Came in for a basic alignment on my wife's commuter car and was worked on right away, no apt necessary and was such an easy process. Big facility with multiple lifts and work stations w/ mechanics/technicians busy working. Appreciate the multiple seating options for waiting customers, especially the large window looking into the service bays. Spoke to the mgr while waiting and wanted to have him do specific services on my truck, m4 and s2000 which he reported they could do all that. Very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Just based on how I was treated and how meticulous the mechanics were with taking care of my car, I will be back for sure with my other vehicles. Keep up the great work over there guys.

At 1 my car had not even been taken back. No calls to tell me they were behind. I called to ask what the deal was and they said they STILL had cars in front of mine and my estimate time would've 1:40 It's 1:45 and my car STILL hasn't been started. I'm watching it get rolled back right now. The only reason it's getting started is because I came back in to complain. How many other people came in after me and got helped before my car was because they stayed in the store and waited???? I know sometimes a tire fix can take awhile. But my car literally was not getting worked on until I came back in to complain. Better estimates would be nice. Better communication would be helpful. I could have gotten an uber ride home and gotten stuff done around the house while I was waiting. But I stayed in the area thinking it wouldn't be THIS long. Employees are really nice tho. So there's that.

They had to walk out and test each tire as well as my windshield wipers and wanted to see my spare. I reminded the lady I was not there for a spare. We go back inside (8:36) and she tells me they can start at 9:15 - 9:30. Meanwhile 2 bays are still empty and those same guys are not doing anything. What is the point of making and appointment if they are not going to keep it? I left and took the car somewhere else.

We've had nothing but issues with this company…read more I paid them to mount and balance tires recently on one of our vehicle vehicles and we ended up having to bring it back because they didn't balance it. Then they charged me to balance them again, even though this was their fault. I recently just had them put another set of tires on one of our company vehicles and two out of four of the valve stems went bad and of course they wanted to charge an additional $15 for their mistake. This location's quality has went way down and we're having issues. We should not have. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
