I got some great news for people with disabilities or handicap. At the beginning of this year, I spoke to a gentleman named Hyman. I asked him about getting recalls done in my home in my driveway. This is something they just started doing so a lot of of the Ford employees may not be aware so if they don't offer this option to you, ask them about it. They'll do the recall in your driveway unless it needs to go to them. And if it does need to go all the way back to Connick Lane they don't care they will come out. They will pick up your car. They will service it the way you needed it and they will bring it back home for you free of charge!! I know for me I have CIDP which makes the nerves in my legs. Very tired after 20 minutes of driving. And Leif Johnson Ford on Coney Lane is where I bought my beautiful 2016 Mustang brand new back then. But now that they have this great new service for people in need for either handicap, disabled, or other. Please share this with your friends and family that all Ford dealers will be doing this! And again, like I said it's brand new so a lot of of the people you may talk to to make a service call may not be aware so just remind them of what you've read here and then somebody will be able to fix it for you. All free of charge. This company is an amazing location. I just wish it was closer to me. I'm all the way in Kyle and they're coming all the way out from Coney Lane. You are all so very helpful but now you have made life easier for people like me in this world who have a hard time driving a long distance or if I have to have someone drive me. Hello, I arrived at the Ford dealership and no one came outside to greet me, so I got out of my car and walked into the service area and stood there at the front door for 20 seconds or so and no one acknowledged me as a customer. I then proceeded to walk over to the cashier area where the lady there asked if I had been helped, and I said, "No!". She proceeded to ask one of the four service men sitting doing absolutely nothing! The cashier asked If someone could help me and no one said a word. I then walked out the front door and got into my car peacefully. It was after I got into my car that I saw an attendant trying to approach my car. They were rude and disrespectful! After I got into my car I drove straight over to Manor Rd. Ford Riata Dealership where AJ there sold me a brand new 2025 Ford Explore. I will NEVER go back to that location again!!!!My money spends good anywhere, I have excellent credit and have purchased over 6 vehicles from Ford within 10 years. I was also scheduled to meet with Scarlet (Norma) this day to purchase a nee car at the 290 location but I was so disappointed in your staff's customer service that I refused to purchase anything from your store. Went in to get an oil change, two door handle replacements and drive train diagnostic. After a week of not hearing anything, I called for an update and was told it would be ready in a few days. I waited a few days, but nothing. A few days turned into two weeks and I initiated every contact for the entirety. I finally had a manager call me back (after bombarding them with calls) and quote me for $1300 and that it would be ready in 24 hrs- which turned into another week. Long story short- 3 weeks for them only to replace my power steering fluid hoses and nothing else and try to charge me $1700. I would NOT recommend doing business here. Made an appointment to drive a car. Received quote for my trade in. Drive one hour, salesman comes out and says 'you're early!' and then informs me they don't have keys but I'm welcome to SIT IN IT. Really? Usually I make test-drive appointments to take a TEST DRIVE. He tells me they will give me 6k less than they quoted me and says 'I'm going to smoke a cigarette' and disappears. WOW. Leif Johnson has been by far the worst experience one can go through when purchasing a vehicle. I purchased a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED Explorer. After 1-2 days driving, something felt funny (like a large jolt). We took it back and the service department teamed with finance to "make things right" as we were wanting to back out with their commitment to return it within an allotted time. They put us in a brand new loaner and reassured us it would come back with no problems. Of course, stupid us, this took us out of the "return" period. Got vehicle back, same issue. Took Service Manager with us to show the issue as he couldn't replicate it. Boom...replicated. We were then promised to be given WeatherTech floor mats and a maintenance service package as once again I was going to be put into a loaner car. They decided to put a whole new transmission. Luckily I purchased the premium extended warranty or this could have been nasty. The service manager was great, despite all the issues we had (I documented that I only had my vehicle in my possession for a total of 3 weeks in the first 4 months I owned it...mostly bc I was waiting on a loaner or it would have been less). But with the service manager making things right, we worked with them. Recently, we went in to get an oil change and they stated we didn't have a maintenance service package. And the service manager retired and was no longer there. I asked for them to review the history and see we haven't paid for oil changes, etc. and they twisted it and said "yes I see we have comped your oil changes". I told them I had a signed letter with them committing to a maintenance package and they said you'll have to show that. Went home. Found letter. Today I get a call from their Operations Director, Kevin Hopper, and he tells me