This theater is on the pricier side GEESH at nearly $20 per ticket, but it easily ranks as one of the most luxurious options in the South Bay--especially if you're used to high-end spots like Regal Promenade in Rolling Hills and Regal LA Live in DTLA. I used to go to Regal dtla a lot when I used to solo pampered to the max lol live in a luxury high rise in dtla. The reclining chairs are an absolute must-have for comfort, and the diligent, teen smiling faces of friendly customer service to me from when I entered to the solo ticket purchasing at the food counter, to the attentive customer service of teen customers sneaking in to watch movies with their friends in which I would've helped pay for but rather their own parents pay for them better, really elevates the whole experience. ** This whole theater can be more beach fancier. This evening it was about seeing The Odyssey in IMAX. Their IMAX theater is very nice. The seats are great. The screen and sound are great. They were the only place within 20 miles of my house playing The Odyssey in that format. I saw the movie in a regular theater while I was out of state at a seminar. I liked it, but it was filmed in IMAX and I wanted to see it that way. My wife decided she wanted to go to the movies for the first time this year, so there you go. It was great in IMAX. The visuals popped a lot more. It's an epic film that should be seen in IMAX.

On top of all that, this brand new theater in Inglewood that just opened in 2021 has the worst looking armrests on their reclining seats in the IMAX theater number 1. The only person to get food from is the bartender who was dismissive telling people to order from the code. $13.75 for the smallest popcorn with an automatic added gratuity. You can't even order that without the QR code on your chair. People peel and attach the QR codes to random seats so your movie gets constantly interrupted by servers trying to find out who ordered what. Every ten minutes for an hour it's constant talking and servers going down rows trying to fix mistaken food orders. It is advertised as a luxury theatre experience. In reality It's a ghetto sh*t show. The manager is "helping others" and could not be found. And the parking validation machine does not work so that's 10.00 to leave the garage.

Some faucet water was hot and some stall doors only close after being slammed. If you go see movies regularly, their membership seems to have good perks.

[Theater]: Comfortable reclining seats and a full bar. [Conclusion]: I like this AMC much better than AMC Rolling Hills 20 as the standard tickets at AMC Rolling Hills 20 are not recline seats. P.S. - There are ongoing plans to redevelop South Bay Galleria into a mixed-use complex in the coming years as well as plans for the K Line Extension to Torrance (including a station directly adjacent to the Galleria - projected to open in 2036).

The seats were way too close together, and the person next to us had belongings spread into the shared space, making it very difficult to get in and out of our seats comfortably. Because of how uncomfortable the situation was, we decided to leave during the previews before the movie even started. We politely explained the issue to the manager and asked if we could either move to different seats -- even less expensive ones -- or receive some type of accommodation such as passes for another movie. Unfortunately, the manager refused to help in any way and would not issue a refund, exchange, or even offer courtesy tickets. For a theater that markets itself as a luxury experience and charges premium prices, I expected much better customer service. Other theaters like AMC are usually much more understanding and willing to work with customers when issues arise. Instead, we left feeling frustrated after paying for a movie we never got to watch. Sadly, this experience completely turned us off from coming back.
