I was i n some medical distress so I thought I'd pay for the badly needed tires and dispute the bill the next day. They said they'd give me the paperwork then. Next day I had to send my grandson. 3 days later I was well enough to study the bill. I did not get 2 tires free. I was charged for the so-called qualifying protection plan $171.92. Labor to put on the tires was $303.72. This is an astounding charge compared to what I've been used to. I have emailed them demanding a refund and haven't heard back yet.