that when they give a maintenance package out it is "typically" 5-6 oil changes and wiper blades. He then said "we have exceeded our commitment and will no longer be doing anything further for you". I let him know that is false, as the package the service manager and I talked about covered far more than that (it was a package that was available to purchase). I came here for a recall repair. After the work was done I came in to pick up my F150 and wasn't too thrilled with the service. I checked in and was told they would alert my repair specialist. After about half an hour of waiting I went to the desk to discover they forgot about me. When I got my truck back it was covered in bird poop. I asked if they would wash it and was told they didn't have a car wash. I'm not sure I believe that. Doesn't every dealership have a wash for cars they sell? This is the worst car buying experience I've ever had, or ever could have imagined. They deceived us and treated us poorly from the time we handed them our money. 1. They delivered the car to us without detailing it first. Only after 3 attempts and complaints did they rectify the situation. 2. They promised us a second set of keys, but didn't deliver it until we complained on Yelp, then apologized for providing a "less than perfect experience". Note that it took several weeks to get the keys, and that we were lied to by their team several times while we were waiting for the keys. 3. The car we bought from them had 36,000 miles on it. The engine blew out at 38,000 miles - due to neglect, which any competent dealer would have detected when they procured the car. 4. We had to pay a $500 insurance deductible to replace the engine. We kindly asked them to make the situation right, by reimbursing us. They declined. I really wish I would have done more due diligence on this company before doing business with them. Had I read a review like this, I would have saved myself weeks of frustration and hundreds of dollars. This review pertains to the Leif Johnson Service Center & not the Sales department. I have never experienced the Sales Dept, and after this experience, never will. Here's the review: I manage a Hot Shot logistics company in Austin. One of our fleet Ford F-250 Diesel engine trucks was accidentally filled with 87 octane unleaded fuel. Big no-no. We had the vehicle towed from the field to our warehouse for a little DIY. After draining the fuel tank & replacing both fuel filters & fuel pump, we established that this was a bigger issue that we couldn't handle. We then towed the vehicle to Leif Johnson. After spending a full day-and-a-half in the service bay, the service adviser called and gave us the news. They stated, verbatim, "much damage has occurred. Looking at extensive repairs. We recommend a FULL fuel system replacement. You're looking at approximately $11,450 in repairs, plus a new battery, plus the towing charge." We paid the $230 diagnostic charge plus $120 tow bill and towed the truck out of there. Obviously Leif Johnson wasn't interested in the repair. I did some extensive research on diesel mechanics and found "M&M Diesel & Auto Repair" in Manor. They were extremely helpful, were willing to start from the bottom. In the end, M&M fixed the problem, replaced brake pads, replaced a bad battery.. all for under $1000. Needless to say, Leif Johnson is a thing of the past and we've now found our go-to mechanic. read more

Run. Don't Walk. Get as far away from this Dealership As Possible. Drove from San Antonio to Austin to look at an SUV. The vehicle was posted online on several major sites. We should have walked when we got there and the damaged rear bumper we were looking at DID NOT MATCH the picture of the NON-DAMAGED PICTURE of the BUMPER ONLINE. But the VIN # did match. They must have used a picture from another vehicle. The vehicle is still for sale and the pictures have not been updated. HMMM??!!!. We had set an appointment with one salesperson, but were immediately turned over to a different sales person, from what I have read this is a classic move of Shady Dealerships. The battery was smothered in Acid and the Rear Bumper needed to be replaced. None of this was disclosed online nor over the phone. I asked if the accident the vehicle was in was reflected on the CarFax. The Sales guy then asked What Accident? Maybe they just backed into something really hard" Mind you, there were gouged holes in 2 different areas on the bumper the size of a tennis ball. I asked if I could have a mechanic look at it and he told me after I purchased I had seven days to get it checked out. In other words, the ONLY way I could make sure that everything worked fine and there was no hidden damages was to purchase it first. We test drove the vehicle and actually liked the way the vehicle performed so we ultimately made and offer. The offer that was made took into account #s from Kelly Blue Book and N.A.D.A. The offer also took into account the vehicle was damaged which was not disclosed up front nor priced accordingly. I even included a profit margin into the offer knowing that the company would want to make money and so the sales guy could get paid commission. Most people would want to purchase a vehicle that is not crunched or would look to replace the damages parts and the replacement Costs Money - they were NOT going to fix it and it came with NO WARRANTY.. I gave my offer and the guy told me I was "Ridiculous". I referenced the undisclosed damage, the very leaky battery and the average value of the vehicle and he told me there was no way he would take it to his boss. I told him that I would step outside for 15 minutes to give him some space and then he could come back with an offer that HE felt was more reasonable. 