I received a phone call advertising an hvac and a/c check up as well as a thermostat calibration for 69.00 for both. Good deal so I accepted the offer and was transferred to the scheduler who made the appointment for the next day. Miguel arrived and asked to see the heat source which is located in the attic. He came right down and informed me that I had a rat problem and there were droppings on the furnace " it's dangerous as there are leaks in the ducting as the tape has disintegrated but I can fix it all for 1200.00 dollars" when I told him that I couldn't afford that much he got on his phone and went outside to talk. He came in and said that he could vacuum the droppings and clean the area as well as tape the ducts for 500.00 dollars and I agreed. Miguel then spent about 10 minutes in the attic and came down and asked to see the a/c unit where he sprayed a coil cleaner then hosed it off and had me sign his tablet and left. The next morning as I checked my credit card the charge for 569.99 was there and as I checked it the very next morning the same amount was added again. I have submitted a refusal to pay the second charge. I'm questioning the original charge as I'm now questioning the work done. I feel like I've been another old lady scammed. read more

Lee and his team rescued me from a nightmare experience with a different HVAC company. I have a fairly new HVAC system and "somehow" two years in row, it had two different leaks. I was just told, "they don't make em like they used to". I had recently replaced the ladder to our attic where our unit sits & was told the ladder would have to come down for the repairs to be completed because the space for the opening was too narrow. The other company wanted to charge me $562 in labor just to bring down the ladder!!!! Not to mention their quote for the actual work was more than double other quotes I received AND they took a 50% deposit for an in warranty part! Then ​my luck turned for the better when I found Lee! He was quick to give me an estimate and get me scheduled for the repairs. The other company had already had m​e waiting for 3 weeks claiming that the in warranty part was taking a long time to get to them. From start to finish, Lee and his team had that job PLUS additional work I asked for, completed in ONE WEEK!!!! AND my ladder did not have to come down! My nightmare was over and I am so happy! I highly recommend Lee's HVAC and they are definitely now my go-to HVAC company and HVAC company of choice. Last week my fiance noticed a large bubble in the paint on our wall below one of our AC vents, and when she cut it open the bubble was full of water. After opening the vent we found GALLONS of water in the ducts. I called Lee's HVAC and Lee was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and arrived within a few hours to check things out for a diagnostic fee. He was very personable and friendly and made everything very easy to understand. He explained that our unit was over 30 years old, and while he could fix it it could easily break again. He recommended replacing the whole unit, explained that only one type of air-handler could fit inside of our condo, and offered to provide us with a portable AC unit until he was able to order what we would need. We decided to go forward with replacing it, he waived the diagnostic fee, and had the equipment we needed in a few days. The install went very smoothly - all the workers were very courteous and punctual, and Lee checked in throughout the day to make sure things were going well. The install required a crane to get the unit onto the roof of our complex, but Lee was great in getting our HOA the necessary insurance info and it all went well. The night of the install we noticed that our new unit was unbelievably loud, MUCH louder than our old unit and frankly much louder than most any non-industrial air conditioning should be. We also noticed a crack in our drywall. I messaged Lee that night about my concerns and he replied in a matter of minutes and assured me they would take care of everything. He was at our place the next morning and explained that the AC had two speeds and was currently set to the high speed, so changing it to the lower speed would remedy the problem. He also sent out a very capable drywall repair guy, no questions asked. It was clearly very important to Lee that we felt happy about the job, and he went out of his way to make sure that was the case. The following morning, one of the workers from the install came and lowered the speed of the AC, completely fixing the noise problem. In sum, we were able to get our AC replaced in a matter of days by a company that went out of its way to make sure we understood what was going on and that we were happy with their work. It's a pleasure to get to do business with Lee and he consistently answers all of my questions and concerns. I'm looking forward to having Lee as our reliable HVAC guy for years to come! read more

My condenser died in the evening and it was almost 92 degrees inside my house by that night even with the windows open and 5 fans running. Not having a running A/C in the valley during the peak of summer is like death. I called Lee at 7pm that night and he picked up right away asked me what was wrong and gave me a very honest and transparent answer about what it could be and the worst case scenario with the costs that would be involved. He said he would call me the next day and and try to schedule a time for them to come check it out. He did call me by 8:15am the next day and said they would be there by at least 10am. Jose showed up 15 mins early and checked everything out and then Lee showed up also and they discussed the problem with me and my different options of fixing it for now or replacing it since it was on its last leg. They even checked out other things that I was worried about in terms of my whole A/C unit and explained everything to me. Jose said they would have it fixed same day because they wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Even though they had a huge job that day they still somehow found a way to finish that job and get to my house that evening. They were supposed to show up at 6pm but actually got there early a little before 5pm the crew Miguel, Danny and Darwin were amazing. They started work right away, laid down runners to keep my floors clean and were so considerate about everything. They got everything replaced and done by 8pm and my house went from 94 degrees to 81 degrees in an hour. I can't say enough about this wonderful team. Lee is an amazing super nice guy very easy to deal with and always replies to texts and picks up the phone and always keeps you aware of what's going on. Jose is the nicest guy who you can tell has a lot of experience in handling all issues related to A/C and knows it inside and out and really explains things to you along with Lee. Miguel, Danny and Darwin are such hard workers and when i asked them if they weren't too tired from their other big job Miguel said they were but its okay they knew how hot it was and how important it was to have our A/C working and wanted us taken care of. The job they did was 1st rate, super clean and they even cleaned the floors and picked everything up after they were done. It was like they were never there. I think if you are going to hire anyone you will be lucky to have them do the job for you because they are amazing at it. I also compared their prices with 3 other companies and they were all in range for what would be expected for this type of job and if you pair that with their amazing customer service and skill you cannot go wrong with choosing them. The A/C is even better than before and it actually is more efficient and gets colder faster and even blows more cold air based on some of the changes they made for me that they had suggested.
