Went there yesterday for breakfast. I do not go out for breakfast often and a couple weeks ago I went to I-HOP down the road from Le Peep. I fell over when I saw the prices and for just me, it was around $30 with tip, for breakfast. It was the big breakfast (eggs, bacon, hash browns, pancakes and coffee). Wasn't great, but it was ok. Le Peeps yesterday is still a grade above and the price was definitely cheaper (almost $20 with tip) and I got pretty much the same thing I got at I-HOP minus a drink this time. It was definitely good and I would pick this over the competitor anyday. Service was great as well. Host and waitress were attentative. I will go back! read more

Our visits have always been great! Food- delicious and received in a timely manner. I order a gluten free sandwich. ( I new it had cheese but did not realize it was yellow). I asked the the server to have it remade due to not being able to eat yellow cheese. Her statement to me" You need to read the menu"! I'm not sure why this only has 3.6 stars! We love Le Peep!!! We went this morning after playing pickleball and our wait was about 30 minutes (which was totally expected since it's a Sunday at noon) I ordered the lumberjack breakfast and it was sooooo good!! The pancakes were so fluffy! My daughter-in-law got the biscuits and gravy and OMG! Their biscuits are straight-up Southern style which is hard to find out west! They have a new spring menu so we tried the Vanilla iced matcha and it was not as great as a good coffee shop and tried the brown sugar and cayenne pepper bacon which was out of this world delish!!! The hostess was fast to seat us and the place was very busy. 15 minutes after we were sat, a waitress came to take a drink order however we informed her that we were ready to order. She took our order and the food arrived fast and was very tasty. She stopped by briefly to see if we needed anything. Never saw her again except to see her helping others to take their orders. It's hard to give a rating when the food was really good and served fast however the waitress was lacking in service. The 2 star rating is better than what the waitress deserves read more

Cute interior with very clean tables, seating & bathroom tons of parking as well directly outside parking lot with a tons of other shops next door to shop at afterwards. The prices are great here as the salmon Benedict is only $15 and the crepes are $10. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for fast and kind service! 4/5 because their food could have been cooked a little better as their cooked apples, lemon water (taste like tap water & was gross) & potato fries were very boring and cold. read more

It's been many years since I've been here- for no particular reason, either. But on this Saturday morning, I had a hankering for a good cup of coffee in a pleasant atmosphere without traveling for miles. At 10AM, in was humming along. Running solo, they seated me quickly, and soon my Smothered Burrito was served. The pleasant waitress returned to check on things, and I continued grazing. Ultimately, I was stuffed and ready to move on with my Saturday agenda. I can't say it was the best Breakfast Burrito, but it worked. The coffee was good, as well. LePeep is a favorite breakfast spot, they have a great selection of unique options as well as the usual eggs & bacon. Today's order was the exception, I placed a to go order for pick up. The omelet I ordered -Sir Benedict, along with the muffin were both EXTREMELY well done. It didn't taste quite like what I am used to, so after seeing very dark eggs & crispy chicken I unfolded the omelet. It would appear that whoever was cooking, wasn't paying attention or was highly distracted. Instead of scrapping it & starting over they just sent it out, knowing clearly that it was VERY over cooked. Had I been dining in, I would have sent it back. The only reason I didn't give this particular review a one star is because... *This is an uncommon happening at this restaurant, but it shouldn't happen at all, clientele expect higher quality standards for the prices being charged. read more

Came here with my mother in law & husband for Sunday breakfast. Getting there at 8:30 AM, we got seated immediately & avoided any breakfast crowd. The service was very friendly & prompt, & the interior is cozy & clean. My MIL & I loved our Hazelnut late, & my husband enjoyed his hot chocolate to warm us up on a cold winter morning. The portions are a good size & the food had great flavor. I got the traditional eggs benny, which were probably the biggest egg portions I've had for this kind of item. The Hollandase sauce was made perfectly & I love sopping up the excess sauce with my side of potatoes. We'll definitely keep this in our rotation of breakfast spots in the future. read more

I ordered the Harvest Benedict breakfast and decaf coffee, cost $18.00+ It was a disappointing experience, the potatoes were soggy and well done to the point of being hard. I come for their potatoes and they failed the test with that. I was seated at a table where there was a hand soap dispenser hanging over my head. There are many good breakfast places in the area now so it'll be a long time before I make a revisit here. The cost of $18 for breakfast was about double of what was actually worth.When I complained to the waitress she asked me if I wanted hashbrowns which I don't like. Love this place for the wonderful dish I had when I was there - the rock lobster scramble. Prices are great, and the only downfall is that the space is too small, it could barely fit out plates and we were wedged next to another party a bit too lose for comfort. I was in the Littleton area for a wedding about 8 weeks ago, and the altitude sickness hit me hard. We found this place close to our apartment, and went for breakfast two out of three days we were there. It wasn't the most amazing breakfast I've ever had, but it was perfect on my sad stomach. They actually got the eggs right for each of us, the potatoes were delish, and service was really good both times we were there. The menu was actually pretty extensive. I didn't get to try anything super exciting, but the choices looked interesting, for sure. Thanks for being one of the only good spots during that week! The food is great and my fiancé and I come in fairly often. However I'd stay away from the hot espresso drinks. The steam wand was left with milk to crust onto it and used repeatedly without cleaning. Warm milk was reused after having sat awhile between orders. It was very gross to watch.
