My Hero! After the…read morewater company had been out and told me my flooding had to do with a likely sprinkler line leak... I promptly went to yelp and and began text dialogue and in less than 1 hour he was here. Very quickly began troubleshooting to isolate source of leak and after less than 15 minutes of running back and forth from the street to the back of the house confirmed the problem could not be a sprinkler line. In fact it was a broken connection on a hose feed. Not all heroes wear capes! I am recently widowed after 43 years and with plumbing/sprinklers I was at a total loss of where to even begin. Now I have got to figure a way of properly rewarding this super hero for his Sunday Morning rescue Thank you to the previous yelp reviews which proved to be so valuable and on point!

Their flat fee price was very reasonable. Erick came to my house and did a beautiful job on my kitchen faucet. He went above and beyond the call of duty and ran to the Home Depot to obtain two extra 3/8" to 1/2" adapters (which were unexpected but required to finish the job that day) as I was hosting a party at my house the next day. Dedication and service like that are hard to find these days and I certainly appreciated his efforts! I would highly recommend him and Olson superior plumbing will be my first call should I need plumbing help in the future!

Thank you Efficient plumbing yet again for your service and timely installation. When we called my husband scheduled the plumbers Steve and Hector to come out the following day. They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! They are the best plumbers and I will continue working with them on any future projects or improvements that we may need.

This is any homeowners nightmare and I called Efficient Plumbing right away. We have used them for many years and sadly this wasn't our first water leak. Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! There are many many plumbers in our area but after years of consistent quality workmanship and customer service, I only use and trust Efficient Plumbing.

The inside of the piping was corroded and needed to be repaired. From the moment Sean and his team came out, they were professional, honest, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain exactly what was happening and even used a camera to show me the condition of the pipes, which made everything very clear. There was no vague explanations, just straightforward information and transparency. Sean was wonderful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was handled properly. Jorge and his teammate came out to resurface the pipe, and another technician completed the epoxy lining. They later sent me a video of the finished work, and the difference was night and day. It was a significant investment, but it was absolutely necessary, and I'm glad I chose this company. They also stand behind their work with a 10-year warranty on the epoxy and a 2-year warranty if anything gets stuck, which gave me a lot of confidence. This company genuinely operates with integrity. Chris responded to a call over the weekend in the early hours of Sunday morning, I think it was about 3 a.m. There was a burst pipe that my oldest child notified me of. I woke up and turned off the water immediately. I looked for a plumbing company that would respond at that hour, as most companies were closed. I found Emergency Response Plumbers via Yelp. I called and had Chris answer the phone. We talked for about 20 minutes while Chris walked me through doing some minor assessment myself. He gave me the option of either himself or another technician coming to the property with an emergency visit fee or waiting until the next business day. In a household of five, with one being a three year old, I just needed the repairs done immediately and running water working as soon as possible. With multiple people now waking up and needing to use the bathrooms and no running water... I didn't see waiting as a viable option. Also, washing the three-year-old's hands has become as frequent as breathing. The kid is always getting into something. This was an immediate emergency. Chris came out, assessed the situation, and completed the repairs himself. All while answering my million questions regarding what he viewed from within the walls (the house is a little older, and I just thought since the walls were open, why not). He also walked me through all the repairs he was completing. Overall, it was great work, great service, and great patience. I ask a lot of questions trying to understand things. Super impressed bc he asked if I was able to reset the garbage disposal and explained to me the Allen wrench trick to see if I could get the disposal working. He was very patient in guiding me on what to do. Sadly, both tricks didn't work and we needed a new disposal. He gave me a prelim quote for all 3 jobs and it was a fair price. After completing, he showed me how he tested for leaks after doing the repairs -- and all were leak free! Highly recommend him for great service, communication and price - and he cleaned up the areas afterwards!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Drain Town Rooter…read more I was told a technician would arrive at 8:00 AM, but nobody showed up until nearly 11:00 AM. We had to call multiple times throughout the morning just to find out where our technician was and when they planned to arrive. Once they finally arrived, I was quoted $900+ just to diagnose the source of a leak. I told them I had already received another quote for $700 that included both diagnosing and repairing the leak. They agreed to match the price, but the situation only got worse from there. After their inspection, they determined the leak was actually related to the HVAC system, not a plumbing issue. Instead of being honest and simply referring me to an HVAC professional, they still wanted to charge the full amount despite the problem being outside their area of expertise. What makes this even more frustrating is that the source of the water appeared to be obvious. The leak was coming from the attic, and there was visible water present. Charging $700 simply to determine that the issue was related to the AC system feels excessive and unreasonable. When I questioned the charge, I was told they had "done their work." In my opinion, a reputable company would have been upfront about their limitations, referred me to the appropriate contractor, and charged a fair amount for the time spent. Between the three-hour delay, poor communication, and what felt like an excessive charge for a diagnosis that did not result in a repair, I cannot recommend this company.

I decided to re-pipe the whole house and sought after advice and estimates from 5 plumbing companies. Among the 5 companies, the prices and the suggestions on what needs to be done were all different! I did research on my own, and I trusted Art's expertise as his explanation made the most sense. The price was rather high, but I decided to work with Art. Art's team was professional and provided the quality work. A few hours into it, they found out that one bathroom already had good connections which didn't require additional work, so they took $3,000 off the total bill... so the price actually became one of the lower ends... They are not just good at what they do but honest as well! On top of the whole house re-piping, we replaced the tankless water heater and also added the whole house filter as well.
