    Trifecta (sub potatoes)
    Morgan S.

The tri-fecta! My go to breakfast There is a parking lot but it got very crowded by sharing with the neighboring businesses. The building was also under some construction so building materials and equipment took up a few parking spots. I went with a group of friends so we called ahead, when we arrived we were seated within a few minutes. The waitress was kind and attentive! I love getting the tri-fecta because I can substitute the eggs for potatoes at no additional charge. I got the chocolate chip pancake with bacon and potatos. I've ordered this pancake before so I know what the general size is to be expected. This time around it was smaller than usual. The taste and flavor of the pancake was the same, just the same that threw me off. I looked around and it seems as if everyone's pancakes were a little small too so I thought nothing of it. As more tables cleared and got seated with new guests, I noticed their pancakes we the normal huge size! So I wondered if there was a chef shift change and I got the chef who makes small pancakes while they got the chef who makes normal sized pancakes haha Overall it was a good time and the food tasted delicious!

This is definitely a solid option when looking for a healthier breakfast! Their avocado toast is delicious and they offer a good selection of sides. The only downside I would say is the price, it can be quite expensive for what you get. When I'm in a pinch and can't cook breakfast at home, this is my pick for a healthy to-go option.

As a special note of kindness. After we ate and left we sat outside for a while , I was thirsty went back in to buy a drink. The manager/cashier was exceptionally kind and gifted me a drink off the menu, really appreciated the sentiment! Everyone enjoyed their brunch. 5 different meals. I got a ham bacon and cheese sandwich with soup combo. It was delicious.

I love First Watch and always try to make time to go when I am visiting friends in Colorado. We all had the seasonal menu items today, Carnitas Hash, Prosciutto Toast, Raspberry Ricotta French Toast. They were delicious! Also had the seasonal juice, the blueberry one. It was good. The service was great as usual!

First watch never fails. Today was almost an hour but I think is because the electric outage that is going on in Littleton/Lakewood. But once you are inside looking at the menu the service is nice the food as well. I got the Hacienda Hash that is Chorizo, red bell pepper and potato hash topped with two cage-free eggs any style, Cheddar and Monterey Jack, spicy ketchup, lime crema drizzle, fresh smashed avocado and scallions. My wife got Chile Chorizo Omelet that is Chorizo, avocado, green chiles, house-roasted onions, Cheddar and Monterey Jack. Topped with all-natural sour cream and served with a side of housemade pico de gallo. I also got to drink the Purple Haze (Which I highly recommend) that is Lemon, cane sugar, butterfly pea flower tea and a hint of lavender. The food is amazing, the service was excellent, the waiting time was horrible to be honest haha. But I will blame the electric outage. The ambiance is really nice.

I really like First Watch and it's really the only chain restaurant I go to. I got a friend hooked on First Watch so every time we want to get brunch, we end up at First Watch. The staff us always welcoming with smiles and we always get our coffee immediately after being seated. I love how First Watch has a staple menu but also adds a seasonal menu. Everything we have ever had at First Watch has been delicious. The only downfall is that it gets super busy on the weekends so it's best to join the waitlist prior to arriving.

**New at First Watch** A BAR! (although I didn't partake in my visit, it's here! I plan to create a mixed drink out of one of their delicious juices!) When my parents invited me to use up a gift cart they got for Christmas, I was in. Breakfast is my jam and I'm all about trying and retrying spots - and this was first on the list. The menu has changed so much - and for the better - and offers SO MUCH variety that it's insane. The OGs - Million Dollar Bacon - is the star of the appetizer list and what we started with! The spring menu is in full effect, and I opted for the Crab Avocado toast that was loaded with all the fixings and delicious! A side of overeasy eggs and I was in heaven! Both my parents enjoyed their meals and the endless coffee! When in need of a quick and easy delicious breakfast - come to First Watch!

