Very disappointed with our experience. Before the appointment, I specifically asked if my daughter's nails could be soaked off and replaced with a gel manicure. I was told yes. While I was sitting in the waiting area, my daughter got my attention and told me she was bleeding. I then realized the technician was popping the nails off instead of soaking them. When I questioned it, she told me she doesn't soak nails off. Had I known that beforehand, I would have gone elsewhere. She then proceeded with a dry manicure, explaining that she doesn't soak during removals and manicures. The entire appointment felt rushed and poorly done. The polish application was uneven and looked unfinished. I did let her know that if a service cannot be performed the way a customer is requesting, that should be communicated before starting the appointment, not after the work has already begun. Just a word of caution to others make sure you clearly understand how they plan to perform your service before sitting down. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we expected. read more

I picked the deluxe which it's 55 dollars and the eyebrow were 10 she done my feet and she told me to pay before my nails and eyebrows are done and she said 75 I said that's too much she said 5 dollars extra for pedicure and manicure. I was not arguing so I paid the money the nails looked like my granddaughter done them I got French manicure and my eyebrows were so bad she didn't shape them just put the hot wax and that's it. I paid with Zelle because they only take Zelle and cash so that way they can get away with doing a shitty job. Another customer interrupted my massage to ask if the lady who was working on it was almost done with me... It got on my nerves a little but when the man working there called her out on her bullshit I was able to let it go. She had insulted the lady who was working on her own feet and he told her it was rude and next time she needs to make the request in advance if she wants a certain person. Called in on July 4th to see if they can do dip nails since that's all I can get. Owner stated she could do it so I went in and she kept trying to convince me to get acrylic with gel. I had to tell her about 3 different times I'm allergic to gel since she kept insisting. She started doing my nails and stated she didn't like doing dip because it's harder. As she kept going I could tell she didn't know what she was doing. Then she wanted to add gel for my top coat to make it shiny I told her again I'm allergic I said my regular guy has something for dip that doesn't have gel. So I suggested just to add clear regular because at this point there's nothing else she could do. Then she tells me oh I guess I have to buy step 4. Also someone else did my pedicure and this is how it looked today. Honestly I have a regular spot Q nails and they never disappointed. I only go other places when desperate but Lee nails every single time I go they disappoint and some of the workers are rude! They have had me sit there for 20 minutes in the past and then come up to me and tell me they don't have the color! Never ever again! I've also added pics of how Q nails fixed the problem. I gave this place a second chance. I regret it. On Sunday, I got a gel manicure. The lady who did it was on the phone the entire time. She wasn't paying attention and wouldn't shut the heck up. She finished my manicure in 10 minutes!! I knew it would be bad. It felt really weak. I didn't do dishes or anything to damage my nails but I wake up on Thursday morning and it is chipped. It barely lasted 3 days. Never happened in my life. Please DO NOT go here. Not only is the service horrible but the gel manicure isn't thick. This particular day I needed a nail fill and fix a broken nail, once again no friendly greet, I noticed LiLi how she would greet other race she would greet pleasantly when they come in and leave. After small talk with Li Li about where I live etc, etc she finally finished my service, two days later the same nail that was fixed broke again, I went back to Lee nails, I arrived around 9:45am before they shop opened at 10am I saw Li Li and other staff arrive to open the nail shop I go inside I'm the only customer and spoke to Li Li to say my nail broke and if she can fix, Li Li replied I don't have time to do one nail turned around and walked off from me and headed into the back while saying come back later, I also said too her you just fixed my nail the other day and Li Li ignored what I was saying speaking out loud in her language, I pretty much pleaded that I had an appointment this morning and if someone else can do my nail, mind you Li Li was in the back behind the glass window, there was a gentleman there who said I can do your nail. I felt humiliated, embarrassed and discriminated the whole time I was in this establishment , the gentleman finished and charged me $5 I gave him $15 dollar tip. I had fill, pedicure, and eyebrow wax done on yesterday. The lady, Ly that sits in the first booth near the door was extremely RUDE. I don't even know why. She seemed offended when I asked for design samples. She said she had none. Hummm that's strange I thought. I asked if she had chrome samples. She rudely said NO with no explanation. A guy said we only have gold chrome. And most people show us the designs on their phone. I'm like okay, I get that. But, I was internally saying WHY IS SHE SO DARN RUDE! She rushed me to pick a gel color and was obviously upset everytime I asked to see the gel colors. She continuously took the color book from me. So I asked "is there a problem with me viewing the gel colors?" I'm starting to get really agitated. So fast forward, she finishes my nails and immediately starts servicing someone else. I was sitting patiently waiting for her to do my eyebrow wax. Then she screams from two stations away PAY ME! I was insulted and said how about you wax my eyebrows and I will do just that. I'm really trying to be a better person because I normally would have cursed her out and told her a lot of foul stuff! So she screams oh I forgot. But, an apology was certainly due. Afterwards, she requested that I Zelle her via her cell. I immediately Zelled her and she kept saying she didn't get the money for a whole 5 minutes with everyone looking at me like I'm a darn criminal when I'm actually a six figure affluent business woman and I own rental properties. She said there are lots of people named Ly. I'm standing and looking at the Bank of America confirmation that the payment was sent. Then she says OH I GOT IT thank you.