15 minutes later I came back in and he is playing a video game on his phone. I asked what number he had come up with and he said "NONE!!!!" He told me my offer and I were ridiculous. I was floored that I was treated like that, said "BYE" turned and never looked back. By the way, the office is Run Down, the carpets should have been replaced years ago (Torn up and filthy)and the entire building smelled of sewage. Sold my used vehicle thru their auction program on a Tuesday and by Thursday they were wanting the car at the dealership to ship it off as they already had a car carrier waiting for it when I arrived. They had the title on Tuesday and docs arrived the next day. Took till the following Wednesday to get me a check with me threatening to either have my vehicle back or the check or i was calling the police. The sales rep that was helping me was great. Everyone else was fake and full of stall tactics. There is no clarity disclosed as to timeline for payment at all and nothing but one hurdle after another with them. I can only imagine what buying a car from them would be like. Btw they are also part of Riata Ford in Manor. If you sell them a vehicle good luck waiting a week or so for the check. read more

He informs me that they do have lots of problems with scheduling auto appointments and my complaint isn't the first. He said they had lots of things they needed to work out So in other words while they work out these issues, customers who are scheduling car services and have a busy schedule themselves and need their vehicles are just playing Russian Roulette with Lief Johnson's Ford service department when it come to scheduling appointments. My advice to Ruben was to advise people who choose take make appointments that "they may or may not have an appointment when they bring their vehicles in to LJF" and see how that works out for them! Service department gives multiple answers when I took my car in after a month. 3 different quotes from three different service Dept staff. Still payed $200.00 without an itemized invoice. I recently went to LJF to buy my 2014 Scion IQ. Rambunctious family in tow! Gabriel greeted us on the lot and immediately got me in the car for a test drive, he was professional and personable. I came pre-approved with a trade so the process was quick, water was provided to keep us comfortable, considering how busy they were we were in and out much quicker than expected. They were too busy that Saturday to detail my car but they gladly invited me back to have them do so during the week. At the dealership, we met with Drew "Tennessee" Gookin, who is technically a salesman for Leif Johnson Ford, but helped us with our used car purchase as well. He was friendly and personable, making the stressful process of buying a car a bit less daunting. Drew helped us test drive a MINI with low miles we really liked. All the deal makers at Leif Johnson Superstore Central were professional and business-minded, but the numbers didn't line up the first day, so we walked. The next day, however, we had second thoughts and called Drew. He drove into work on his day off to help get us into a car. Armed with a bit more information and a conviction to decline all optional accessories, the negotiations got closer. Did I end up paying a few hundred more than I wanted to pay for the car? Yes. But Drew and Steve did make the process mostly painless. Signing and title transfer were easy. I'm happy with the car. I took my Ford Ranger here because of an overheating problem. I had an inkling that it may have been the thermostat, but didn't know for sure. I thought about trying to fix it myself, but I was extremely busy with other projects and didn't know how long it might take for me to figure it out, so I bit the bullet and got it into this shop. After waiting for a while, the service rep collects me and takes me out back to where my truck is sitting. His cohort is standing by, and I am told that he is the chief mechanic there. Together they tell me how there is a crack in the top of the radiator and that is the problem. The whole radiator needs to be replaced they say, and it would be about $800. Looking at the "crack", I was completely flabbergasted because it was no crack, it was just a seam in the plastic, a vestige of the molding process. Completely straight, completely horizontal, extending to both ends of the top of the radiator. But they stood together in solidarity, it's not a seam, it is a crack, and it is definitely the cause of your problem. And if I leave now, without getting it fixed, I'll probably destroy my engine. I know a lot of auto repair places lie, but what amazed me was how they stuck to their guns after I called them on their BS, quoting their years of experience and knowledge and belittling my observations. Most places will try to backpedal a little when they realize you're not as ignorant as they'd hoped. But I took my chances and left, driving straight to AutoZone for a thermostat. It was $12 or so, and maybe a few minutes to install. It solved the problem COMPLETELY. This was in 2008 so maybe they have more honest employees now. I won't ever go back though. read more