First timer to First Watch! Even though I've seen First Watch in my neighborhood, I've never been for a meal. On a Saturday dedicated to adulting and errands, we decided to treat ourselves to brunch. This spot happened to be nearby so we figured we'd give it a shot! We walked in about 12pm and this place was packed! I'm talking all tables full and a line at the door to check in. We noticed there were quite a few parties wrapping up their meal, so we decided to wait. We put out name down and walked a couple storefronts over to Corvus to grab some drinks. Before we could make it through the Corvus line, I got a text that our table was ready. It had only been about 15 min, so not too shabby! Our server was a super nice guy that started out strong. Unfortunately, since they were so busy and he was tending to a large portion of the restaurant, we felt like we didn't get many check ins (like asking if everything had arrived after a different food runner brought out our meal, minus our toast. Or when our water glasses had been empty and I had to ask at the end of our meal for refills). I don't blame the server entirely; as I mentioned, he was super kind and I think he was just spread thin and relying on the help of food runners/bussers. As for our food- it came out fast and it was hot. Pretty delicious as well. We ordered simple dishes that we probably could have made at home (both got breakfast hash with eggs and sautéed veggies), but that's a perk of brunching, just sit back and relax! Though simple, we both enjoyed our main dishes. We also split a banana and granola pancake. We agreed that it was tasty and I liked that it wasn't overly sweet. I'm much more of a savory breakfast gal! I was impressed with their offerings form their juice bar. So that was a plus! However, we found it odd that they didn't have smaller dishes or side dishes like many breakfast spots do (a La carte breakfast meats, potatoes, toast, etc). All in all, it was a pretty good experience with solid food. We would come back, though I wouldn't come during a breakfast rush on the weekend as I can only imagine that wait gets pretty long! Would recommend for a couple brunch or girls' brunch with not too many people. Large parties may have a tough time due to limited tables and how busy they get.

I was so hyped to show the group this location based off my experience with the Aurora location. Let me tell you...not all First Watch are one in the same. OOF! The service was slow from the moment we got in to the moment we left. I get it....Saturday brunch time, but it wasn't even peak brunch time. We walked in at 2pm and there were enough staff to accommodate the empty tables. Everything was just off from start to finish. Unfortunately, between the broken glass on our table to the mediocre service, better luck next time I suppose.

Good food, good flavors throughout the dish. The menu is simple yet provides plenty of choices for the health conscious. The atmosphere is good; reminds me of getting into a country farm kitchen so that is refreshing. You can wait for a table or you can sit at a communal table. The dish I ordered, the green chili skillet, was actually very delicious. Great flavor although the tomatillo did make the sauce a little too acidic. Aside from that the potatoes were cooked to perfection, the little touch of pickled onions was just what the dish needed to come together. Try them out and let me know what you think :)

No Name Grill is a great neighborhood bar in a strip mall across from Southwest Plaza. The bartender doubled as our server and even though she was the only employee out front, she kept everyone happy and did so with a genuine caring attitude. When we told her we had never been in before, she welcomed us and shared some of her favorite items on the menu. We decided to split the turkey melt with chips and it was good. The snake bites were a nice starter. Jalapeños wrapped in bacon and filled with cream cheese never disappoint and the buffalo ranch that came with it was a bonus. Pours are strong and cheap. From the outside it looks like a small local bar, but once you get inside you realize it's a HUGE meeting place. They have pool tables ($1 a game), video games and a big, long bar with lots of TVs within easy view. This would be a great place to come alone or with friends to watch sports. (Especially if you're a Nebraska football fan.) But sports isn't the only reason to check out this place. We ordered the BYO (Build Your Own) burgers from their new menu. They were juicy and delicious. I got mine with some pulled pork which was also very good. Our server, Paul J. was super helpful because we told him it was our first time there. Our food came quickly and Paul was attentive with our drinks. The place also has a nice homey feel to it. The name "Lucky Mutt" hints of a dog theme and the walls are covered with pictures of people's pets. The manager collects pictures of dogs that patrons email him. Then he prints them off and frames them for the walls. It's a wonderfully nice touch to make this place even more comfortable. If you're craving some good food or looking for a selections of beers to try while you watch the game. Check this place out.
