I really like my nail tech, Kim. She's detailed and cut and trims my cuticles so expertly with such precision- just like how I do it when and if I have time to do my nails myself. She is kind of quiet but a really good nail artist. I've done gel chromes with her and they last a really long time. The pedicures are nice too. They use the plastic liners and change them between each guest. Prices are standard for chrome nails. I got both gel chrome manicure and pedicure for $80. Mins costs a bit more because it's layers of polish in between and a special way to get the chrome look. Takes more time and effort so it costs more. Everyone seems really nice and they accommodate each person pretty quickly. This will be my go to nail salon whenever I need to prettify my nails. read more

I found this place because of Lee on IG. Her work with gelX seemed really good. Unfortunately when I made my appointment, the plan was gelX but I got a new job that doesnt allowed fake nails. I had already paid the deposit (Lee requires), so I had to switch to gel mani. She had to change the time of my appointment but no big deal. She doesn't do pedicures, but I made the appointment with a pedicure. I got lost and was ran about 5 minutes late, but thankfully she sent a courtesy text and they didnt just go to the next person. So idk who did by pedicure, and although it wasnt bad it felt super rushed and not really through. It was the basic and I did run late tho. I waited about 10 minutes between that and my mani appointment. No big deal tho. My gel mani felt a little rushed too but in a way just because shes good at it. She was a little rough on my cuticles though. But my gel mani came out pretty nice and even after a week later, no chipping or anything. Two Cons though: The ambiance: it was the week before memorial and I know many graduations but it was more crowded than the places I usually go too. So a little hard to relax (why I prefer appointment only places, versus walk in) the had good music tho but again the busy environment, couldnt really enjoy it. Second, the price: so I haven't got a gel mani in a while so I thought $40 was the usual price. (Already paid the deposit too, so had really no choice) After researching other places I see that the average is actually $25-$35. I paid $65 for a gel mani and basic pedicure and sadly it wasnt worth the price. At other places I can get a deluxe pedi & gel mani for about that price. And for that reason I probably wont be returning but again wasnt a bad experience just the experience doesnt match the price. read more

I've been to this salon twice and have been happy both times. The staff is friendly and started my services on time.

