So I have been using this nail salon for my mani/pedi's for over 4 years. I may not be a every 6-8 weeks customer but I only ever use this salon for all my mani/pedi needs. I expecially used it alot when i was pregnant. Well my mother was visiting for the holidays and I told her I have a great nail salon to get mani/pedi's before christmas. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed. The staff that was working on the afternoon of the 23rd of December didnt seem very into conversation with. Wouldnt change the channel for me to watch my football game and we were only customers there. I also asked to have just my cuticles on my nails cleaned up like I always do and I never pay $18 (the price of a full manicure) just to have cuticles cleaned up. Also to have a technician who cant even speak english to a customer isn't very professional for a business either. This place has gone downhill since Vi left. The staff is rude and rushes thru everything and the quality is not as good anymore. My nails hardly last a week before I'm having to go back and have them fix broken nails, pedicures are rushed, tools don't look clean anymore, unsanitary waxing...they double dip the sticks and use like one piece of wax strip to wax both eyebrows. Last and final straw was the crappy eyelash extensions that started falling off in 2 days...their supposed to last a month...and then to be told I would charged to get the eyelashes filled. I used to be a frequent customer when this place first opened. After the third ownership/management change they started to go downhill. I like going somewhere that people "know your name" and this place just isn't it anymore. I started going somewhere closer to work but decided to give this place another try. Never again. I arrived and after waiting 40 minutes and no one once saying they would be with me shortly I left. If they don't want my business then I won't give it to them. Plenty of other nail salons out there that would be glad to have business. read more

they take an hour and a half to do a pedicure, lady was rude to my aunt. she called her a sissy because she didnt like her feet being graded. i do not recommend going unless you like poor service and youre not a time crunch. also they charge $20 extra dollars for gel but do not tell you until when youre paying. read more

Went in to get ONE of my nails fixed. They automatically made me get a new set when they could've just fixed the nail. The guy I had was rude and seemed very rushed doing my nails. My nail shapes weren't all the same and then he did gel polish which is extra and didn't even ask me. When he did the gel it wasn't smooth it was lumpy on some of my nails. I have been going to Lee's Nails for a long time, ever since it opened. I went the other day to take my sister to get a pedicure for her birthday. This is how it went...walked in .. no "hi" or anything. Then said "what do you want" We said Pedicures then they said pick a color. We did , waited for a minute( that was nice) . Fast forward to the feet in water and my guy was sighing and giving me dirty looks. Then my sisters asked her if she did her nails her self and rolled his eyes!! Really , if you hate your job so much then quit, or ask for an extra day off. They were so rude and made us so uncomfortable , oh and by the way absolutely no new tools, there was the file with someone else's nail dust and the other tools looked just as used. I have a huge dug out cut on my heal from the guy who did the foot scrubbing..I felt like I was at the dentist (that same fear).I DO give credit where credit needs giving but these people were horrible. I loved v , where was v ? She used to always be there and the employees were always tip top . Lee's Nails used to be awesome and I loved going there but I do not recommend this place anymore to anyone!!! read more

Save your money, pedicure was rushed through and my feet are still rough what is the point in paying for a delux and coming home and it still being rough when i told her that i felt like she was rushing she said no she wasnt and i didnt have any rough skin and told me to feel. I told her of course im not gonna feel it rough cause my feet are wet and forget it because i was not being heard. when she went to do my manicure i asked her about shellac on the menu it says shellac is 20 dollars. what they don't tell you that its 20 dollars on top ofyour 22 dollar manicure. so you are paying 42 dollars for it when most places its 25 dollars flat for a shellac. to top it off its supposed to be a delux manicure but yet my hands are still rough. Idon't understand why this manicure was 22 dollars. which i just had her paint my nails clear since i was notgonna pay an extra 20 just for a shellac nail polish, I told her 3 times just to forget the manicure all together but she kept on doing it so i just gave up telling her. please save your money and do not go here. they are WAYYYYY over priced for the low quality of work they do. read more

It was my first time here and the people working were very nice, but they kinda grossed me out. I've heard mixed things about this place so decided to give it a try with my daughter. First off I asked them not to use the pumice stone on my daughter bc you can't get them clean he tells me ok but they soak it in barbicide. I told him still no bc you can't get all the skin cells off bc it's pourice and pumice stones float so your not soaking anything. They still used it on her. Then her pedicure bowl cover got stuck in the jet and when they took the jet cover off there was sooooo much gunk and hair in the jet it probably hasn't been taken off and cleaned in a while. Totally grossed me out. I paid for our services bc they were nice enough to stay open but I will not be returning. read more

people are very nice and my acrylic nails turned out very well but i find that they are extremely over priced. i paid $38 for a fill and that's almost as much as the whole set. their prices as shown in the book are completely off from the price you actually pay.... or is it just me? read more

