After getting a flat tire late at night after 10pm & having AAA help by switching the flat with the ugly donut spare in the trunk I still needed to get my tire fixed and being a Sunday night after 10pm I didn't know what I was going to do....but after finding Legit Tire on Bear Valley Road & speaking to Austin who was so great I knew that I wouldn't have to be driving around with that ugly spare donut which was very comforting. WARNING: Buying tires from LEGIT TIRES in Hesperia can be dangerous to you and others on the road. After buying 4 tires (all 4 different brands) one had a nail in it and the other went flat with sidewall damage. Upon my return I had to PAY to have the flat fixed and labor cost to replace the damaged tire. After the second visit i checked to find 8 out of 20 lug nuts loose, a very serious safety hazard. Once again one of the tires went flat with sidewall damage. They DO NOT stand behind their work or products, are very unprofessional with the worst customer service & uneducated tire tech's ever. My cash payment went directly into the guys pocket and no receipt was offered. Beware of this so called business. read more

Called specifically about kumho tires and said kumho probably about 5 times on the phone so they were well aware I wanted kumho. They have me a price over the phone for them and said they had them in stock. When I showed up nobody came out to greet us for a while so we walked a little bit towards the back and then got told to leave from that area, which I understand but still no one would come out to help us. After they finally decided to help us they said " oh yeah we got your tires right here, we'll put them on" and tried to pass off some off brand crappy tires as kumho. We told them we wanted kumho like we said on the phone and agreed on and they said ohh yeah these aren't kumho. So basically a waste of time and terrible customer service. Sold my husband 2 used tires, one had a huge bubble in it. Total scam taking advantage of people in a tight spot.

Had them mount a set of rims to my existing tires.And it took over 2 hours.Then they raised the price 25 dollars after it went past closing time even though I got it there way before they closed.And lastly they Did not balance the wheels after they had been mounted.The only time anyone should go here is if your in a pinch and every other tire shop is closed . 5 stars for price and promptness! We found a nail in our 35" tire before we headed home from visiting our family and it was a Sunday! There were very few tire shops open and the ones that were open couldn't help us because our tires were too big! So we were in a bind...we needed to hit the road! Stopped by for a quick used tire just to get my car home everything seemed normal. Next morning got up went to go check air pressure to see if the tire was still holding air. And guess what the tire was mounted backwards! (the outward was inward). Will never go back again. read more

I bought 2 tires yesterday... got home last night and there was apparently a slice on the side wall of one tire we JUST bought. So went back today spoke with the so called manager Michael. He was VERY RUDE and actually told me "I don't have time to look up your record for payment from last night " .... worst thing ever you can say to a coustomer that any business don't have time for a paying coustomer! I took my 06 Nissan to LEGIT to have my back brakes done..i had the work on front brakes repaired by them a few months prior. I arrived there around 9am and was told his mechanic wld arrive shortly...after his arrival he proceeded with the work on my car having both back TIRES off and my car jacked up..the mechanic began to tell me he had lost his father and nephew and that he needed to get back to his family..realizing not only did I need to replace the pads and rotor which I brought with me but now I needed a caliber...after sitting for over an hr with no communication for the owner or his brother I asked how much longer wld it be b4 the mechanic returned with the part...Long story short..he never left to get the part not did he return to finish the job!!! The owner and his brother attempted to finish the job but could not figure out how to remove the pin from the bracket..i told them to just replace the whole thing..mind u the other side had not been touched...i was there for 6 1/2 ..when they could not did my car they called a fam member who I don't know was on the payroll or certified..he was able to remove the pin but upon putting on the caliber he failed to put on the washers...after 6wks of driving my car my brakes locked up...the new rotor brake pslad and caliber all had to be replaced due to the damage of the pin rubbing directly onto the new rotor..lets not forget I paid f To have both side repaired and only one side was done due to the lack of knowledge with the issue of removing the pin...i went to LEGIT to talk to the owner to resolve the matter and to ask to be compensated for the money I spent to repair what the did not fox properly..the owner was rude and an add as he was the same day of the services render...how do u hire incompetent mechanics and tell me thats not ur problem....see you in small claims..the process now begins read more