It took me a very long time to decide to leave this review. I came here a LOT as you can tell by my check-ins. There's a few key points that have made me never return, and ALWAYS check to make sure my nail tech is using the proper products. 1) They WILL talk about you. If you think they are, it's because they are. I was okay with that, I didn't care. I just wanted to get my nails done and go. 2) They use products that should NOT go on your skin/nails/ anywhere on your body. Think I'm lying or wrong? Look up Nail salons using MMA on Google. Think I'm wrong again? Read up how you can tell if someone is using MMA, and realize how this salon meets all criteria. 3) They are cheap, because you get what you pay for. MMA products are cheaper than other safer/better products (EMA). There are certain techs here who charge more because they claim to have "better products than the salon." I won't name drop anyone out of courtesy, but don't be fooled. It's the same. 4) Acrylic nails should NEVER. BE. PRIED. OFF. EVER. That will destroy your nail bed, they should be soaked off every single time to prevent damage to the natural nail. *Ahem* what do they do here? Pure laziness, because they know how much of a pain it is to soak off MMA. DO. YOUR. RESEARCH. My nail beds were DESTROYED by religiously coming here for 10 months, because I didn't know any better. I did my research and started going to technicians who take care of my nails. Acrylic nails should NEVER hurt. Not putting them on or taking them off. I decided to make this review because I wanted to inform the people who actually care. If you don't care and want nails done in 45 minutes for $20, then this is the place for you. Oh man! What a spectacular place! I called when they opened in the morning to make an appointment for 12:30pm. I told the lady I wanted a fill and a pedi, and I'm picky. Pro Tip: If you're picky, let people know so they have a fighting chance, they can accommodate you and be prepared. I walk in, place doesn't smell of chemicals and I'm greeted immediately. It's tastefully decorates and clean. They seat me immediately and get to work. I can't believe I didn't get their names, I'm pregnant so cut me some slack. Sorry y'all! I had a young girl for my feet, she was not only beautiful and sweet but she was super gentle and really took her time to make sure I was satisfied every step of the way. We talked throughout and she was a pleasure. I had one guy for the fill and he did great. He knew what I wanted and they came out perfectly. His next client came in and another guy came to do the gel... So here's the scoop, I'm visiting from out of town, I've lived in LA for years but currently live in Utah. It's not easy to find a good place in Utah, I drive almost an hour cause I'm picky. I walked in with black and purple, sparkly, LONG nails. They were for Halloween. I gave these poor people a run for their money. I wanted a fill and I had colored glitter powder. So this was no easy task. Luckily it's fall and I wanted a color that would cover my existing colors pretty well. We did have a little trial and error period where we had to test out a couple options before we found the one that worked! The guy was extremely accommodating a patient. He tried everything until we found what worked. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Overall the staff was polite, knowledgeable and hard working. My nails look BOMB and I wish I could bring the entire salon back home with me to Utah! Super disappointed I didn't get names like I usually do! Ugh! Sorry again!! Still my favorite nail salon in Rancho Cucamonga! I never ask for a specific nail technician and always leave happy. Their prices have gone up though sadly. It's now $27 for a gel manicure and $20 for a basic pedicure. PS: Bring cash! There's an additional credit card fee and they won't let you add tip onto your credit card. I had previously made an appointment with derrick to get a new set in which he said I didn't need one it was obvious I did. If I could give this place a 0 I would! I found this place on yelp because I am new to the area and it was the worst decision I have ever made. I had my nails done with Tom and toes with Hannah. I picked a $40 package for a pedicure and it ended up being $52. Way over priced and not worth it, but the lady was nice. My nails, I did the dip with gel- $50! I about fell over spending $102 + $6 tip for each. Anyways, I got them done at 10:30am and by 4:30pm one of my nails was completely ripped away! See photo! Just peeled! I called that day and it rang and rang so I called back the next day and the man said to come in and they would fix. I went in to fix and two other nails were already starting to peel. The lady fixed and I was on my way around 4pm. Come 6:30pm my whole gel piece on my thumb completely came off- IN ONE PIECE! At this point, I called back and the man told me to come in to fix. This was all within 24hours- are you kidding me? I am not going to come 3 times in 24 hours, so I demanded a refund! "No refund! We don't do refunds!" He wouldn't even give me a gift card in the full amount- not that I would ever go back or give to someone else! It's the principal of the matter. I've never experienced this at a nail salon and I only came to a new one because it's near my new home and I leave for Italy tomorrow. Leaving a review in the parking lot because I really love this place. Customer service from everyone is good, they're really friendly! But I would die for Jennifer (ig@jennifer_havo) lol. I've requested her several times now because of her service, she works with a gentle touch and never hurts me. I have been going to Tina for the past 3 1/2 years she is hands down one of my most favorite Nail Techs I have even gone to. She is very experienced and is such a perfectionist when it comes to her work she make sure every single nail is perfect before you leave and if you have an issue with one of them she is pleased to fix it, but she notices it before you do. This was my first time at this nail salon today. The place I normally go is closed, so after calling a bunch of nail salons to try 2 set up 2mani/2pedis same day, I find this place. When I called this morning the girl asked me "you want 2mani/2pedis?" and I told her VERBATIM "well, one isn't really a manicure, I want a full set of acrylics, and the other one just a regular manicure". She said "with gel?" And I told her yes. I go to the appointment and there's 4 girls helping us. Two girls doing our pedicures, 2 girls doing our fingernails. I don't even notice the girl doing my manicure isn't about to do acrylics until she starts put clear polish on one of my hands. I ask her, "you're doing acrylics, right?" She said, "what?" I tell her "you're putting acrylics on?". She tells me "You said on the phone you wanted mani/pedi". This upset me because I know what I said. I repeat the conversation we had on the phone to her where I said a full set of acrylics. Suddenly all 4 girls helping us who had been speaking English to us this entire time, start talking to each other in another language. Which is so rude because the conversation was clearly about me and it's very rude and theyre doing it right in front of me. Two of these girls involved in this conversation weren't even helping me specifically, so they had no reason to get involved. A FIFTH girl comes up to me and says "you asked for a gel manicure". I spoke to ONE girl on the phone, NOT 5. I know what I asked for, I only go to nail salons for acrylics. It was really upsetting because instead of the one girl I spoke to on the phone just apologizing for the misunderstanding, there's 5 of them BLAMING ME. I wasn't trying to cause a scene or be rude, but it's upsetting because they're telling me what I asked for when I know what I said and they're making it such a big deal. The girl that started my nails gets up and says "well I don't do acrylics" and leaves. She doesn't even apologize. The girl doing my pedicure says to me "You shouldn't have agreed to a gel manicure if that's not what you wanted". Again, I did not speak to her on the phone, she does not know what I asked for and seeing as she is not doing my acrylics, it is none of her business. Rude as hell. A SIXTH girl does my acrylics for me, she seemed nice and did a really great job. But it taking 6 people to talk to me and get it done is honestly ridiculous. I always tip because I feel rude not to so I tip the girl that did my acrylics because she did do a really good job. I still even tipped the first girl who originally started my nails even though she caught a mad attitude about it, because I could somewhat understand her putting in half the work and then feel like she did half and not be tipped. I still think she should have apologized and not turned it into a whole thing, but I could understand that much. I did NOT tip the girl that did my pedicure, because I felt she was the rudest inserting herself into something that did not involve her and she didn't speak to me on the phone so she has no idea what I said to even have an "opinion" on it. They charged us 156$, and we normally get the same exact thing done at Villagio nail spa in Ontario for 120$, so that leaves me to believe they still charged for the manicure I didn't ask for! They didn't give us a receipt so I can't be sure. But this was THEE WORST customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I would never go back here. Ridiculous. read more

