After doing more research, I decided I was no longer comfortable with the procedure and cancelled approximately one week before my appointment. No treatment or service was ever performed. I respectfully requested my $550 back, but Carly refused .My concern is that I was never provided a written agreement or clearly informed that I would forfeit the entire $550 if I cancelled. I understand businesses have cancellation policies, but I believe customers should be made fully aware of those policies before sending $550. I tried to resolve this privately, but unfortunately we were unable to come to an agreement. Please protect yourself and get the cancellation/refund policy in writing BEFORE paying.
