I came to Le Nails after a recommendation from a friend of mine last year. They do an amazing job consistently; in an environment that is clean and inviting. I started with just pedicures which last a really long time so I decided to give the gel nails a try. Cindy made my nails so beautiful. She paid attention to detail and really took her time making sure they looked perfect. This nail salon is so wonderful! I got a pedicure, and asked for glitter at the top of my nails. They said they could definitely do that. Included with the pedicure was a brown sugar scrub. They rubbed my legs with the scrub, which made me feel so relaxed! I had hit me one of my toenails the day before this which damaged my toe a bit. I asked if they could be careful; and they still made the damaged toe look beautiful. On my way out I noticed I had hit my toe and smeared the polish. I was so happy to come across this nail salon as we arrived in Brentwood for a photo shoot a little earlier than we were expecting too. This was a great treat to myself as we killed some time for our appointment in the same mall. As a wedding photographer I can say that it is a lot of physical work and I could always use a good foot and hand massage. So I was excited when I walked in and Cindy took me almost immediately. At first I thought she was a bit serious and fast handed but she was ok after all. Real magic begin when her husband Paul, took over the pedicure and gave me the absolute best pedicure I have ever had! What I mean by this is not just his work but his massage we all laughed as I called him the black belt of foot massage and hand massage! Literally took his time and added enough pressure to make a difference! I hate when I go get a pedicure and a manicure and they seem to meet with the massage people really need to understand that circulation is very important. I'm so happy... The other thing was he took his time! I have a few weddings coming up in Brentwood this summer and spring and I look forward to making an appointment to come see him Paul and Cindy again. I have Cindy do my brows anytime I need them done. She does a perfect arch! I've also had her do lash extensions a couple of times. She did a much better job than the swanky shop up the road. They lasted longer and she did the right length for my age, I didn't end up looking like a geriatric hooker! Lol. Most recently I had a mani/pedi done 2 weeks ago. I've never had them do my fingernails before. It's been 2 weeks. There isn't ONE chip on my gel manicure or on my regular pedi. My pedi was done by Fong and Cindy and Cindy's sister did my mani, and gave me a head a shoulder massage at the end that was phenomenal. I'm a very happy customer! read more

Cindy is amazing with brows I had mine done today after reading all the great reviews and I loved how they turned out. Shes fast and quick and for ten dollars I will be coming back every month!!! About two years ago I got my brows done at the European Wax place next to target compared to what cindy did today... they hardly did anything... Mine are shaped perfectly, t the European place it looks like they just plucked a couple hairs or soo... I recommend Le Nails 100% and I hear they give great manicures and pedicures as well. I found this place using the Yelp reviews listed below. I recently moved to the area and am looking for a place to get pedicures on a regular basis. I tried this place and boy was that a mistake. I will never go back! My pedicure with Cindy was one of the most painful pedicures I have ever had! It was also one of the worst customer service experiences as well. I went to this place hoping for a very relaxing and beautiful pedicure and had exactly the opposite. I twitched, jumped and tensed my muscles so badly in response to the pain that I was left with sore muscles!!! A truly terrible experience! 1) It started with her telling me to put my feet in the water (the usual.) Stupid me, I put one foot straight in without testing it and began my transition from the floor to the chair. Well the water was boiling and I couldn't take my foot out or I would have fallen. I am so used to my manicurist/Pedicurist checking the warmth of the water and telling me when it's okay that this was shocking to me. Not to mention that foot was extremely tender from there on out. Terrible! 2) Cindy was so rough! She was rough with the file and pushed so hard that it made the skin hurt. She jabbed the metal instruments underneath my nail bed. When I made it clear to her that it hurt she didn't seem to even register that she was causing me pain. She actually nicked my skin at one point as well. She forced her cutter underneath my nail bed to cut the side of the nail and just about sent me into agony. I kept telling her it hurt but it didn't seem to matter. 3) She painted my toenails extremely quickly and didn't bother to clean up what she over painted onto my skin. 4) Her massage was painful. I have had a lot of massages and I HATE IT WHEN THEY MASSAGE and they don't take care to keep their FINGERNAILS off the skin. I had red marks from the constant pain. Anyone who has had a massage like this knows exactly what I am talking about. 5) She took several phone calls and texts, on her iPhone (I would understand if they were for the salon but they were clearly personal), while servicing us. It was ridiculous. She would sit there, text and massage, so while she was doing both she totally forgot that she was massaging me. 6) Price. The pedicure is listed at $18.00 online. We were charged $25.00. 7) She only spoke her native language to her coworker in front of us. This is a pet peeve of mine. I feel it is very disrespectful. The salon was totally empty so it was just me and a friend and our pedicurists speaking in their language to each other - very awkward. This wouldn't normally be that big of an issue - happens in a lot of places but it's just one more mark against this salon for me. read more

I have been coming to this place for a while now to have my eyebrows waxed. Cindy, who does them, is FANTASTIC! My eyebrows naturally do not really have any shape to them, but after Cindy gets done I have a beautiful arch that I never knew could exist. I have no idea how she does it, and I will never go to anyone else! I have had my nails done here before as well and they all do a fantastic job. I've had full sets put on and I've had the gel polish and they do a beautiful job. The only thing I have yet to experience is a Pedi which I plan on doing sometime this week! I'm really excited to see how that goes! ALSO, their pricing is VERY reasonable and they don't try to force extra services on you! I'm not sure about other people, but at other places I've been to in the past, I've always had whomever was working on my nails trying to up-sell more services to try and increase my bill. I personally do not like that. One of the first times I had my nails done here I asked for a lot of rhinestones and explained the design I wanted (not realizing or thinking about the cost factor). Cindy was the one who was helping me and she explained that what I wanted would be really expensive and gave me a few different options that were still really pretty but would cost me less. She was still willing to do the design I liked, but wanted to make sure I knew the price and would be comfortable paying it. Personally I liked that she offered other suggestions because she wanted me to have a beautiful design, but at a cheaper cost for me. I recommend this place for sure! After reading many great reviews of Le Nails I decided to give them a whirl and WOW!! I couldn't have been more impressed! I had a full set of acrylics put on by a lovely lady (Mena) who was very detail oriented and did am amazing job on my Deep French Manicure..my nails have never looked so good (and I've been in the Beauty Biz for 30 yrs!). A few days after my nails were done somehow one of them flipped off. I called and they were so accomodating and fit me in the very next day and Cindy did a beautiful (and lightening fast job!) on my repair...no charge! I've been to so many salons where it's jam-packed with people and you can't even hear yourself think. Le Nails is a quiet and serene place with an almost Zen calm to it..def a nice place to drop by after work to unwind or a weekend stop for a mani/pedi. I can't recommend Le Nails enough!! I've been seeing Cindy religiously for the past 4 years now. She is great! Her pedicures are amazing, she gives the longest, best massages EVER and her polish stays on for weeks!
