Lee's took care of my house for quite some time. 3 sometimes 4 nice young ladies came and each appeared to have predetermined area to work. They went immediately to work and in several hours my house was clean and shining. I had to move in Dec and as sometimes happened movers Rescheduled and Mr lee was able to reschedule also for. BEWARE! Scam alert! They OVER CHARGE and under DELIVER! We hired Tony ( Leas cleaning company) for our full time Air Bnb property as they claim they specialize in Air Bnb turnovers. We have had this property on Air Bnb for several years and have used a few cleaners over the time and this was by FAR the worse experience we have ever had with cleaners. PLEASE read ALL the reviews and take your time doing research. They would show up late, not clean well, leave garbage all over, counters dirty and more. In the past 1 month alone we have paid them extra for 2 deep cleanings, there are still cob webs in the corners throughout the home, base boards still dirty, fridge not clean and more. They did 4 turnovers for us and 3 our of the 4 left sub par reviews and ALL complained about the level of cleanliness. Our last two turnovers consisted of the following, a family show up and left after 10 minutes, this is a 5 star Air Bnb property over the past 3 years, requested and got a full refund because of lack of cleanliness they got $5,800 back. Then the last guest checked in at 4:30, check in time is 4pm, the cleaners showed up close to 3 to clean and it takes 3 - 4 hours to fully clean. Lead cleaning did a great job. They made our house sparkle. We sold our house, but rented it back for a month. She made our house look new again for our buyers. I used Leas Cleaning Company to clean the townhouse I had rented upon moving out. She took on my request last minute and was able to accommodate me on New Year's Eve. Originally they asked they were scheduled for 730am and then asked if we could do 1130am instead. They didn't show up until 1pm (they did communicate that they were behind on the job before mine). 2 female employees arrived and cleaned the townhouse top to bottom. Overall I was pleased with the result. There were a few spots I thought would have looked better but that could have been spots that wouldn't come up from my kids.