This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. First they sold me a car with four scratched wheels. I pointed it out before finalizing the paperwork. They said they would yake care of it and not to worry. Three hours later paperwork was done and they said "nothing we can do about it" 2014 Ford Flex 11 miles cash deal and they wanted us to leave with badly scratched wheels. After that it has been loose bumper, fading paint, grinding window all within 30 days of purchase. My wife called the service department almost 20 times and gets put on hold and no one answers. Never again!! I found a car we wanted online and contacted Leif Johnson via the Internet sales link. I was contacted by Steve Clark who said that although the car we wanted was at their Elgin location, he'd have it brought to the Koenig Ln. location. He also sent me the link to apply for credit so he could have that ready, and we agreed to meet about 3:00pm. We arrived at 3:00. No car. No credit approval ready. He said they were working a deal on the car in Elgin right at that moment, but if it fell through then he'd get it transferred over. But if not, he had over 600 cars that we could choose from. He then started the song and dance about not having the credit approval ready, but to have a seat and give him 5 minutes. I immediately began to feel uncomfortable. Sure enough, he came back saying the credit wasn't approved and started pressuring me about how much money we could put down. I asked him why he didn't get the car transferred to his lot like he said he would, and he said he had been waiting on the credit approval. At that point, I was done. I told him we were leaving because he didn't do what he told me he would do. He gave me a very sarcastic "good luck to you" as we walked out. We then went to Capitol Chevrolet, where I bought a car a few months ago, and walked away with the car we wanted with no hassles and no shady, greasy, auto salesmen giving me the run around. Only go here if you enjoy stereotypical car salesman games and LOTS of dishonesty. I can't tell you how many pitiful deceptions these guys tried to pull. They claimed I couldn't get my trade-in back because they had already sold it ... within less than 24 hours! Naturally when I showed up at the dealership they "found it" parked directly behind the building. I tried to buy three different cars from these guys, and every time they said, "take it home for the night and drive it" and the next day there was some unforeseen problem that was going to make the car more expensive. Finally when I decided to buy a car somewhere else, they stole the keys to my trade-in, saying "the key guy" wasn't in, for days. It's an awful dealership. The sales staff is really rookie, dishonest, and lacks all integrity. I had a much better experience just going to another dealership. Save yourself the trouble. read more

Visiting this car lot had to be one of the most unpleasant experiences of my entire life. A few weeks ago, I was looking for a car lot to sell my vehicle and went to Leif Johnson Ford to see what kind of deal they could offer me. As I pulled up to the dealership I noticed a large banner which stated that Leif Johnson Ford would pay $1000 over what Carmax would offer. I went inside Leif Johnson Ford and confirmed this with a salesman. I finally got a chance to visit Carmax to get an estimate and was offered $3500 for my vehicle. I went back to LJF and immediately regretted that decision. As I pulled into the lot I noticed a group of people milling around a large tractor trailer truck that was unloading its cargo. The truck driver was having a shouting match with employees from the dealership and it nearly turned into a fist fight. F bombs and the middle finger were flying everywhere but the most unprofessional part came from the young lady who worked inside. She took out her cell phone and rather than attending to me, the customer, she was busy video taping the confrontation taking place outside. When I was finally able to get someone to help me things got even worse. Rather than honoring the banner displayed outside in full color that clearly stated the $1000 offer over Carmax, the young lady who I assume does the appraisals began to go over what was wrong with the car despite the fact that I showed her the Carmax estimate. I reminded her about the sign out front and asked her if she was going to honor it. She looked at me with a deer in the headlights look and she started backing out of the office. I mentioned quite loudly that this had to be a scam because clearly they were not in the business of honoring their claims. She went to get someone else who could assist me but even that gentleman was no better. As a matter of fact he, too, ignored the sign and began to aggressively confront me about the car I brought in. I stood my ground and told him that Leif Johnson Ford must be running a scam with that banner and use it only to entice potential customers to drive into their lot and then sucker them into buying a new car probably at 20% interest. I wasn't getting anywhere with him so I drove out of there and went back to Carmax where I sold my vehicle for their previously quoted price. What a nightmare! We purchased a used vehicle from LJ Superstore in July 2013 (Ford Escape) and paid for a 3 year warranty. Over the past few weeks the vehicle has randomly stalled out while driving. The first 2 times we were able to just restart it and go on. This last time it would not restart. We had it towed LJ Ford Central on Thursday afternoon and my wife was told she would be contacted the next day about the problem/repair. The next day we had not received any contact so I called them at 4pm. Right from that point it was apparent these folks are inept. I called the main number and asked for John Ramirez, he was the service rep that promised a call back, the person that answered the call said she didn't know who he was and asked if I was sure I was calling the right location. After several minutes