack thereof) of the food is not worth the price. The best thing we ordered was the soufflé. Absolutely delicious and one of a kind. The general consensus of the rest of what we ordered lacked a complexity of flavor and wasn't very interesting. This includes the warm caesar salad, pork belly appetizer, lamb chops, and the salmon.
