The front desk was so friendly, they were patient, thorough, and answered all of my questions (even the slightly neurotic ones lol) The hospital is clean, spacious, and makes both you and your fur baby feel comfortable and safe (my pup was happy as a clam in the lobby as I asked my questions) First impressions really do matter because it took all of 10 minutes before I decided to schedule and book my pup's spay. In addition their prices are super reasonable (and I've visited every vet within a 20 mile radius of this one over the past couple of months) I will follow up with another review once my pup has had her spay! read more

When I called to make an appointment, I was told the first available appointment wasn't until February 9, or I could try to walk in with no guarantee of being seen. As a new customer, that was really frustrating. What's the point of having such high ratings and great reviews if new clients can't get timely service? I was genuinely happy to find this place at first, but I wasn't even able to book an appointment. They clearly have demand, but the scheduling process needs improvement--especially for new patients who are trying to establish care. Was excited to switch vets and bring my senior dog here for her senior wellness appointment but my experience was far from pleasant. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment the front office seemed extremely overwhelmed. Not only did they not greet us, but they were rude. Like if us arriving was a bother. We weren't allowed to check in, they said we had to wait. We proceeded to sit down. 10 minutes passed by and although most of the people had cleared in the front, we still weren't acknowledged so we left. On our way home, they called and said we had missed our appointment. I explained we were there but weren't checked in. I'm sure dr Lee is great. I can't recommend Lee's Animal Hospital enough! Dr. Lee is incredibly gentle and kind, which makes such a difference when your pet is stressed. My dog, Nacho, has been through everything with Dr.Lee--from his neuter and all his vaccinations to allergic reactions and ear infections. Most recently, we've been in for a tongue lesion, and every single visit has been handled with such great care. The staff is very attentive and I love how responsive they are via email and text; it makes coordinating appointments and follow-ups so much easier. I love their service and the best part, I love their pricing. You hate to shop around for your dog, but most veterinarians prey on your emotions and your love for your dog and charge whatever they want. It's never clear cut. You know you're in trouble when they send in the money person to talk about the cost and ask you, "So do you know to proceed?" How can you say no? Saying no means delaying care and you still don't know how much it costs. What if it costs the same or just little less? With this place, I knew their price is reasonable. Anything less then I worry if the doctors are even licensed. My friend referred me here. Her dog had the same surgery 2 weeks ago for almost a third of the cost of what was given to me at another place. I already paid $1350 for some labs and X-Ray. I think it would be about half as much here. It's really hard to make an appointment here. The best is just to walk in if it's the first time. They are very busy here but they're attentive. I always felt safe and assured that my dog would have the best care. He had stones removed from his bladder for about $1900 for the entire procedure including meds, X-ray, labs, anesthesia, surgery, and post op care. My little puff ball recovered nicely right after surgery without any complications. I got several phone calls from the veterinarian to give me updates and answer any questions. I took my Cavapoo here when she was 7 months old to get spayed. She went into heat just a few days before her appointment, which had me worried, but Dr. Lee assured me it was still safe to proceed with the surgery. Everything went smoothly, the procedure was successful, and she ate, drank water, and even went potty that same night. By the next day, she had a bowel movement and was already trying to jump on the couch and run around (we did our best to keep her calm!). She also took her medication every night without any issues. From making the appointment with Valerie to getting Bruiser seen and taken back for some bloodwork he did great. Place gets SUPER busy so make an appointment if you get the chance, but I can understand why! I went in for a suture check on an incision that came from a recent spay on my cat. The incision looked very irritated and when it was time for Dr. Lee to take a look under, he handled my cat with much care. He was very helpful with suggested remedies for my situation. Prices are fair ($29 first exam for new clients!) I would not hesitate needing to leave my cat knowing she would be in good hands there! I found this place here on Yelp. What partially made my decision was their promo of $29 new patient exam. Vet bills are always so expensive so I figured any sort of discount helps. Plus, their 4.5-star ratings, nice customer service and new facility sealed the deal. My 10-year-old furbaby needed some serious dental work. I was quoted with a decent price but it did end up costing more than I thought. Dr. Lee initially estimated a small number of extractions during our exam. So the staff invoiced me accordingly. So I made an appointment for one week later, dropped him off, and then got a call from Dr. Lee saying that more extractions were required. However, he would *not* charge me extra! I was very relieved to hear that. It would've been way more expensive. So I really appreciated this. The entire dental work bill (including blood work, deep cleaning, and extractions) was somewhere around $1700. I think the cheapest thing I paid here was the vaccine to renew the pet license. It was $15. I was also surprised to know they've only been open since April this year. You can really tell because the facility looks new, clean and bright. The exam room I was in was also clean and simple. The entire place doesn't smell or anything and they keep it nicely air-conditioned. Anyway, I'm glad I found this place. I took my corgi here to get spayed & the team was absolutely amazing! I called them to book the appointment, and I was able to make one within 2 weeks. When I got to the office, I immediately noticed how clean and pretty it looked. They even had water & dog treats in the lobby. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly. Thank you for your response. I wanted to take the time to clarify several remarks you made that are not accurate. Even though I was not physically present, I was on speaker phone with my family member and your vet technician from the beginning of the visit. I DO know YOU were not present for the conversation I had with your technician. So it is fair and accurate for me to state that at NO POINT was another medication suggest to lessen the reaction of the rabies vaccine. So MISCOMMUNICATION with YOU and YOUR staff is to blame. Secondly, it saddens me that because YOU assumed my dog was in no pain that another vaccine at that moment would be ok to give knowingly that it could have made her feel worse. As I mentioned in my prior post, I am AWARE that the rabies vaccine is the law and I am also NOT against it. I was not taking my pet to your clinic to get a head pat and a treat. I knew something was wrong with my pet, that is why I made an appointment right away. If your clinic is so keen on following the law, then maybe you should have a meeting with your staff to be better communicators and not allow follow up appointments or new appointments to attend without having rabies vaccine upon their initial or next appointment. It is wrong as a veterinarian, or anyone to assume that a pet is not in pain. This sounds to me that maybe you need to reconsider your lack of empathy towards pet pain levels and accountability for yourself and your staff. If you're office manager would have called me back, or even if your staff that answered the phone would have been polite to return my call I would not have needed to write this review.
