I have thick, stubborn, and coarse hair. Most people one can't style or cut my hair correctly. Only Gabe. Thao guided me through the entire process and reassured me that she would keep my hair healthy while also making sure it remained low maintenance. I remember sending her numerous inspiration photos, and she was always honest about what was achievable with my hair. Without causing any damage, she successfully lightened my hair without it ever becoming brassy.