of round the merry-go-round of stupid I was transferred to the service department and eventually was connected to John Ramirez. At first he could not even locate our vehicle in their computer, then he says "oh here it is", then places me on hold for an eternity and then disconnects me. I call back, go thru the same BS to get to John Ramirez and he tells me the car is ready to be picked up. So I drive my wife there and drop her off to pick up her car. Then Ramirez tells her he made a mistake that he mixed up her car with someone else's and actually they had not even looked at her car. This is all happening @ Friday rush hour in Austin during a torrential rain and I'm already miles away when she calls me to come back to pick her up. I get on the phone w/ Ramirez and goes into this lengthy "explanation" of how busy he is, mistakes happen, he is sorry, yada=yada=yada! He also states they won't be able to even diagnose the problem till Monday OR Tuesday. When asked how he could rectify his mistake, I was told he couldn't do anything. I asked about a rental car which is included in our warranty, he stated that is only included for a "qualified" repair which he does not know if it is because they have not even looked at the car so we would have to pay for a rental. At this point I am so livid I can't even speak, I just went there and rescued my wife. The one and only reason I am giving a 2 star rating on this review is this. I called and spoke to Gordon, the sales director. After describing the entire situation he immediately offered to provide a rental car at no charge. read more

I went to purchase a vehicle and had been working with a salesperson for a couple of days and on the 3rd day were pushed us off on a different salesperson. They made an offer on a trade in without even driving it. We tried to negotiate a deal and they would not even discuss. We left and and texted another offer to our salesman about 15 minutes after we left. He responded " I wiil talk to my boss and let you know". It has been 2 weeks still no response back to this day. Let me start this review by saying if I could give this place no stars, I would. In June 2017 my boyfriends transmission went out on his truck that was bought from this dealership. Luckily the insurance we had for it was going to cover it and Leif Johnson put in a new transmission for him. About a month ago we were driving home around and we keep hearing a loud noise coming from underneath the truck, so we pull over and we both look underneath the truck and all of a sudden there was a spark and pop sound and the truck turns off. We tried to turn the truck back on and nothing, we knew right away it had to be something with the transmission and the receipt we had from them when they put the new transmission in ( not even a year ago might I add ) had no warranty expiration date listed at the top so we immediately called Leif Johnson. A women answered and I asked her If I could speak to someone in the service department and she said since it was already past 7pm service department was closed for the day, so I told her our dilemma and told her we were stuck on the side of the road and that they had done our transmission not even a year ago so they need to do something on there end and get us towed over there. Her response was and I quote " Oh that's horrible, yeah if we did the transmission we should fix that for you guys and I can give you the number for the towing service and they will tow it here tonight and you guys can just come here in the morning when we open up ". I also asked her to be clear WE ARE NOT PAYING FOR THE TOW, RIGHT? and she confirmed we didn't have to pay for the tow. Next day we get there and check in and we speak to a man named Andrew who said they would be looking at the truck soon, so we waited in the waiting room for about an hour and he came back to tell us they were busy and were going to look at it soon and that we could go home and they would call us later with news about the truck. We called them around 5pm the same day and asked if they had an update on our truck, Andrew told us that they didn't get the chance to look at it so they would look at it the next day but we told them, we cannot be without a vehicle because that is my boyfriends way to work and home and were going to need a rental and Andrew said that we could get a rental from them and again I ask the question WE WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE RENTAL, RIGHT? He confirmed and told us No we would not be charged for it, since they had our truck. So we picked up the rental for my boyfriend to drive since his truck was stuck there and 3 weeks pass by and we called every other day for an update on the truck and every time we called response was the same, "we still haven't looked at it". About a week ago WE call AGAIN and they finally give us an update and tell us that the engine is locked and that we were out of warranty and that it would need a new engine and it would cost $8500 to do so. We asked what specifically in the engine was it and they told us they could not tell us without looking into the engine further which would mean we would have to pay them for the labor and service. So we told them no thank you we will just take it somewhere else and move forward from there. Well I'm pretty sure they didn't like that answer because they now tell us that we will be in charge of paying the tow bill and we owed them $700 for the rental they had us in for the 3-4 weeks they had our truck. We told them that we wanted to speak to a manager because this wasn't right at all. They transfer us to Dustin who is