All my nails has half a polish, only the middle of my nails are painted, none of them are clean, the sides of my nails are just ignored LOL. If ever I'm in the Rancho Cucamonga area and I need an emergency nail fix; this is by far my favorite nail salon. I was in a rush and had a very important event the next day. It was already late in the afternoon and there was no way I could've made it to my usual nail place. I called and a gentleman answered. I just needed a quick gel polish change and he told me to come in. Huge plus that they close at 7:30pm. Most places close much earlier. I took my 2 year old daughter with me as we were running errands together. They had us sit in one of the pedicure chairs and my daughter loved that she could sit next to me with no fuss. She was entertained by Moana (used my cellphone) and even got her own nails trimmed by Annie. She was very very sweet. She did a great job! My nails lasted about 3 weeks. They did a decent job. I was super excited to try this nail place because of the reviews and pictures. I got a spa pedicure and gel manicure. I had originally wanted an ombré gel manicure but was told I'd need to get a full set for that (bummer!). So I got basic colors and felt it was a little expensive for what I got. My total for a spa pedicure and gel manicure (single color-no design) was $55 not including tip. I will say, they are taking precautions. They take your temperature before entering then they make you go wash your hands before sitting down. They do not allow you to touch the nail polishes. They also put a clear shield between you and technician and sanitize the area after. I felt comfortable knowing all the precautions they were taking so great job! I felt Update: sad because my gel nail polish started to chip a week after. read more

It was my first time here and I am beyond pleased! I got a full set and a pedicure (one of the deluxe pedicures with the extra bells and whistles). Pedicure- $32 but worth every penny. Tracy was my technician. She was patient and thorough and took her time. My pedicure probably was probably about 30-40 min long with a callus removal, sugar scrub, hot lotion massage and hot towel. Only negative was that the spa chair was very uncomfortable. after about 15 minutes my back and booty were killing me! Full set- $55. Derek was my tech and again, was very thorough and detailed. I showed him the design I wanted before we started and he was able to give me an exact price which is nice. I tend to not really know what to expect at other salons.
