They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. After a mold remediation company ripped out wet dry walls, baseboards, floor and closet door, we got price quotes from two handymen to rebuild the closet and outside wall. We hired Ivan based on his 5-star reviews and competitive price quote. He showed up at 11 am and worked hard until 8 pm to finish the job in 1 day. He also patched ceiling holes made by the mold remediation company and repatched a kitchen wall that was badly done by another vendor. Ivan's finished work looked amazing, as if there were no prior damage before we hired him. We were so pleased that we hired Ivan again to replace an old porcelain undermount kitchen sink (2 bowls/2 drain holes) with a bigger stainless steel drop-in single bowl sink (1 drain hole). I picked a sink to purchase but thankfully, Ivan measured the old sink and counter cut out space and said my choice would not fit without him cutting the counter. I then bought a different sink only after Ivan approved its specifications and it fits perfectly in the existing space. Again, Ivan worked nonstop for 4 hours to remove the old sink and install the new sink. After removing the old sink, he saw that part of the granite counter in front of the sink was weak due to existing cracks in the granite. He immediately went to Home Depot to buy wood to reinforce the counter before installing the new sink. He also resealed all around the sink including below the sink to make sure no moisture will go underneath. It's this kind of attention to detail and very thorough work that made us very glad that we hired Ivan. On the same day, we also asked Ivan to replace a failed water shutoff valve under the bathroom sink. Again, his work was perfect and clearly showed he is knowledgeable and does excellent work in many areas of home repair. I had a clog in my bathroom sink…read more had VIP sewer come out to do a snake but the associates came in so hot right out the gate on blatant upsells and "issues" that could not be resolved with just a snake. even so far to point out that there's teflon tape on the pipes that can't be replaced / they don't the specialty tape... TEFLON tape?! hahaha i ain't stupid. once they snaked and was not able to get through, they said that the next step was to find the clog in the wall open the wall cut out the pipe and replace (a 1.5k+ job) i asked if there were any other options like hydro-jetting or such and they said hydro jetting would spew out everywhere not able to be done second floor i did my due diligence and called a few contractors that knew plumbers that werent on yelp a guy came in the next day, hydro-jetted the clog out in 30 minutes without needed to do any of the above, and only charged me $60 lol beware of the upsell! + though, since they did not get the clog out they did not charge me, just off putting on the blatant upsell. the owner seemed nice though.

I called and had Chris answer the phone. We talked for about 20 minutes while Chris walked me through doing some minor assessment myself. He gave me the option of either himself or another technician coming to the property with an emergency visit fee or waiting until the next business day. In a household of five, with one being a three year old, I just needed the repairs done immediately and running water working as soon as possible. With multiple people now waking up and needing to use the bathrooms and no running water... I didn't see waiting as a viable option. Also, washing the three-year-old's hands has become as frequent as breathing. The kid is always getting into something. This was an immediate emergency. It worked for a few months, and then it was clogged again. I called Sewer Nation for help this time. Eric inspected everything inside out with his camera first and found out the problem was much further out. He hydro jetted the whole line and cleaned out the oil built up from the last 10+ years, now it's perfect. Then Eric came back to install a new toilet for us. Initially we thought it was a quick and easy job, then it turned into a 7-hour project. As soon as Eric removed the toilet, we found roots were growing all round the ground outgoing hole. Eric put in the camera and found out the roots have been growing all the way to the sewer access outside! And the sewer access opening was broken as well. Erci cleaned out everything with a special cutter to cut all the internal roots and hydro jetted them out, then replaced the outside sewer access opening as well. Eric is professional, friendly, and totally trustworthy with no hidden fees or upsells. Highly recommend!!!