the service manager there and he said they would not eat a tow bill and that we need to pay it and we argued back and fourth for about 5 minutes stating we were told we didn't have to pay for the tow or the rental, and he told us that he had no authority over those decisions so I told him I no longer wanted to talk to him then since he had no authority and I wanted to speak to someone above him and he told me that he would have there manager call us Monday. So Monday rolls around and guess what? Shocked! NO CALL. So here we are again calling them! and again we were passed to Dustin and at this point my boyfriend and I are heated because we needed to get this resolved so we drop off the rental that same day because we no longer want anything to do with Leif Johnson and we get our truck towed back to our house, so we paid the tow bill and $700 rental bill they charged us as well. Same week and we go buy a new engine for $1500 and we paid a mechanic to pull out the old engine and put in the new one and guess what he told us, ITS NOT THE ENGINE BUT THE TRANSMISSION! Words cannot begin to explain how upset we are with the fact that we did all this for nothing! Do not do business here! read more

Purchased a $50K Ram 3500, but tires needed balanced and windshield washer part needed replaced. I was told to come in first thing the next morning and they would get it fixed. Arrived at 8:30, waited patiently for 2.5 hours and then asked about the progress. I was told there was a 5 day wait for repairs and could I make an appt. Seriously?? Love the truck, but as with most businesses these days, service after the sale sucks. Of course, I lost my shi_, and the repair was done within an hour. Moved to the Austin area about two weeks ago.. the day after we arrived someone hit my car, totaling it. It was a very stressful time buying a car seeing as how it was next to impossible to prove my residency, income, etc. but Veronica and Mike O. quickly took all the stress out of it. This review is for parts. I needed new door lock actuators for my 2010 F150. I went into parts and purchased the parts for the best price I could find anywhere. Later I opened the boxes to find that one of the parts was an old part. I called the part center who brought the part I needed to me replacing the old one that was given to me by mistake. I waited a couple days before writing this so I could be more constructive in my criticism vs. destructive. We took my mom's 2003 Ford Focus to Leif Johnson Ford Service Dept. for service. Being as old as it is, it is still worth repairing to my 87 yr old mother. All she needs is to have reliable transportation. Yes, she still drives although her driving is basically within a 5 mile radius of her home. Her car only has 63,000 mile on it. Don't think we are asking too much of it to last longer. I made an "appointment" to have her car looked at. "Appointment", per the service attendant, only meant Mom's car would eventually be looked at before UNscheduled vehicles were. She explained they were very busy. Definitely not what I anticipated. Dr appointments, hair appointments, parent/teacher appointments are not handled the same, right?! Also when they say they'll call you; don't believe them. The estimate came via email late on the third day, which in our case was Friday, to the tune of $2900. For a vehicle valued at $2300! Seriously?Mom isn't rolling in dough so she won't be able to have all those repairs completed...but even the necessities would have brought the bill down to approx $1600...still more than an elder but capable woman can afford on a fixed income. Even if she could have afforded that bill, her car would still have to wait it's turn to be actually repaired, leaving her stranded in an emergency. Our hurdle to jump, granted but her car had already been there, basically un touched, for three days and our faith in the service Dept by then didn't give us much confidence we'd get it back in a reasonable amount of time. Plus, being kept in the dark about its diagnosis left us at their whim. Communication is everything and Leif Johnson Service Dept conducts themselves as if they can't be bothered. I got her car outta there for $174 and some change for the diagnosis fee plus tax and it, nor I, will ever go back to Leif Johnson Ford Service...nor will I ever purchase a Ford product if that's how they conduct their service departments. read more

I am the proud owner of a 2006 F-150 and an 08' Ford Edge! Let me tell you I love these cars! I even have owners advantage a warranty that covers pretty much everything and when it expired they gave me a great price for oil changes (16$) there after! I recently took my Edge In for an A/C fix and also to fix cooling fan, the bill was $1400 dollars but The A/C sure was cold!;) I take the vehicle home drive it for two weeks and that's when the problems started!;( I was driving the car to work and all of a sudden the maintenance light comes on an the car just won't drive! I then get it towed to Leif J And let them know what happened! They charge me 120$ to tell me that I would have to pay 4500$ for a new transmission! I disagreed and got it towed to firestone! They called me back and said that there was nothing wrong with the car that it needed transmission fluid and there was no OIL in the car! I had to top it off my self or my car would have self destructed if I didn't take it somewhere else! NOW it runs way better! BEWARE OF LIEF JOHNSON FORD! Something is not right with this place.... I won't be purchasing any Fords from this place anymore! I will most defiantly be purchasing from their competitor! read more
