Additionally, their POS system is asking you to add gratuity, even though they're already secretly auto-charging you 10% gratuity. That is flat-out disgusting. There was very little labor/time involved. So on top of the high prices, with greatly reduced toppings, they are encouraging people to pay upwards of 30% gratuity? For $8 flavored ice ready in 3 minutes? To make it worse, I'm sure the people working were the owners. Proprietors shouldnt be accepting or soliciting ANY tips at all.

Both of our sandwiches were on toasted bread but I was expecting more of a pressed and grilled panini so while mine was fine, it just wasn't what I was expecting. For example, the mozzarella in my sandwich was still cold. However, the desserts are the real star at this place. I got the special Dubai Chocolate Gelato which is a layered gelato dessert and it was so good! I would definitely come back for that.
