Someone recommended Jetter Pro. Phil and Luciano analyzed the issue carefully and figured out the solution. They successfully unclogged the sink! Phil also tried his best to fix the leaking from the P-trap that the previous plumber didn't do a good job on. I could tell that Phil is very skillful and efficient. Their price is reasonable and their work was perfectly done in 3 hours! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

He had quite a job ahead of him, our old faucet was heavily coated with calcium from a persistent leak. But he assessed the problem, made plans to take apart the faucet as far as he possibly could, and from that point forward it was a matter of Joseph taking the calcified pieces and separating them in a manner that worked, but did no harm to our granite countertops. I was impressed with his ability to pivot away from what would not have worked, and use his skills to figure out the way to succeed. It is good to find creative tradesmen these days, we would love to have him come to our home if we need further help with the plumbing.

I'm fairly handy myself, and Andrew has always been willing to share helpful pointers along the way, which I really appreciate. Coastline Plumbing has become my go-to plumbers. Whenever Andrew is on the job, I can relax knowing the work is being done correctly and built to last. One thing to expect: Andrew was upfront about this from the beginning, but Coastline typically doesn't patch drywall or plywood after plumbing work, so you may need to hire someone separately for that part. I think that's standard for plumbers specialized in their trade. In my case, I patched them up myself.

I had a clog in my bathroom sink…read more had VIP sewer come out to do a snake but the associates came in so hot right out the gate on blatant upsells and "issues" that could not be resolved with just a snake. even so far to point out that there's teflon tape on the pipes that can't be replaced / they don't the specialty tape... TEFLON tape?! hahaha i ain't stupid. once they snaked and was not able to get through, they said that the next step was to find the clog in the wall open the wall cut out the pipe and replace (a 1.5k+ job) i asked if there were any other options like hydro-jetting or such and they said hydro jetting would spew out everywhere not able to be done second floor i did my due diligence and called a few contractors that knew plumbers that werent on yelp a guy came in the next day, hydro-jetted the clog out in 30 minutes without needed to do any of the above, and only charged me $60 lol beware of the upsell! + though, since they did not get the clog out they did not charge me, just off putting on the blatant upsell. the owner seemed nice though.

Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?

Chris responded to a call over the weekend in the early hours of Sunday morning, I think it was about 3 a.m. There was a burst pipe that my oldest child notified me of. I woke up and turned off the water immediately. I looked for a plumbing company that would respond at that hour, as most companies were closed. I found Emergency Response Plumbers via Yelp. I called and had Chris answer the phone. We talked for about 20 minutes while Chris walked me through doing some minor assessment myself. He gave me the option of either himself or another technician coming to the property with an emergency visit fee or waiting until the next business day. In a household of five, with one being a three year old, I just needed the repairs done immediately and running water working as soon as possible. With multiple people now waking up and needing to use the bathrooms and no running water... I didn't see waiting as a viable option. Also, washing the three-year-old's hands has become as frequent as breathing. The kid is always getting into something. This was an immediate emergency. Chris came out, assessed the situation, and completed the repairs himself. All while answering my million questions regarding what he viewed from within the walls (the house is a little older, and I just thought since the walls were open, why not). He also walked me through all the repairs he was completing. Overall, it was great work, great service, and great patience. I ask a lot of questions trying to understand things. Steve and his crew are regular people that treat others with kindness and respect not because they have to, but because that's who they are. They fixed a leaky pipe in my backyard without having to pull up my pavers and then they fixed a pipe in my front planter that solved low pressure on my drip lines. No fuss, no extra charges or unnecessary parts and labor. I promptly went to yelp and and began text dialogue and in less than 1 hour he was here. Very quickly began troubleshooting to isolate source of leak and after less than 15 minutes of running back and forth from the street to the back of the house confirmed the problem could not be a sprinkler line. In fact it was a broken connection on a hose feed. Not all heroes wear capes! I am recently widowed after 43 years and with plumbing/sprinklers I was at a total loss of where to even begin. We had a slab leak and I was lucky enough to get a recommendation for Unlimited Plumbing from someone who had had a good experience with them. They came out and they took care of the issues in a professional and capable way, and within the budget. Since then they have fixed plumbing issues as they come up, from leaking faucets to clogged drain lines. They solved problems, like running softened hot water and unsoftened cold water to my washing machine and made the valves accessible so I could turn the water off if I went away on vacation. 7/9/25: We had them come by to do a water heater flush under a $39.95 special. Ernie came by and we…read moredecided not to do it because he said it was a bit old (looked at the label and he said it was 2017) so we run risk of scale buildup release and causing more issues. So he kindly checked our water pressure and it was 90! Way too high, said it could cause problems, slab leaks etc. We tried to turn the screw adjuster to lower it and couldn't, so he kindly tried and couldn't, said likely bladder was blown and we need a new pressure regulator valve ($699). Our handyman came over afterwards and said the water heater was not too old for a rinse; he checked the serial # on mfg website and it was made in 2022, so installed likely 2023. Then he checked the pressure regulator valve and it's not broken, he adjusted to 70 so there was no issue. So a lot of scare for nothing. While Ernie was very pleasant, helpful and nice, in hindsight either he was not very experienced or he tried to scare us into an expensive unnecessary repair. Either way, it was not good work, and I would beware if using them.

Scheduling was easy and seamless. Even when I had to make a change they were accommodating and even exceeded expectations by arriving early and ready to go. When Marty came to my place he was prepared and did some work to find out what the problem was. Once they figured out what was causing the blockage they showed me the image and gave me some insight as to why this might be happening. After everything was said and done and working well, they cleaned up and I wouldn't have even noticed there was a plumber in my bathroom since everything was so clean! This is NOT NORMAL.
