Or you can go to the library and park underground on the same street. Before entering this along, you will notice that the door is locked, don't worry it is not closed. Make sure you knock they will open the door for you. The salon gives an experience of a spa. It's nice and quiet. Very clean in the inside. They will offer you drinks or if you would need to go to the bathroom before they start your service. Overall, I had a very great experience. My technician, who is new, took her time and she gave me a soft volume, which came out looking amazing. I highly recommend this Lash-bar! She even offered to me next time if i wanted to go bolder to get the volume refill next time if I wanted! I was in love with the quality of her work and came back for my refills. I wanted them like she did last time and with a more cat eye feel in the ends of my lashes. She did that and informed me that my lashes have gotten healthier as well! I had a very disappointing experience…read more I originally had an appointment at 2:30, then messaged them asking if I could come earlier. They told me there was availability at 12:15, so I went at the new time they gave me -- only to be told I had no appointment. I had literally spoken to them just two hours before, so this was very unprofessional. They asked me to wait "just 10 minutes," but I ended up waiting 30 minutes. After that, the preparation alone took another 30 minutes. When the lash application finally started, it was extremely slow and unprofessional. She would place one lash, then pause for about a minute as if she was distracted or on her phone, then continue. The actual focused work only happened in the last 30 minutes. They also mentioned there was a $50 discount this month on all services, but when I paid, my total was $189 -- almost the full original price of $200. On top of that, during my previous refill appointment, I was also charged $200, which is unreasonable. This experience wasted 2 hours and 40 minutes of my time on my birthday. I have a baby and needed to be back to feed her, so this was especially frustrating. I would not recommend this place.

Helen is super kind, understanding, and a good listener concerning how you would like your brows done - which is a huge limitation for a lot of places that dont quite hit the mark.
