The operator's hands barely touched the hair never mind the scalp. This appointment was for my 94yr old aunt. I waited in the car and went in to use the bathroom at one point. Walking thru the salon I could not believe my yes when I saw my aunt with a BAG on her head, those portable hair driers that were like a vacuum cleaner with a hose I could not believe what an unprofessional service was occurring.
