They will intentionally HIT your car, then someone will approach you telling you they have the accident on dash camera. You give them your phone number, (so they can send u it ) then they don't send you it. (Tell you it's downloading some BS) And leave and then someone calls you saying they are your car company roadside assistance. And they see you have had a accident. And want to send a tow truck out to pick your vehicle up. ASAP Don't get caught up by them. They did this to a loaner from galpin mazda haha so now they have to deal with big lawyer money. I went to this place for an estimate and actually paid $50 for the estimate, so I am officially a "customer" of this place. First, the owner Alex, wearing a white t-shirt was smoking a cigarette that did not smell like a regular cigarette. I got dizzy just by second-hand smoke. I also had a hard time understanding him as he did not make sense. I also noticed a large amount of trash on the side walk in front of the shop. At first I thought it was the homeless around the area but one of the employees told me that it was actually the shop's trash. Another employee said that the owners don't want to pay for trash collection. Well, why would I want to get my car fix in a shop that is polluting the environment. The owner's demeanor and attitude was not comforting either. Note that this was 10am on a Tuesday... I got my $50 estimate, which was wrong and extremely expensive (that's what you get when the guy writing the estimate is not all there), got in my car and drove away as fast as I could. read more

Extremely terrible experience. I came to them with the repair of my car for insurance. After they returned the car to me, I discovered that they did not honor all that they had promised, the windows and mirrors were sprayed with paint, and in addition to all they broke the lock on the door and it stopped opening. After my comments they said that they would fix the door, that they need to order a new lock and they will call back in a couple of days. But they did not call back not in a couple of days, not in a week. I began to call them, but they blocked my number, and when I called from other numbers, they hung up. When I drove to them, they hid in the office and did not go outside. It's been two months since I turned to them and so far they have not fixed anything. Now I made a claim on this bodyshop and now we will resolve all issues through the court. Save your time and money, stay away from this bodyshop! read more
