Went in for a gel manicure. I had a horrible French manicure gel experience at another nail salon in Vacaville, I thought it was time for a change. I forget who did my manicure but they were very nice and payed attention to detail. It took longer than any other gel manicure that I've had, but I'm ok with that because they really cared about their work. Food network was playing in the background so it was nice to have that to watch while I was getting my nails done. I got a nude color and I'm obsessed. They have tons of colors to choose from. So i was a little skeptical about trying this place because the photos show soooo many nails done by Mimi, that it made it seem like she was maybe the only nail tech there that was good. i'm happy to say that she is not! Tham did my pedicure and full set and i'm absolutely satisfied with my service and how my nails turned out. she did a deep french on almond shaped nails and really executed the look and the shape on SHORT nails!! everywhere i got they always convince me that they can only get the shape right if i get a longer nail and then i'm always disappointed because my nails are now way too long and not the right shape!! today i finally found the nail shop that GETS IT RIGHT. they're very covid safe, make you wear a mask, have shields, take your temp and all that. i'd also say that the price of my full set was very reasonable considering the shaping and she used two different powders and the design/style i got. definitely coming back! i put four stars just because i feel like the pedicures are priced a little too high and i'm used to a 30 dollar pedicure including the scrub and hot stone massage and that anything more than that is priced higher but that's my only "complaint." read more

We had and mother daughter day with my mom and my daughter and was greeted nicely and serviced by Vivian and Tham. They were both so sweet and welcoming unlike most nail places. They asked us if we wanted water or hot tea like real guests !! Very happy with the service and this massage chairs are the best !!! Was able to just relax and enjoy them while waited for my daughter Bella to finish doing her nails !! I definitely recommend this place and ask for Tam or Vivian !! We had appts for pedicures today at 530. There was 5 of us. But we made the appts well in advance. We got there and were quickly seated for our feet to soak but it was an hour and a half before anyone even touched our feet!!!! The gal that did mine was nice but dug her nails into my skin as she "massaged". It HURT. Why make an appt if you have to sit for an hour and a half before even started? A few minutes for them to finish up previous client is one thing but an hour and a half is WAY TOO LONG!!!! It was a 2 and a half hour pedicure. Oh and get this it cost $83!!!!!!! It was $68 for the pedi which wasn't anything special plus $15 extra for gel polish! That's INSANE!!!!!!! I will never go back here. Bring back the original owner le and loan! The new owners suck. Looking at their reviews I was very excited to try this place, however, when I went they gave me the run around on a color/design I wanted and I ended up just deciding to do a plain color. I asked for almond shape and was told that's extra, which was fine... buttt, this is what I got. Every other nail looks a different shape. My thumbs and middle fingers look like triangles. Only my second time here, which will be my last. After a hard day at work, I thought I was going to have some relaxing me time, and it was anthying but that. I called around 2:45pm today, to see if I could make an appointment for 4:30 for a gel mani and a pedicure, they said okay, and to come in. The name at the station i was at belonged to Trinity. She didn't talk to me the whole time, othet than to say, sorry, very nonchalantly, after cutting me twice. Then we get to my pedicure and she cuts me again. She didn't ask me what type of pedicure I wanted, didn't lotion or massage my legs, and started rushing to finish my polish, because I guess she had another lady that came in waiting at her station. 0 stars. I can't imagine that the salon really cares, because there will always be someone that needs there nails done, but i do use reviews from yelp helpful when im trying to decide on places to go, so i just hope this helps someone with there decision. Second time going to this place. When I arrived they had me sit and waited about 6 min for a nail tech to come to me. All she said was hi. While she was taking off my nails she was very careless and supper rough. Even breaking my nail! This should have been a sign to leave. While she was putting my nails on she left me with my hand out to her and took her phone out and started to text for about 3 min. Mind you my hand was still out waiting for her to continue to do her job.. Absolutely terrible! I got the honey scrub pedicure and I left with callused feet. Barely a massage and to top it off I used the translator on my phone and they sat there and said how Americans have enough money and stupid USA. That's what my translator captured. I asked for her to get the calluses and she said they were fine and told me to relax. As we were sitting there another customer came in saying they overcharged her and they blamed her saying some excuse and treated them very poorly. Do not use this salon, they will talk about you, give poor quality service and overcharge you. I've started visiting this spa for manicures, and I absolutely love it. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. I actually had my first pedicure today, and it was wonderful! Tham was so good that I'll be requesting her again, but I'm sure everyone there is amazing. I asked for the basic, but it seemed to me I was given a lot of extra pampering. Daughter treated me to a pedicure for my birthday. I didn't want to break her budget because she was being sweet for me so I got the pedicure with the wax and the hot rocks. The pedicure was okay. But they overcharged my daughter by $20.00 and she did tip very well before we realized the mistake. Absolutely LOVE this place. My husband got me a gift certificate for Christmas and I was lucky enough to have gotten Christine to do my fill from another salon. They were already lifting after two weeks. She also did my pedicure. Her pedicure is amazing and she does the best foot massages. I love that they have the matching regular polish to the gel polish for my nails. I can go a full month without a fill for my nails, they don't lift or break. I work full time, have four kids, cook, sew part time and I'm pretty rough on them! What I love is that they are all so nice, they actually talk to you, joke with you and each other and don't just treat you like a dollar sign. I also treated my four year old to her nails and toes for her birthday and they took such great care of her and were so patient with her. I will only come here to get my nails done.
