Great Sports Bar. TVs everywhere and the main screen was about 20 foot by 15 foot. Happy hour is only until 6 with some pretty good deals. Monday night buy one Burger get one half off as a good deal especially during Monday Night Football and the burger was really really good! Will definitely be back read more

*Reviewer beware this review may be a little bias. For a sports this place is king. Overall the place is fairly large with additional setting and bar upstairs. The first floor has a huge bar, with plenty of flat screen tvs plus a huge projector screen for the entire restaurant. I heard about this place from a buddy of mine and so we set out to catch the Lakers/Boston finals game and it was a blast even with the couple of Bostonian fans there. I gave this place 4 stars because of the atmosphere and the people. Everyone there were extremely friendly and willing to buy a round of drinks for you. Not sure if this was the norm, but I had a beautiful girl buy me shots. And surprisingly two dudes bought us drinks, so 'when in Rome, do as the Romans do' I returned the favor. I know this isn't much of a review but what can I say all had were drinks. Beers were about 7 bucks and I think shots were about 10 if I remember correctly. I'm definitely heading back there for another go around. Hopefully, the next time I"ll have a chance to try the food. read more

I can not believe that I get to watch my favorite sport on a 27 foot screen while hanging out with such an awesome bartender. Do not I repeat DO NOT eat here very sub par food pretty sure they are getting it all from 99 cent store. Had tics on the table (tried to take a pic but jumped away). Doesn't even know a razzle-dazzle is.... Unbelievable. However I'm willing to give them another shot if they want to talk to about the tick and the toothpick. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY COMING HERE. First of all, I came during happy hour and ordered a Blue Moon on draft. Drank half. Within SIPS I literally felt like I was drunk. The room was spinning and I felt like I was going to puke after leaving their restaurant. One of the bitchy blonde waitress spiked my drink for sure...I drink Blue Moon all the time and have had higher alcohol percentage beers before and have never felt like this before. Second of all, if you want to have lunch with your sister visiting from the east coast and be talked about by all the ugly ass waitresses who work there the whole time, then this is the place for you. The blonde waitress we had literally was the worst. She laughed every time she took my order and then persistently asked if I felt ok the whole time. AKA SHE SPIKED MY DRINK. I could have possibly had the worst customer service experiece of my life at this place. The setting: Early evening, about 6pm on a Saturday. The place was pretty dead and there was not a wait. Party of 3 me, my boyfriend and a friend of ours. After being blatantly ignored by the too cool teen hostess (seating patrons was second or maybe even third priority to making juvenile attempts in attracting the attention of its druken male clientele ) we asked to be seated. After we were show to a table upstairs, we asked to be seated at a empty booth on the first level. Although there was no wait we were refused the table, after a brief exchange she rolled her eyes at us as we walked out. Its too bad this is one of the only places on 2nd with a permit to sell liquor. Guess we'll go thirsty before we ever set foot in Legends again. read more

Requested a table for my uncle's birthday party for 10+ people, they refused to seat the entire party and were extremely rude about it. When I asked to speak to a manager he stated he was "too busy to speak to me". It was a Friday night and I can assure you it was not even close to "too busy" to speak with an unsatified customer. The beer prices are high and the food is absolutely horrible, that is of course unless you like being reminded of how cafeteria food was in elementary school. Staff, for the exception of one or two nice young females, are rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional. The place is filled with tons of sports memorabilia...which is fake...and does have a lot of flat screens for sports but DEFINITELY not worth the headache of dealing with them. Other great places very close for sports and great entertainment are Smoque, Quinn's Irish Pub, and Gallagers...just to name a few. Lastly, if you like dealing with "Huntington Beach stlye bro's" this is definitely a spot for you, plenty of steroid losers, guys with eye liner, and tons of bandanas. Again...cool if your a tool! Legends is a typical sports bar & grill - nothing to write home about but always my first choice when I just want a sandwich, a beer & to watch a game. For the years that I've been going here, the waitstaff has been really nice & attentive. This isn't the bar you want to go to if you're looking to meet women, but it's my favourite spot that opens up early during the World Cup. read more

We came here on a Sunday to watch the Raiders game. Nice to see other Raiders fan (please no comments, I'm a wife of a die hard Raiders fan). The restaurant was packed! They also have an upstairs sitting area and it was also packed. We waited for about 45 minutes until a table (for the three of us) became available. Our friend, who is a vegan, enjoyed the tater tots and craft beers. My husband and I ordered the onion rings and chicken strips. The tater tots and onion rings were huge - more than enough for the three of us. The chicken strips were perfectly battered and fried. They were also good for a bar. Overall, we had a great time, enjoyed the food and beers and will definitely return. The menu selection is huge, so you won't have a problem finding something you like. read more

Ok first of all the food here really isn't all that great. But, it's a sports bar so I guess you don't really come for great cuisine. We came for the Super Bowl, got there really early so we could grab a table, and had a great time. Excellent service, even when they were really crowded. And food & drinks came out super fast. If Yelp could give me negative stars I would give -5 I've been there 2 times and both experiences were awful. First time I went there for drinks, at last call they told everyone to get out...it was pretty crowded so we stayed at our both to let all the other people pass so we wouldn't get trampled on (4 girls) . Once it was our turn to get up and leave, the guard LITERALLY PUSHED US, shoving us out the door... we were walking towards the door, but apparently not walking quickly enough. I have never had someone put their hands on me like that before and having a 6 foot something guard shove us out ( again 4 girls) was so disrespectful and uncalled for.. Fast forward to a few months later... I decided to give them another shot (regretfully) I called in advance to see if they would be playing the 49ers v Green Bay game. they told me they would have it on their main screen, so we went extra early to ensure we got good seats. After appetizers and a few drinks the game started and all was great.. Food okay, waitress very nice and accommodating. Half way through the game, the channel changed and it was on a sports commentary channel... clearly not playing the game anymore we asked the waitress what happened. She apologized and said she tried to change it back but the Manager is very stubborn and refused to change it back. We asked for the manager and he denied he ever changed the channel. I asked him if the game was on prior.. "yes"... is the game on now.. "no, but I didn't change the channel." clearly the channel was changed and he just didn't care. He didn't even try to put the game back on ( there were many people in Green Bay and 49 ers jerseys, so it was clearly a games other patrons wanted to watch) Needless to say, $100 down and lied to by the manager... I am NEVER going to this location again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE... unless you want to be miss treated, lied to, and shoved out the door. read more

