This review is based on the customer service provided by Lee's. He was very educational over the phone and provided some basic steps for my family to try. He was also very transparent on the appointment times. As a consumer, we always want same day but in the height of summer, that is always not possible. We purchased our new home in Apple Valley and decided to have our HVAC System tuned up. Miguel came to our home promptly and on time and started to inspect our current system. It turned out that it was 19 years old and had three major operating issues. We decided to have the entire HVAC System replaced. The installers came the following morning and to our amazement by 6 pm completed the tear down, removal and installation. The following morning our Smart Thermostat threw a code that it was not getting any power. We called the office and they assured me that the installers would immediately return to fix the problem to our satisfaction. That afternoon the installers returned, went back through the entire system, found the problem and completed the repair. Lee was amazing! Came out on a holiday on his day of to take a look at our AC and had someone out that afternoon to fix it. He didn't push for replacement as the only option (we do have old units that he explained would eventually need replacing but was able to address the issue for now with obviously a fraction of the cost). I called Lee regarding maintance on my AC unit that was put into my home in 2018. He asked me if I had ducks done at the same time my unit was installed which I did. He then asked me if anything was wrong with my unit and if I had changed the filter. I told him nothing was wrong but I had not changed the filer. Lee said that maintance would not be necessary on a unit as it is so new however, I did not to change the filter ASAP. I did not know where the filter was and he took the time with me to guide me on how to find and open the filter. He then texted me which filters to buys. My HVAC had been out for a few months by the time I called Lee. I have a dog that doesn't like men, and I can't crate him, because the neighbor upstairs likes to torture him when he's in the crate by stomping over it and scaring him. So the process took awhile. Of all the weeks in a year, my AC decided to stop working during one of the hottest weeks thus far -- It was not blowing out cold air!! My original thought was that maybe it needed some Freon, maybe there's a leakage somewhere that shouldn't be that difficult to fix, or worst case scenario, just an old unit that needed to be replaced, so I called up Lee. Over the phone, first impression was that he was very transparent, incredibly humble and professional. He promptly sent Jose over to diagnose the issue. After the diagnostic, it was brought to my attention that this AC unit of mine is 22 years old and is due to be replaced.
