After about 10 minutes without any update, we went back inside to check and were met with confusion, as if we had just arrived. We then waited another five minutes while menus were prepared before finally being seated. The lack of communication and the host's demeanor made for a frustrating start to the evening. That said, the experience improved significantly once we were seated. The bar staff and our server were both incredible and provided excellent service throughout the rest of our visit.

We were able to pick a seat, had quick service and were treated like one of the regulars (and we saw quite a few of them pop in and out). Had a very family run feel with pictures and TVs on the wall. The food was so good, a large cheese was the perfect size for me, my husband, and teenage son. Prices were affordable, and it was a nice low key lunch after a crazy travel day. They're delicious, but if you're looking for the heavier ricotta filling, you may be disappointed. The restaurant is also so cute inside. We understand that the service could have been affected due to the holiday we came for, and the waitress was surely kind and wanted to do a good job, but we have had better service in past experiences. My husband's came with a small bowl of pasta with sauce on side which he said just tasted bland and did not care for. The dessert - tiramisu, was good. I am not usually one for biscotti but did actually like the one served with my espresso. I wish there was a full bar.

So awkward in there. The staff talks about you behind your back and you feel crammed in. To be perfectly clear, charging full entrée price for a dish after acknowledging the customer declined the included items--without offering an alternative or adjustment--is bad business, regardless of how many paragraphs you write trying to justify it. Hiding behind rigid policies instead of customer service is your choice, but attacking patrons for expressing their experience is unacceptable. I did not "slander" your business--I shared factual experiences. The fact that you feel the need to accuse customers of harassment rather than reflect on feedback speaks volumes. If this is how you handle criticism publicly, it's no surprise issues arise privately. I will not be returning, and based on this response alone, I would strongly caution others who expect professionalism, accountability, or respectful treatment. This exchange says far more about your establishment than any review ever could. Never want to be back in that weird atmosphere!!!

There were no complaints about the food, everyone seemed satisfied with their choice.
