Wasn't able to speak to a manager about it and felt mildly annoyed. Good news is that it rarely happens in this part of town. Just unlucky. Try to catch management for a refund/free admission for your next movie if you see someone being disruptive.

There could've been better communication regarding the reserved seats. Whereas just about every seat had a sign reading "reserved". Parking is free for the first 3 hrs with validation. One person in our party didn't receive her cocktail until towards the end of the movie and by then she had to rush to finish it. Despite receiving the bottomless popcorn in the beginning, she only received one round which is a little misleading. We noticed that certain items that were paid for separately and were charged again. We were charged tip twice without even choosing the tip amounts ourselves which was unusual. If auto gratuity is included in checks, this should be disclosed when booking tickets or somewhere in the menu before you order. Another thing is that you can't even delete or cancel anything which made things even more confusing. For awhile, we questioned if our orders went through but we ultimately decided to wait it out. Glad we did or it would have turned into a bigger headache. Once our movie was finished, we brought this up with a manager and were comped mostly everything except for the burger and fries which was understandable. Overall, the movie and the chairs were really comfortable but the timing of everything else ruined the experience for us. I think in concept there are a lot of things that could have made this experience great, but the flow and timing of receiving our food and drinks was a little unusual. It was also kind of polarizing for us considering that we were able to order drinks directly from the bar without much of an issue or delay. The theater itself was clean and the hallways were well marked so I could easily figure out where to go. The seats were comfy and I like how they lounge. They're definitely on the older side but the projection and sound are still good quality! The seats were way too close together, and the person next to us had belongings spread into the shared space, making it very difficult to get in and out of our seats comfortably. Because of how uncomfortable the situation was, we decided to leave during the previews before the movie even started. We politely explained the issue to the manager and asked if we could either move to different seats -- even less expensive ones -- or receive some type of accommodation such as passes for another movie. Unfortunately, the manager refused to help in any way and would not issue a refund, exchange, or even offer courtesy tickets. For a theater that markets itself as a luxury experience and charges premium prices, I expected much better customer service. Other theaters like AMC are usually much more understanding and willing to work with customers when issues arise. Instead, we left feeling frustrated after paying for a movie we never got to watch. Sadly, this experience completely turned us off from coming back.
