Lees is conveniently located on the corner of an intersection which makes not only finding it super easy but accessible to enter. Parking is only for the sandwich restaurant so I don't foresee parking being a difficult find. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating but with its drive-thru option, getting a quick coffee or sandwich is also available! We entered about 1 hr and 30 minutes before closing and the drive thru lines were still so busy (speaks volumes)! We ordered on the tablet; super easy and lots of options for customizing your food. Everything we tried was super yummy- sandwiches were crunchy but not too hard and the meat was so tender and delicious! This is a meal that you can eat and not walk away feeling so full and gross (depending on how many of these you eat lol). I loved the atmosphere, it was almost as if we were transported to a 90s vibe restaurant with its decore. I also enjoyed the convenient store aspect, if anyone is looking into purchases Vietnamese products this is perfect. I had a disappointing experience at Lee's Sandwiches 10 minutes ago. I ordered a ham and egg baguette, but was given a bacon and egg sandwich instead. I didn't realize the mistake until I had already taken one bite and driven away. I turned around and went back with my receipt to have the order corrected. Instead of just replacing the sandwich they made incorrectly, the staff insisted that I hand over the sandwich with the single bite taken out of it so they could throw it away. I asked if I could keep it to give to my mom since it was their mistake and it would otherwise just end up in the trash. They refused and told me I had two options, either I give them the sandwich to toss so they could make the correct one, or keep the incorrect sandwich and not receive the replacement. I understand businesses have policies, but this one makes very little sense. The mistake was entirely on their end, yet the resolution resulted in unnecessary food waste. What bothered me even more was the attitude I received during the interaction. There was no effort or thought in it. Customer service matters just as much as getting the order right. I haven't been to a Lee's Sandwich shop in a couple of decades. The drive-thru was a deciding factor so, when I had a craving late on a Sunday evening, Lee's is where I was headed. I ordered the #11 Special Combination which consisted of every Vietnamese cold cut sandwich meat stuffed in their in-house baked baguette along with pork pate and the usual vegetable and herb toppings. The baguette will be very crunchy with a denser interior. The meats and toppings are fresh, plentiful and tasty. It is a good middle of the road, overall satisfying sandwich. I ordered their Vietnamese iced coffee. It was nice and strong with a chocolatey flavor. However, the cup was filled to the brim with ice. I have never seen so much ice in a beverage. There was so much ice, I kept topping the coffee off with water and the drink lasted for hours. Service was polite and efficient with the young man working the drive-thru. So much nostalgia coming for good baguettes and Banh mi! The place evolved throughout the years and we stopped going when the deals for buy one get one free stopped. However, we passed by and wanted to have a taste again and check out the place. The inside looks brighter, they have lots of food items for sale, packaged foods and drinks, and a self ordering kiosk. They also had a scratcher machine inside if you're feeling lucky. The drive thru is still around, saw a few cars go through and the wait wasn't long. We ordered through the kiosk and got the combination, bbq pork sandwich, and bbq pork breadstick to try. I wanted a baguette as well but they ran out and we didn't want to wait 10 minutes. We decided to go to our destination and eat in the car before our appointment started. We ate the breadstick first, it was still warm, good amount of pate and sauce but I felt like the meat portion was a bit little. Unfortunately, the bad part of there was tiny pieces of bones... so I had to say that was very unpleasant for my teeth. The bbq pork sandwich was better, the baguette is hard as I remembered and each big bite I take the roof of my mouth gets scratched... so I can't bite down and I end up dragging cilantro meat and radishes out of the sandwich. I've been going to Lee's Sandwiches for decades. My parents took me there as a child/teen. At one point it was one of the only places in town to get Vietnamese coffee. Now even with the plethora of good Vietnamese shops and banh mi sandwiches at every corner, I still stop by Lee's when I am near one. I was doing some errands in the area and had not eaten for hours. I already had an iced tea so just stopped in for a sandwich. I ended up getting the "European" style sandwiches with mayo, mustard, pickles and more of the western flavors. However, since I love the pickled daikon and carrots, they kindly swapped the pickle spear for that. It came with sliced red onions. I forgot to request the jalapeno slices. Parking was small but enough, they have indoor and outdoor seating so you can eat there which was so nice. You order on a Kiosk and they give you your food at the counter. It's really nice inside I liked how everything was set up got a turkey sandwich on a baguette and a turkey ham sandwich on a croissant. Ordered a large Banana and a large Biscoff coffee from Lee's Sandwiches and asked for easy ice, but the cup was filled completely with ice. After literally a few sips there's no coffee left. I even mentioned it wasn't easy ice and was told "it's ok." I've ordered the same drink from other Lee's locations with no issues, you don't have to ask for easy ice because other locations make a drink normally and a large is actually filled properly there. Paying $7+ for what feels like mostly ice is pretty disappointing. On top of that, the drinks here seem inconsistent compared to other locations. They're very light on toppings and ingredients and it feels like they try to cut corners when making the drinks. Definitely not the quality I expected from Lee's. I came here on recommendation of a friend. I was greeted warmly by the cashier. When I explained that was my first time, he handed me a menu so I could step aside and see what was available. It was about 8 o'clock and I wasn't really feeling like breakfast. I remember having a coffee from this chain and wanted to try something new. It was very vibrant and welcoming, lots of people chatting and enjoying their food and drinks. The smells of the shop was nice, I decided to have more of a brunch and got a sandwich that was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. All the flavors were wonderful.
