We ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and received a Sausage pizza instead. The Pizza was not what we ordered so what can we do except call and inform the staff. Anyway long story short Manager gave us $3.00 Off the next Pizza. That is Weak Sauce. We will not order from Ledo's Pizza in the future. Pizza was 6.5 out of 10. Service was a 2. I LOVE this restaurant so much, I have going here since I was a little kid. It is a family tradition for us to get Ledo's pizza everytime we are in town to visit my Grandma and Grandpa in Burr Ridge. I recently took my girlfriend there and she loved how thin the crust was and the delicious sausage!!! I agree with the other reviews more or less, it is a great place to take kids, although they aren't annoying at all. The workers are really funny and very Italian, you get your own food and they just make it a fun place to go. I would eat Ledo's over anything else in the world, so I urge everyone who eats thin crust to get it, skip giordanos, Ledo's is the place to be. read more

My family has been eating here for years and years. The quality of the food is still great. The service has fallen to garbage status in the past 6 months. The employees & management are rude, service has slowed to snails pace & the bar is shorting you on the volume of drinks. Not sure if the business was sold or management just doesn't care anymore. They could improve their service if the employees and management would act like they cared. If that means raising prices on the drinks so the glass of wine is full, not one quarter of a glass, it would help. Change out the employees and work on the new employees attitude. read more

People around this place have been going here for forever, especially if you have kids. Just about every little league, AYSO, and pop warner team for miles has been here. Good atmosphere. It was remodeled a few years ago. They still have classic arcade games in the back that get plenty of attention. Their pizza is unique and always tastes like it has fresh and good ingredients. I love ledos pizza. It is super thin and crispy and greasy. It is not always what I want when looking for pizza but I definitely crave it. I am more of a pizza at home person then at Ledos, personally there are too many kids running around for my taste but if you have kids it's great. The salad bar in Ledos is also a benefit to eating there. They have arcade games for the kids and tv's all over. Lots of sports teams both young and old meet there. Pizza always takes an hour for delivery but is always still hot when it gets there. You can also pay by cc over the phone. read more

This is just a fun pizzeria. Not at all pretentious, very reasonably priced, and pretty good pizza. This would be a good place for a group to go, and they're open reasonably late (after midnight on weekends). They have a decent salad bar, especially for a pizzeria, but it's kind of high up which makes it difficult for kids to reach and therefore consistently messy and probably sneezed-in. If you've ever been to a Barnaby's, this is kind of like that in the way it's set up. Just not as 'old-school'. read more

Fantastic pizza, best in the area. I'm somewhat biased as I grew up on it but all these years later I can't find a better thin crust in the area, including Chicago where I lived for a long time. Have a variety of friends and neighbors that aren't native to the area who share the same sentiment. Why order from anywhere else? Traditional thin crust is great, buffalo chicken pizza is every bit as good and the Italian beef sandwich is top notch. Looking forward to trying the Italian beef pizza one day soon. read more

We pre-ordered and arrived early, when it showed-up it looked as if it was cooked elsewhere & brought in. Did not even look like what we've enjoyed in the past. Id give it zero stars if I could, first off topping charge for pizza is a complete ripoff, even the guy next to said he paid more for toppings than the pizza! Where did this practice start anyway? This is the best pizza in the Midwest and a better pizza than this is hard to come by. It is a little greasy but if one is ready for this it is easy to taste the greatness. The sausage is my favorite. They use big chunks of spicy sausage that gives it the extra edge. I love the sausage because they don't use any of the ground up sausage crap that some other pizzerias use. The price is not bad especially for how delicious everything is. The toppings have a tendency to slide off with the cheese but it is so worth it because this is a pizza place that makes a pizza so good you could eat each part of the pizza separate and it would be amazing by itself. The cheese is so good and I have never been let down by Ledo's! I even have my own shirt. Don't let other reviews of people with bad taste fool you Ledo's pizza is the best and that is a scientific fact! read more

