They took such good care of me - the service was incredible! Immaculate vibes! I was so grateful they offered me a free beverage and some chocolate candies. This will be my new spot near Lake Balboa. This feels like a small business and I am so glad to support. The cherry on top of everything is they provided me with a tea bomb on my way out. The place is stunning and parking is great at this location. They provide a various amount of services. For nails , lashes and hair services. It's a one stop shop. Everyone here is kind and welcoming, they go to the extend of offering coffee and water which personally at other places these has never been an offered. That really shows top tier level of customer service. I really like how clean they are here. In front of you they open a new sterile clean set of tools that they will be using for your nails. I have been looking for a nail salon open on a Sunday and came across Le Nu. It's a very clean, lovely little salon and all the girls working there were very nice and welcoming. I came in for a gel manicure and the manicure itself was great with what felt like good attention to detail. They've also got a great selecting of gel colors. I walked away really loving the shape, color and overall look of my manicure. I was certain I'd be returning. Unfortunately, my manicure does not seem to want to hold up. As I mentioned, I came in on a Sunday but by Wednesday, the polish on one of my nails had already started to lift. I did come in again to have it fixed, and they were super understanding and accommodating! However, it is now just 8 days after my original appointment and the polish on some of my other nails are starting to lift and chip as well. :( Gel manicures that I've had done at other salons tend to last well over 2 weeks so it's pretty disappointing that this one has hardly made it a week. As much as I appreciated the experience at Le Nu and their kind service overall, I'm afraid I won't be able to return due to my manicure not lasting. read more

This is our (my son and I) first time here. I read all the great reviews and decided to give this place a whirl. It has been years since I visited a nail salon and my hands were in desperate need of some TLC. I was so happy with my gel manicure and my technician, Sona was very sweet, upbeat and did a fabulous job on my nails! She offered me an iced coffee and Russian chocolate (both were delicious). The service is great from greeting to serving coffee and yummy treats and ending with great fast work. I have two children and cannot just hang out in a salon, so Marine and Angela both accommodate to my crazy life. 100% never going to this place again. I went for a hair cut and the owner promised me she would have a stylist come in to cut my hair because I explained to her I only wanted the keratin treatment if I got the hair cut. So I proceeded with the treatment thinking I would get my hair cut at the end as the owner promised me. Didn't happen and as I was doing the treatment the stylist continued to burn me multiple times even after telling her she was burning me and obviously becoming very scared of how close she was getting to my scalp and face with the straightener she continues to carelessly get very close to my scalp and look away as she was doing it almost as if she was doing it on purpose. I explained to the owner what was going on and she just stared at me and didn't have a care in the world of how I was feeling then she proceeded to explain I will no longer be able to get a hair cut and that it's okay because I wouldn't look good with my hair short anyway... worst experience ever I will never being business to this place again, I truly hope no one ever goes through this read more

I decided to do my nails on a consistent basis about 3 months ago. I did a lot of looking around and I am so glad I found this place. Everyone is so lovely and accommodating, they set you up with tea or coffee, a snack, and pillow on your seat for maximum comfort. Lena is absolutely amazing, she puts a lot of care and attention to detail into my nails and they impressively last. Which was my issue before and why I never got nails done because no matter what I did at other salons they would chip or break. I get the rubber base and I am amazed how well they hold up looking fresh for so long. Miriam is amazing with my eyebrows, I can't do wax or thread because I have sensitive skin, so finding out they do plucking was the best discovery.
