Be careful when you order. I have been a customer to Ledo's for 17 yrs. Mistake I asked for my ribs To be crispy. I have ordered them this way for the past 17 yrs. Well today the cook burned them my bake potato not cooked. I cooked it in my microwave at least I had that to eat. I called to let them know they said bring it back. We have been faithful customers for over 15 years .It has always served good food and its a fun place to be while waiting for your food. My problem is on July 3 this year we ordered food to pick up, they made it wrong and overcharged us. I called and the girl who took my order became argumentive and hung up on me 3 TIMES she would not put a manager on the phone . My husband called she left him on hold and he drove 15minutes to ledos to complain ,when he got there he was still on hold.The manager on staff didnt really seem to care. I was very disappointed in the fact that an employee can hang up on customers, keep them on hold and ,refuse to even let the manager call me back. and a manager who didnt seem to be upset that zthis had occurred. The pizza here honestly is pretty decent, sauce is good, pizza is thin and greasy. I ate here for years. I never will again. They have no customer service. They messed up my order once, i called back and kindly asked for a credit which they said they issued to my account. When i called to redeem this credit sometime later, not only could the phone lady not find it, she was a extremely rude. I was hung up on, asked to speak to a manager, voiced my complaint, and then was told never to order from them again. I work in a job that involves lots of customer service and smiling. I know what good customer service is. They have none. I could deal with overpaying for pizza, but not when the recipients of my business act like Ledo's does. It's a shame because I grew up eating this place every week since I was a kid... But this place has gone to hell. Last time we ordered it took two hours for the food to get there when we were told an hour and 15 minutes. The food is average at best. Their pizza might as well be cardboard with cheese on top. HORRIBLE customer service. Manager is rude and unprofessional. We ordered a pizza that took TWO HOURS to receive. Finally tried calling to get an update and they said he would be there any minute. We said to cancel our order and they go upset WITH US saying we were never allowed to order there again. Correct me if I'm wrong, but at what point do you punish a customer because of your poor customer service? If anything he should've been apologetic, but instead was rude and not understanding why we would be upset. When you have small children to feed , two hours for delivery is NOT acceptable. Horrible customer service when they give your pizza away to someone else and don't even tell you. My kids have been waiting 30 minutes and when I get upset she tells me I was yelling at her. Unreal. A social club I belong to goes here on a monthly basis for lunch. Although I haven't attended in a year or so, this place wouldn't be my pick if I had a say so. Although it is easily accessible on La Grange Road, pulling into traffic departing the parking lot is a challenge any time the roadway is busy. Neither here nor there, once inside you must find a place to sit, or if you're taking out, wait at the front counter. You order from the counter person, and an average wait time for your food to be ready at the same counter. My usual pick is Italian Beef sandwich. Although tasty with sweet peppers, the gravy is much too salty. Now, here's the part that I am grading them down drastically for: NO REFILLS on SODA! The salty beef requires several refills to satisfy your thirst, all of which you must pay. In this day and age of keeping customers returning, this would be a reason for me not to come back. However, the social club likes this location, so here we are if I want to continue seeing my friends. They have a salad bar which you can pay a few dollars extra and eat all you want, or a nominal charge for salad bar only as your meal. The pizza is so-so; slightly runny sauce and overly greasy, but some people like this recipe. As far as the wait staff, there isn't much "waiting" for them to do, other than taking and delivering your order, and occasionally busing the tables. Once again, I would probably suggest going here on my own, but the NO REFILLS on soda would tend to make this place a few stars lower than other places I've reviewed and enjoyed. read more

My entire family has loved Ledo's Pizza since the day they opened in 1961. I was 8 years old. We were only allowed pizza and soft drinks on hose rare occasions when my parents went out and we had babysitters (my older cousins usually). We moved from Countryside to Florida in 1969 but we never forgot Ledo's. Every time I was in the area I would always bring back pizzas on the plane for my family members. Besides the sausage pizza we also loved the Italian Beef sandwiches. In 2007 and 2008 my mom was dying of lung cancer. It was tough to get her to eat anything. I was in Chicago visiting friends and had Ledo's par freeze three pizzas and put on dry ice and I flew back with them. My mom was thrilled and coveted each slice. Us four kids were able to convince her to let us have a slice apiece. I hate seeing all the negative reviews. At least most of the reviews, even the negative ones, still say the pizza rocks. I would still be finding ways to get the pizza to me here in Tampa but I have Celiac Disease and can't eat wheat flour. I would probably be willing to pay the consequences if a Ledo's pizza was in front of me right now! read more

Ledos has been at the same location for well over 20 years. My kids loved to play the video games in back while they waited for the pizza. Overall, the pizza is average and a bit of the pricey side. However, I always get the salad bar and the bleu cheese dressing is the best around and makes the trip worth it. read more

My family and I have been going to Ledo's since the mid-1960's. As far as I'm concerned,nothing else compares to their thin crust pizza. Their salad bar is a bit sparse, but if you're a lover of blue cheese dressing it's a must-try. I recently moved back into the area after being gone for 10 years and one of the first things I did was call Ledo's for delivery. Piping hot pizza always delivered in a timely fashion. If you want to try something a bit different, I recommend their Italian beef pizza...it's the best of both worlds, you can't go wrong! read more
