I have a sunroom that I wanted to furnish with four swivel chairs. Since the Southwest facing room gets a lot of sun, I was nervous about color fade on fabric chairs, but leather chairs made me more nervous, too. What if the leather cracks? We had leather creations build us a custom leather couch and custom seats for our theater room approx 15 years ago and we are having some issues with the seat cushions, not the leather as the leather is holding up beautifully but the actual cushions so we stopped in the store today to discuss our options and the staff was absolutely wonderful as the gave us free at no charge additional stuffing for the back cushions and ordered new bottom seat cushions for inside the leather bottom seating. After 15 years the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and resolved our issue I would highly recommend this store and product to anyone that asks. read more

Let me start by saying we are thrilled with the furniture great quality and fit perfectly. The salesman Wade Dennis came to our house to suggest a design and he was right on target with what we needed for our small townhouse. HOWEVER we were told during the design consult that there would be no charge to take the old couch out of the house or to move it to another room if needed. We neglected to look at the contract's fine print because charges did apply. On the day of delivery the delivery guys were very short with us saying that they make their money off the moving fees. We decided to move the furniture ourselves a few feet to another room. Again read the fine print. read more
