No follow up call, no re-schedule. I would not be distressed except for the fact that my wife is a cancer patient here in Santa Fe with treatments or tests 4 times a week. It was very difficult to get one, much less 2 days, where I could wait for a tech. My lesson from this: those businesses that do not respect or value my time, or yours, do not deserve our business. I paid for that service call. A call back said that I needed a part that was about $1,000 that was sure to fix to water heater. The same two came back and installed this expensive part. Less than two months later, the issues started again and I had no hot water again. I called and was told that they likely had to replace the entire unit on a 9 year old unit. They quoted $5,000 or more. I balked and had to postpone due to a serious illness that sent me to the hospital 4 times. They then said they would put a lien on my house if I didn't pay. After many calls, they finally decided to drop all charges and stop servicing me. I later checked and a tankless water heater should cost between $1,000-$2,000. Needless to say.... I got ripped off and filed a complaint with BBB who said they were not a member.
