I arrived around 9:25pm with some friends. It was not that busy at all. There were a few people at the bar and a few people outside. We sat at the bar to order some drinks. I ordered lees spiked lemonade which was $6.18 per my receipt. Our server/the bartender asked us how we were splitting the checks after placing the drink and food order. My friends had ordered food but I hadn't yet. I found it super weird that server brought us our checks after putting in their food order... None of us asked for the checks, lol. I didn't pay mine at that time because what if I wanted more or the food took too long and I said nevermind? On top of that, I wouldn't be able to give an accurate tip. My friends paid their and they admitted that she missed out on a higher tip because of it. I ordered 12 wings (half garlic parm and half lemon pepper) around 9:35pm. She put my order in and brought another check. I was truly baffled because we just got here. My wings came around 9:53pm At 10:02pm, one friend got his sub and at 10:03pm, another friend got her quesadilla. It was odd because they ordered before I did and got their food after me. The garlic parm wasn't what I expected but they were decent. They were "wet". The lemon pepper wings were great for the most part. I tried my friends quesadilla in which she put bbq on it and it was delicious! I love BBQ sauce, even on my pizza lol. Cassie was the server/bartender per receipt. I didn't pay until about 10:35pm when I was done with my food and drink. At 11:02pm, we were still there.. So I went and got another drink, which was the same as before. However, I used the other bartender. This drink was a little more sour than the first one. I think the bartender knew it but ran out of simple syrup. I tried to suck it up and drink it but it was too sour. I enjoy sweet drinks lol. I went back to the bar to have them add more simple syrup. She had to make more, which she did in front of me. It was MUCH better afterwards.

Great little hidden gym. Great burgers. Good customer service. Plethora of TVs. Clean spot. Fun place to hang for the locals here in Greensboro or if you're just passing through. Open till 2am.

Very pleasantly surprised by Lee's! It is a small sports bar, but they have a really nice sized covered patio area. The staff was super friendly and it had a very laid back vibe. The drinks were good, and their Mac&Cheese bites were to die for!!!!

Great beer selection, amazing food, perfect location right in southend. I got the prime rib nachos and would definitely recommend.

That's the way it was for us and Taproom, a long time Greensboro pub on Battleground Avenue. The last time we stopped by was pre-pandemic. Prior to Covid we had been somewhat regulars, visiting every couple of months. As we walked in, it was as if we had entered a time machine. Nothing aesthetically had changed. That's a good thing because Taproom exuded the comfortable dark wood intimate setting that it is always enjoyed. We wanted a little bar food and a couple of adult beverages. At the suggestion of the bartender, we split a Caesar salad as well as a Black and Bleu black flatbread. The Caesar salad is a classic and was very satisfying. Can't say it is special, but it is simply delicious. The flatbread was a lot of fun. It comes with olive oil, caramelized, onion, crumbled bleu cheese, mozzarella, and balsamic glaze. We added blackened fillet tips as our protein. My only complaint is I should've ordered two. The flatbread is incredibly satisfying and the beef tips were savory, tender, and flavorful. I went old-school on the drink. I had a 20 ounce Guinness, while my wife had a mule. Both were spot on and worked really well with the food we had. Everything was very affordable as well. Taproom is loud and feels neighborly. I reviewed it nine years ago and I'm changing nothing. I highly recommend a visit if you're looking for drinks and pub food in a classic environment.

What an improvement!!…read more I haven't been here in a few years and the last concert had us waiting outside in line for hours. And hours. It was miserable. The show started late and I still don't even know what the reason was. There was no communication. But that was then. I was so pleasantly surprised when the doors opened right on time and while we waited in line, security came around and checked everyone to expedite the process. It was smooth sailing from there, absolutely nothing negative I could say! We had a front row spot, the sound was awesome, the bands were incredible. Great venue, cool disco ball, sweet lights. All around good experience. Hope it stays this way!!

I don't think they are enforcing the purse or bag policy. I got smacked and pushed around by lots of purses that were clearly larger and not clear. Aside from that, the air wasn't working properly and we were all dripping in sweat. Friendly staff last night even though they were clueless about the parking. Wil have to see what happens next concert and will report an update then.

I'll be back for this ambiance, very soon -- sold! The mimosas were delicious and $3 on Sundays! I ordered a Patty Melt with chips AND sweet potato fries. The patty melt was delicious. Would order again. The sweet potato fries were superior to the homemade chips that were a tad undercooked (some not all). Both of these sides are a $1 upcharge, fyi. The burger in the patty melt seemed to be hand patted and not just a frozen burger thrown on a grille. You must order at the counter. Pick up drinks at the counter. There are about 3 booths, a few high top tables and bar stools. Parking in the front and back.