We have been going to Ledos pizza for years and years. Moved to Seattle 23 years ago where they know nothing about pizza. Luckily my mom lives here so we have a great reason to come back. When we get off the plane the first thing we do is call my mom and she places the pizza order. When we get to my moms the delivery truck is here. If we are here for a week we get in 2 orders. Simply the best! I've been a customer for over 30 years. I've enjoyed over 100 of their flawless pizza pies. Never a complaint! People can come and go as they please. No rush when you are enjoying your meal (which is the way it should be). Open arcade room for the kids so you can enjoy a cold one with friends or family and kids can play and entertain themselves all in sight. Everything is self serve order at counter which i like. This was my first time visting this restaurant and my overall experience will be my last. The management on duty on 2-11-17 was very unprofessional. I had a legitimate complaint that are pizza took over 45 minutes to make and the restaurant was not even that busy for a Saturday afternoon dinein, the cashier said it took an additional 15 minutes to make sure the 5 topping pizza was cooked through, the mushrooms were from a can. Spoke to the cashier on three different times to see if she was able to speak with the manager and she stated the pizza was right in line for being cooked. Thinking this was our first experience going bad thought management would offer free dessert or take money off the bill, and got nothing. So when leaving this establishment, wished the cashier a great 2017 year as this was my first and last time coming. So if you have 90 minutes to waste on a Saturday afternoon this is your place to go. Do not go here for quick service Hope I help you go to a different Pizza establishment and save you time. Ps. 'Heavy' pizza.... I'm not saying its good or bad. Lord knows I have cravings for that heavy, greasy, lick your fingers for an insta-heart attack, pizza. I think we all do. And then other times, I couldnt possibly even look at a pizza like that. It all depends on what you feel like at that time. But, they come correct with the greasy style....they know how to do it very well...and its definitely not always a bad thing. I really do enjoy their pizza....but it has to be like once a year for me...I eat enough other unhealthy foods. I will add a couple semi-negative notes. I dont like their sausage. I think its just a preference thing...but I found it pretty unappetizing, the one time I ordered it. I also dont really like having to destroy a slice of pizza when I grab it --- you know, where you pick it up and some of the cheese is still attached, then it pulls all of the cheese off your slice, then you have to pick up the sloppy mess and put it back on your now barren 'sauce crust'....yeah...i hate that. I hope people know what I'm describing here....otherwise, I digress. Although, to avoid this, you can probably just re-cut the slices after its cooled a bit....I'm just lazy and go right for the kill. Anywho - to each his own. This place is great for a certain demographic (those looking to treat themselves to a sloppy delicious party in your mouth, on your hands, face, and clothes.) This place will score pretty poorly for people looking for something lighter....or looking to go somewhere besides the couch or the toilet afterward. I've never been inside...just done delivery. I love the thin crust here. I hate to admit it because I always tell my girlfriend it's just okay because I am secretly jealous that she discovered it and not I... but that's besides the point. The place is very casual and very much has a family eatery atmosphere. I don't care for the order style though, you place your order and then wait for your number to be called, but I suppose it saves money because you don't need to leave a tip behind. I've had pizza from here before and the quality of their food is never disappointing. However, the dine in experience is NOT worth it whatsoever! The service in general doesn't offer much in hospitality. Despite what you may originally think from the decor, you have to place your order up front, pay, and then wait 30 minutes to an hour before your number gets called. And that's when the place isn't packed. Another disappointment is the fact that proof of age means NOTHING to these people! Your whole group can show proof of age and yet still get treated as is your still in high school. I went to Ledos this past weekend with a group of friends. All of us in our mid-20's. Two of us ordered drinks after we showed proof that we were over 21. After consuming more than half of our beverages, we were confronted by one of the cashiers, whom has already checked our ID's beforehand, and RUDELY accused us of sharing drinks. Why this would be a problem when everyone is of age, I can't say. When we asked her why she thought this she clearly made up a random excuse and left us in the dark. Talk about honest employees! Last but not least, this place is overly expensive! A dessert costs about $6 and fills only 1 person. Overall, if you decide to order from Ledos, it's best to just do delivery. You don't have to wait long and you're not forced to deal with sub-par/rude service. However, if you have tons of crazy kids or are old enough to apply for AARP, Ledos is the right place for you. read more

This place may have the worst customer service in the history of customer service. I had not ordered from here for almost two years and gave another chance for the sake of convenience Mother's Day evening. I ordered sandwiches and after more than hour called Katie who proved herself incapable of calculating an hour and ten minutes time. She then told me I didn't have an order, then said I did but she didn't know when it would arrive. Upon request, the issue got kicked up to nick who was a rude blowhard who talked more than he listened and told me I should give Katie a break for making multiple mistakes in her customer service. I ultimately decided to do drive thru. Overpriced, average food is one thing but ignorant, incompetent, rude, apathetic service? Nick and Katie hope you enjoyed those sandwiches!
