I showed up to my appointment and clearly showed her inspiration pictures of exactly what I wanted. I specifically asked for my bangs to be cut a LITTLE above my eyebrows. Instead, I left with very shitty blunt and not blended at all micro bangs. She butchered my hair and did it without checking with me first or making sure that's what I wanted. It looked nothing like the inspo pictures I showed her. What made the experience even worse was that she never apologized or acknowledged the mistake. The only thing she said to me afterward was that "my hair will grow." She has no idea what's she's doing clearly!! Very disappointing experience. Never coming back.

Not only is she so friendly, kind, and generally smart, she's also so well informed on trending hair styles, cuts, colors, etc! She always sees the vision and hears me out, while also offering her advice or opinion on how I want to change my hair. She has saved me, revived me, and overall really makes me feel sooo happy and confident after our appointments. I've even had a friend come to her and they also loved her and the way she cut their hair. Her instagram (cosmopaulogy) shows all her amazing work! Overall, Paulina is reliable, talented, and just a joy to come to. She easily makes me comfortable in her chair and that's the most important thing to me. The salon is clean, trendy, and cozy. I was hoping to get a new style and some highlights, possibly balayage done, and I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for it. Thoa was so warm and kind on the phone - when I said I just wanted to walk in, she was willing to accommodate me quickly. When I got there I saw that it was simple, well kept, clean. Thoa was friendly and attentive to my inspo pictures. You never know how a new stylist will work, but from the moment I sat down she told me she could do my hair like some of the pictures and she effortlessly went to mix the colors and immediately went to work on my hair. I swear she is a total pro! No hesitation in her movements - she knew exactly what she was doing...she could do this in her sleep! She easily touched up my roots and put in my highlights with impeccable skill. Then after the washout and blow dry (sweet Kim helped too) she quickly trimmed and shaped my hair and gave me the cutest curtain bangs! When I got up from the chair I felt like a model! So I came in getting a haircut from Hong. And it came out just great . It's been a year now that Hong has been my hairdresser. Every time I get a haircut, it always comes out as great as I want. Not just her welcoming personality and quality services that keep me coming back, the vibes and decorations at the salon always put me at ease as soon as I sit down and get ready to look fab. Also, everyone dresses so nicely to match the holiday themes. That's one of the cool things I notice about Milan. Anh Tuong took care of me right away. I told him I wanted soft baby highlights while keeping a darker base, and he instantly understood my vision. Sometimes you'll get hairdressers that try to point out the flaws of your last cut, or things that need to be fixed, but Blue was very complimentary and sweet. After she blow dried my hair, I realized I should have asked for more to be trimmed off. I felt so guilty, but she was so kind and immediately offered to trim more. After she was done, it was perfect! This salon feels really clean, modern, and airy - plus it's in a great location. Make sure to ask for Blue, she's the best.

I went in for a spiral perm with clear reference photos and left with a result that did not match what was discussed and was assured was possible. Within weeks, the curl continued to fall out, and at this point there is very little curl remaining--even with styling products; what a loss of $460! After multiple attempts to follow up with Pamela Coryell the owner and Piage their "perm specialists", I did not receive any timely responses from either. When Pamela did finally reply, my concerns were dismissed and the outcome was blamed on my "hair canvas", including claims that my ends were lightened and too porous. This is simply not accurate--my hair is NOT colored, and I have had previous spiral perms which held well 8+ months and have matched the spiral perm look requested. To be certain I was not off my rocker, I had another salon in evaluate my hair that very same week I got the perm, and they confirmed the perm did not properly take, did not reflect what was asked for and they said I should be refunded. What's most disappointing is the lack of accountability from Salon Technique. Instead of acknowledging that the service fell short, the responsibility was redirected onto me the client! I requested multiples times for a refund and was denied and the only offer sent back was that I could return and re-perm little ares here and there with no promise that they would take! UNBELIEVABLE - I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision. My experience says beware and do not go here. I expected professionalism and accountability, and unfortunately this salon does not hold to this level of professionalism.
