Parker called several times letting me know his guy would be late but by the time he arrived our building would not allow him up. We rescheduled for the following week at 1pm and when no one showed by 1:15 I called the owner and asked if they still planned to show up to clean our carpet. He seemed confused as to who I was or why I was calling and said his guy would be at our apartment at 4pm. They no showed again and did not pick up or return my calls. I don't normally post reviews but felt that I had to share this horrible experience with Parker & Sons.
