I have been here a few times, so this review is based on my most recent visit. I ordered the full slab of ribs with 1/4 pound of brisket and 2 sides. I had no intention of finishing this - I wanted a meal and snack for the next day. The brisket was delicious and tender. It was cooked so thoroughly that it easily fell apart - PERFECT!! The sides I ordered (mac and cheese and green beans) were tasty. The ribs were not to my liking. I prefer ribs that literally fall off the bone. The ribs I received were tough. The manager came out to assist after I told the server that they were not what I expected.I was told by the manager that they are "competition style", not the kind that fall of the bone. He offered to replace them, and did! He bought out a whole new plate complete with new sides and a gift card nearly for the amount I paid for this meal. He also stated that they will cook them longer (so they are more tender) if I call ahead and let them know I will be coming. Though I could not give 5 stars because of the ribs, I am definitely beyond pleased in how they handled the issue. I would rate their service as 5 STARS!! We will be returning and I will order the delicious brisket!! read more

Trying this little place for the first time. They're still waiting to be able to brew their beer, but their food is great! I had the pulled chicken sandwich with macaroni & cheese and fries. My son had chicken tenders and fries and said it was delicious....although he hope truffle fries make their way to the menu in the future. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his pulled pork platter. Great BBQ at this Warsaw brewery. It seemed off the beaten path, but filled quickly after we got there. The beer was good and cold. My husband is a big IPA fan, and really enjoyed the APA at Ledgeview. I had a lager, also good. But the bbq was exceptional. I had a pulled pork sandwich, which was huge. My husband really enjoyed the ribs and was glad he only had a half slab. The citrus q sauce was delicious, really different. We'll go back next time we drive through Warsaw. read more

So glad we used Yelp to find a place to eat tonight! This was amazing food and beer! The Ledgeview has fantastic food, a clean restaurant and bar area, a super outside dining area and a wonderful staff! We loved the brisket sandwich, delicious hamburger and the full of flavor sweet potato nachos. Had to have a growler to go of the Triple T red ale. We'll be back soon! read more

The sweet potato fries were dry and the cole slaw had a weird after taste. The turkey was the only good part of my meal and even it was a bit dry. I sipped a bit of the beer and I've definitely had better. Would not go again read more

Smash burger was excellent! My husband got the pulled chicken, also excellent! Cole slaw, fries and even the garnish pickle, were amazing. We took home the 3 meat choice. If you are like us... thinking "Well, where should we go tonight, Applebees again?" Definately try Ledgeview Brewery. Yes, they have a very few artisan beers and wine like Mad Anthonys, but they have full dinners, too. Their ribs are bigger than Ruby Tuesdays and cost less. They come with 2 sides (I recommend the green beans--like grandma made). My wife loved the berry and fruit wine. The staff were happy, gracious, and helpful. They have a large outside area for nice evenings. Overall, we were very surprised. Not as expensive as other similar places in Warsaw, either. We will be going more often. read more

We stopped in last night based on a friend's recommendation, and it was all delicious. My group had several different beers, and they were all good. The pulled pork and beef brisket were outstanding. The nachos with potatoes fries and their toppings so fresh..tried a wide variety from their menu from the burger, the chili, wedge salad, pulled pork, brisket, and some of their sides including, Mac n cheese, green beans, French fries, and ranch potato salad are all amazing! They're homemade bbq sauces are full of flavor. You can't go wrong with anything from Ledgeview! Bonus that they use Hawaiian rolls instead of traditional cornbread. read more
