I've come to Legacy for quite some time and always have a pleasant experience! I had LoAn tonight and was exceptionally happy with the service I received - my toes and nails look awesome! I got married in March and we booked the party room here. It was large and they were very accommodating and made sure they had enough staff to get a large group in all at the same time. The staff was extremely flexible and everyone loved our time here! I 10/10 recommend legacy nails! I've also been here for eyelashes, the girl who did mine was a miracle worker. She saved the day repairing a terrible job I'd had earlier. I highly recommend services outside of nails as well! read more

I would rate this at a negative if I had the option. I went there on a Sunday for a pedicure and by the following Wednesday I had developed infections on both of my big toes. Went to doctor and was put on high level of antibiotics. Toes are painful, red and developing pus pockets on them. DO NOT GO HERE! they must be using non-sterile instruments. read more

I came to Legacy with my sister-in-law and have never had such a hurried pedicure in my life. The male technician didn't clean out under my nails, didn't use a callous remover on my heels, didn't lotion my legs, The towels were on my legs for such a short amount of time, I was disappointed with every aspect. After polishing my nails, he told me where to go and sit, I didn't even realize that we should have placed our feet under a light under the bottom shelf until another client told us. Would never go back, too many other salons around to not treat customers with consistency and respect. read more

Had gel nails put on and they started peeling off within 4 days. I was out of town, took pictures. Had to pay again to have them fixed..$$ came back to Omaha salon refused to fix...said it had been a week even though I had pictures. Terrible service!! The technicians were great but just a heads up; don't bother making a reservation. We waited an hour after our reserved time to even get started and when we confronted the front desk about it they told us that a reservation has no guarantees and just because we reserved a spot for 5 people it doesn't mean we will get 5 technicians. They didn't offer any sort of reconciliation or even an apology. We won't be back. read more

It seems everyone I know has their nails done here. I did get an immediate appointment and it took less than an hour to do a pedicure and manicure. The technician did a decent job, and I especially like how he shaped my nails. However, the foot soaking tub was filthy. There was mold and bits of paraffin (at least I think that's what the yellow gunk was) floating in the water. I could feel the greasiness too. The tub was not properly washed before I saw the next person seated at the same tub. That's just really gross. I would go back for a color change, but not to put my feet in the dirty tubs! read more

I bought the mani/pedi spa package. My mani looked like it was done at home, nothing special. I had to have them repaint one of my nails two additional times. I noticed that the tech had missed painting half of one of my nails. He painted the missing part and their was an obvious line. The manager told him that he needed to take the polish off and redo it. The tech acted put out. I had my pedi first and after letting it air dry and dry 15 minutes under the lights, I was assured that I could put my shoes on. Once I got home, I noticed that the paint on both of my big toes was really smudged. I called and they told me to come back a they would redo them. Had the same tech, and once again he acted put out. Noticed this evening that my manicure has already chipped. Very unhappy with the quality. I spent quite a bit of money to pamper myself (something I rarely do) and this is what I get. I will be calling back tomorrow morning to have this fixed. While I have been impressed with management responses to fix theses issues, I shouldn't have to keep going back!! read more

I will never go to this nail salon again EVER. The nail tech was a total jerk. He told me to watch tv and stop watching him do my manicure. Every time I looked down at my hands he would snarl at me to look back at the tv. Honestly - overpriced and bad AWFUL service. I went there at least five or six times before this and would never have rated this salon well. Honestly, the salon at the mall is 100 times better. I was willing to look past the fact that the technician who was doing my pedicure did not scrub my feet to where they were still scratchy untilwe got to the counter to pay. The lady tried to charge us for the spa pedicures when we requested express then basically called us liars, said WE ALL HEAR YOU SAY SPA and asked us why we didn't stop them, when this was our first time there. Not happy at all and will NEVER be going back. Did not want to put any stars but the app makes you. This star is NOT earned! read more

Whatever you do, don't go to this place for your nails. I went here for a manicure and pedicure this past Sunday and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The staff at the front desk were extremely curt and kept cutting me off every time I tried to explain which pedicure option I wanted. They then sat me down with a nail tech who began PICKING the shellac off my nails with her fingers. She then proceeded to give me a very painful manicure which caused my fingers to bleed a bit. I normally get manicures every 2-3 weeks and I've never experienced anything like this. She also used her fingernails to try to scrape off the excess shellac once she applied it, digging her nails into my skin each time. When it finally came time for my manicure, I was disappointed to find it would be done by the same woman. The pedicure experience was slightly more relaxing, but still pretty painful over all and I never got the citrus pedicure I came there for in the first place. After paying the outrageous fee of $78 for this service, I went home only to discover that I now have an infection which has caused painful swelling in my big toe and will likely require antibiotics for treatment. I'm beyond furious and disgusted that I paid for such shoddy service only to get an infection from it. I normally never write reviews, but yelp was the original reason I went to this place. So to anyone who may be considering this place, I cannot stress enough - stay FAR, FAR away from it. It's definitely not worth it! read more

I've been to Legacy Nails several times through the years and it's obvious that their customer service has gone DRAMATICALLY downhill. I took my daughter with me to get 2 pedicures. They told me that it would be 20-25 minutes. We put our names in and walked around Legacy for a bit. We came back and picked our nail color and they asked to go to our seats. OK good!! We then sat there for 30 minutes with our feet in water waiting and waiting. Other people coming in after, getting seated and getting pedicures and we kept getting passed up. They didn't even come over to apologize for the wait or ask if we wanted anything to drink. They just let us sit there... I finally went up to the front after 20 minutes and asked if we were going to be able to get pedicures and they "Oh sorry we're running a little behind" with very little remorse. They said that it would be just a little longer. After waiting 7 more minutes with my feet in almost cold water (by now), we got up and left. I told them that this was terrible planning and that it really rude for them to do this. All they said was sorry, and I really don't even think that they were. I noticed a lot of new technicians there too. I'll never go there again. read more
