I used to recommend this place to others, but their service has really gone downhill. The attached photos show what I was able to easily vacuum out of the rug just after they returned it. (I had noticed lots of debris when repositioning it.) Additionally, they overcharged us $50 after having agreed on a price in writing, and they didn't respond when I asked about the extra charge. On top of that, they are extremely difficult to get ahold of to schedule a job in the first place, often not replying to emails or texts. Scheduling a pickup and dropoff took a lot of back and forth. We did have to reschedule once when two people in the house came down with COVID, but there was a ton of rescheduling on their end. It was nice they made an effort to get the rugs back quickly, but I have no idea what I paid for, much less paid extra for. The previous time I worked with them (the second time), they forgot to return our rug on the agreed-upon date. tldr: Rug was still dirty, we were overcharged, their communication was bad. I would pay with a credit card so you can contest the charge if needed. Mostly I would find someone else. read more

My husband and I collected several beautiful rugs while in the Peace Corps. They have been in our home for over a decade and have never been professionally cleaned (don't judge). Premier did an AMAZING job: 1) cleaned them all within a week with easy Saturday pick up and drop off. Now the rugs sparkle like new. 2) pointed out fraying edges, holes, and other damages at pick up. They called during the week to consult with us about which ones we wanted repaired and how much it would be so we could choose our own adventure. 3) They also reported to us that our cat had peed on at least one of them since it smelled like cat urine when cleaned. This company cannot be trusted. They picked up 5 rugs from my home, and brought back two. They first claimed to not have picked up my rugs, and even attempted to show me paperwork from the prior year! But I found all the paperwork from them. These are gorgeous handmade oriental rugs. My room is professionally decorated with drapes, bedding and upholstery all to coordinate with this rug. Arvy admitted he lost my two rugs after I went to the warehouse and found one of my rugs there without any tags on it. Now I have 3 of 5 So now he is offering me basically 1/5th of the money that the one rug cost saying I can get a "cheaper" one on amazon. Totally ignoring the fact that this is a devastating loss and my entire room is ruined, not just the rug lost. I am meeting with him one last time today before I am forced to sue him. I have given Arvy a lot of customers and work over the years too and I don't appreciate being treated in this way. Instead of just apologizing, and telling the truth and making an insurance claim and paying me to have the rug re made from the original maker which is possible, he and his wife both lied. Now he is attempting to pay me basically for an unknown cheaper smaller rug that doesn't help me at all. **This business owner has responded with all lies. They admitted they lost my rugs. They have been my only rug cleaning vendor for many years which is why it's so awful. I trusted them completely. They are intentionally trying to mix up a commercial account I have had with them for years for my condo buildings entry rugs. Had them clean 5 rugs two of witch were trashed from 6 years of shoes, dirt, dogs and matted. Even with daily vacuum that never really CLEANS your carpet. They cane back literally looking brand new fresh out of a store with a fresh sent. The 3 others were about a year old and have slightly darkened with my messy family leaving their shoes on. Again cane back looking brand new!! They also did my basement wall to wall carpet with 400 degree water cleaner steamer mixture and it definitely killed any germs. Was around $500 for all definitely pricey but you get what you pay for. If you have expensive wool rugs you have to maintain them so they live their long expected life. Premier was awesome! I am getting ready to have them clean another rug for me. I had an oriental rug that was seemingly hopelessly ruined by my two cats while I was on vacation... they decided they liked the rug better than their litterbox. I tried all the DIY methods, then I tried the usual carpet cleaning services, and finally tried my dry cleaner who cleans rugs, all with no success whatsoever.