Came in here a couple times for college football and have been pleasantly surprised at the quality of food/waiter service considering it is a "sports bar," with emphasis on the "bar." Size and quantity of the tvs are a big plus, and our server (Ashley, i think) was keen to pay attention to detail. She suggested wings and they were a big hit with my party. We also were told this is a good place for premier league soccer but have yet to check that out. I would recommend if you are in the area or from out of town looking for good grub, service, and viewability of games. read more

Overall experience was good. The only person who made it memorable for us was Joe. Extremely nice and easy to talk to. I had come with 6 friends, and three of us (over the age of 21) decided to have a drink. The waitress asked for out IDs which was perfectly fine, however I think she may have thought my friends IDs were fake. After she checked, It seemed like she went to talk to a manager or other employee which would be fine. My friends were visiting from out of state so it would've made sense if she didn't recognize the IDs. However, when she went to talk to manager or other employees about it they just stared at us for a good three minutes and it made us really uncomfortable. It would have been nice if she had been upfront and honest and just said she was gonna talk to a manger about our IDs instead of having about three employees stare at us while they were talking. We would have understood, as we have all worked in the food service industry before and understand the repercussions of underage drinking that happens at restaurants. Joe came and was extremely nice about checking our IDs. Drinks were good but not sure if we would come back due to the uncomfortable staring. read more

I've only ever been here on Friday or Saturday nights. It's a good place to go out on 2nd street if you like top 40 music and scoping out guys... However it is really crowded and with cute guys comes douche bags as well. This place is huge but it does get packed which makes it pretty hard to get a drink. Definitely do not come here without already having a buzz... it can be annoying. There's an upstairs and it's kinda cool to go up there and check out what all the drunkies are doing below. There's a huge screen and they played music videos on it last time I was there.. pretty cool in my opinion. The only thing that's weird about this bar is that they play music to dance to but there isn't really a dance floor. I don't get that. I'd like it a lot more if there was a dance floor. I tried to go here the other night and there was a cover... very stupid. I wouldn't come here on nights there's a cover... that's just dumb. I've been there plenty of tmes when there's no cover so I don't know what's up with that. Some people on here are calling this place a dive.. it's definitely not a dive. At least not on the nights I was here. When I was here it's just like a bar that plays rap and top 40 that's missing a dance floor. read more

This is my go-to place for all things sports! My friends and I love to come here on the weekends for football. The bartenders are always very friendly and the servers are too. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with a server. On our most recent visit, we had a server named Sarah. She checked on us often and recommended a great beer when the one I wanted was out. So we came here for dinner because our friends wanted to eat there... straight to the point Waitress wasn't attentive, she only came around to take our order and later to drop the food off. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and it was super dry, like no sauce. I also got the Mac and cheese that i shared with my girlfriend and it wasn't creamy at all. Just bland cheese on macaroni. I also ordered a racer 5 and my friend ordered a Stella which were both on the menu but they were out of both. The restaurant it self is pretty good. Lots of tvs and cool atmosphere. I just left there , my boyfriend and I came to watch a football game , it was PACKED ! No problem, we put our name on the list so we could get a table. We arrived here at about 10:30am and weren't seated until about 12:15pm. So we waited about 2 hours and the hostess tells us that " Our server doesn't want to serve us because we have already ordered food at the bar ." Now , I don't think it's " good customer service " if I've already waited 2 hours for a seat , and ate my meal on a corner table where someone else was already sitting. I understand everyone has to make a living , but to tell someone they can't have a seat after 2 hours is bs. read more

This place only gets 2 stars because of the good food... I have had a number of bad experiences with the employees. One time on a busy night, I was short changed by a bartender on purpose as he pretended to accidentally drop my change behind the bar. I ultimately stopped coming here after I had the following incident with management which pretty much represents the type of people who work here. I was in the bar area with some friends, having a casual drink, nothing crazy... and a manager mistakenly confused me for another person that had been kicked out of a another bar on the street. After I confirmed and explained how it wasn't me I was astonished when I was escorted out. That was 4 years ago. Recently, I decided to forgive the restaurant and have dinner and drinks with a group of friends and family. We had $5 off coupons that were offered on the back of our LB State Dirtbags tickets from that day. As anyone with a ticket would expect, these are to be used for a discount on their own bill as we proceeded to provide one for each bill we received (9 people, 4 total bills). For some reason, management will only honor one $5 off coupon for one table. I had no issue with the server enforcing this rule however I felt it should be more clear and wanted an explanation from the manager. I received a "courtesy" credit for a second coupon accompanied with an overwhelming attitude and demeanor as if I was trying to steal something. Seems as if $20 was too much to discount four separate bills totaling about $250. This experience further more confirmed the terrible management culture ingrained into the restaurant and I again, will never be coming back. read more
