For the entire time I have lived in my home, I have had to frequently change my whole house water filter. Since they kept getting clogged with iron I asked on Nextdoor for a recommendation for a pump guy to raise the pump, because I thought it was too low and drawing silt. Lee's well service came highly recommended and I gave him a call. He came out this morning 10/4/2022 and immediately told me the pump had been running non-stop 24/7. Lee pulled the pump, changed it out with a new one, checked and reset my water pressure. WP went from 10psi to 65psi!!! He gave me the type of filters I should use (string filters, much cheaper than the ones I had been using) which would increase flow and still catch the iron. Mr. Lee came to our home this morning. Our water stopped working without any kind of warning. All of a sudden we had not water. We called a great friend of ours that gave us Mr. Lee's phone number. My husband called Mr. Lee and told him what our problem was. He told us he would be at our home asap. Within less than 30 minutes Mr. Lee was at our front door. He was able to fix the problem with our pump and restore our water supply. His pricing was great. He was very professional. We were very pleased with the prompt, courteous and efficient work to restore our water. We contacted Lee Tate's primarily because he has a 5 star rating on Facebook and also because his hours of operation are until 8:00pm. We contacted Lee after 6:30pm the day before. He was at our home the next morning at 6:15am. Within 2 hours our water was flowing again! We appreciate the fact that when we were without water it was urgent to us to have it restored as soon as possible. We had just bought and moved into our new home Friday and on Monday our water had slowed to a drip in all the faucets. I called Lee's Well Service at 6:42 pm on a Saturday because we had no water. They were at my house within 15-20 mins and within an hour of the call they had my pressure switch replaced and were on their way. I have had my well repaired 5-6 times in the last year.