Have loved this place since they opened. They have gone downhill. Last two times I was in, they only had two employees working. First time I decided to wait with my feet in the freezing water as they assured me someone else was coming to work in a few minutes. Pedicures are rushed and sloppy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON. Went to this salon as it was next to the grocery store I shopped at; and I'm new to the area. The atmosphere seemed great. I was greeted right away and taken back. I explained that I wanted the second tier pedicure and a shellac manicure. I arrive at 4:20 pm and by 5:35 they were STILL doing ONLY my toes. I explained that I needed to be done soon & the gal proceeded to ignore me. She then started my nails and I explained I wanted squoval shape and when she started filing, she proceeded to snicker and shake her head when I let her know that they needed to be filed more to be even... and not too sharp. After another 10 minutes of her still working on my toes (again?) I explained we'd have to skip finishing my nails as I had to leave. STILL WORKING on my toes she told me that she put gel polish on my toes and that's why they weren't dry??? I never asked for gel on my toes. I left without having shellac's polish applied to my fingers. A coat of polish on my toes that STILL wasn't completely dry. My toe nails smudged and the clear coat applied to my nails chipped within 10 minutes. This is unacceptable. I'll be going have to have my nails redone or my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON. Just because it "looks" nice doesn't mean it is. read more

Had a pedi today. A girl did it who hadn't done mine before. She was sort of rough on my feet. She rub my feet a little too hard and took the skin off too close. Had a couple of places bleed. Also clippings were a little close and painful! In all the time I have had Pedi's I never had this happen before! I appreciate they serve drinks and fruit! Don't know if I will be back or not. I came here once before and I was seated quick and the nails came out pretty good. But now I have been sitting here for over a hour waiting to get a full set while multiple people have come in after me to get pedicures and have been seated and are getting worked on.. I feel like this is unfair. If I was told it was going to be a hour wait I would of returned another day or time. But she said a few minutes. Over a hour is not a few minutes. I am really disappointed. I'm giving it two stars just for the fact that the first time I came here they did a pretty good job .. Which was why I returned. read more

This place was nice and I have heard great things about it. However, I went in to get a pedicure and it looks like a two year old did my flower design. When I requested to have one little yellow dot added to bring out the details on one of the flowers, the lady refused becuase it would mess up the design. Bad business!! I know not to return to this place because I do not want to have to go to another nail salon to clean up their messy work. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Absolutely terrible. I liked them when I started going but now it's all new workers and they are so rude! I walked in they rudely yelled at me saying "what do you want" I was then told to get a color. I sat there for an hour waiting. No one said anything to me at all. This was my first time visiting Lee's Nails & Spa, and I only did so because the majority of reviews were glowing. I came in and got a manicure with gel polish and an eyebrow wax. The manicure was fine, she was a little rough on my cuticles to the point where I almost asked her to just leave it alone. But other than that, the colors and my nails turned out great. After I finished my nails, I went to the back to have my eyebrows waxed. She didn't close the door so everyone walking by could look in. This was also the most painful waxing I've ever experienced. She put no pressure after ripping the wax off, and I had no control over my tear ducts. Later on as I examined my eyebrows closer, I noticed she actually took a chunk off the bottom so now I have a random spot without hair! I was really disappointed with how my visit went, going in with high expectations and leaving with no way to fix the missing eyebrow hair. The prices were reasonable, but I'd rather pay an extra $10 and gas to get to a place that I know will take care of me. I guess you really do get what you pay for. read more

I was just at the spa yesterday. It was my first time there. I must say the interior is really nice. It's very clean and the employees were friendly though my salon tech did not speak enough English for the two of us to even communicate about my services. She was very sweet though. I had the #3 manicure with French tips and pedicure. i also had a body wax. The pedicure was excellent. The design put on my large toe was the best I've ever had, hands down. I don't normally get a manicure, but I had a $10.00 coupon so I figured what the hell. It felt good and it looked pretty but the pretty wore off in less then 24 hours. Two of my nail clear coat and French tips totally came off. I don't even know when or how the first one disappeared. Four more are so chipped it looks like clear coat with spotted French tips. I hope my toe color fairs way better. Where I used to go, the color would look great the entire month until I went for my next one. My body wax sucks!! To start off, it was the most painful I've EVER experienced. When she ripped the tape from my upper lip, it brought tears to my eyes. My legs, and other areas weren't any better. It hurt soooo much I almost wee wee'd. Then this morning after my shower I noticed she missed an entire row on both my calves and most of my thighs were not done. I spent almost an hour tweezing the hair from my calves. I'll just have to live with the hair on my thighs until I go elsewhere to get it removed. I paid $200.00 for my spa day and at least half of that was a total waste. There are several spas in town that will do all that I paid for so there is no reason for me to go back. I gave it a 3 star because of the friendlness, cleaniness, and drink and snack. read more
