Firstly, I think price point should be more $$$ versus $$ ...but I say that in the best way possible because you get what you pay for! Nestled on Robertson blvd near Beverlywood, parking is convenient (street parking is abundant) YANA Is amazing, a true professional to her craft and so genuine with her treatments and suggestions! You are def. NOT just a number with her. Biologique Recherche (made in France) is the product they use and being it was my first time experiencing this line, I was blown away. 'Signature facial' was life changing It is the least expensive facial ( $95) on the menu but I chose this since I didnt know how their product would work with my skin...but sure enough, it was an EXPERIENCE. My assistant and I both walked out of our respective rooms, stared at each other and yelled "YOURE GLOWING!". It includes steam, extractions, high-frequency sterilization, facial massage, mask, & hydrating mask, and application of what tech suggests for your face. Menu says 60 minutes but again, I did not feel like a # and Yana took her time and I was out in 75 minutes +/-. Enjoyed every second. Yana took her time to give me samples that would work for MY skin regimine. This way, I can continue to test it out and if all is fabulous, buy the full bottle. btw...Who knew my face needed a MASSAGE?! ..but it did! Yana has magic hands! her facial massage was heavenly. This was the worst facial I have ever had in my entire life. I don't even know who my facialist was because she never told me her name. I knew within the minute of arriving, I should have just left. She never offered me water, spent no time getting to know me or the needs of my skin. All she asked me was whether I wanted the $145 facial or $185 facial....barely explained the difference between the two.  I chose this location because I wanted the Biologique Recherche facial. I have had friends in Dallas and New York get this facial and they said it was incredible. There was no machine used like their website advertises, the women left me alone for HALF of the time and all I could do was hear her talking to other people outside the room which was not very relaxing. She never told me what product she was putting on or what she was doing. She just sort of slapped products on and acted as if she was in a rush the whole time. I never received any sort of massage from her or advice on how to take care of my skin.  Part of the reason I chose this location was so I could get samples....which you were out of half of them. The towels also smelled mildew (I know the products smells...it wasn't the product...it was MOLD). I emailed the owner asking to remedy this situation. They did nothing to help or show any remorse. I wanted to dispute it with my credit card company but unfortunately,​​ since I was rendered the service, no matter how terrible it was, there was nothing they could do. Please do not go to this location and support them! They do not care about their customer's or their customer's experience. EDIT: I am adding photos of the conversation I had with the salon to show that I was not seeking out a "monetary" gain because I was dissatisfied (as I am allowed to be and have a right to be) with a service I found to be subpar. Hate to disagree with the majority of people, but I wanted to give my first and last impression of Lemaje Skin Care. I booked Yana for a Biologique Recherege facial, and her bedside manner and actual facial skills had a lot to be desired. Ultimately it was incredibly disappointing as I wanted to like it because of the BR is a line that I love and use. No. 1 huge offense: She diagnosed me with problems and actually disagreed with my board certified dermatologist when I told her it wasn't what she thought it was. Do you like your facialist to diagnose you with problems that are not actually your problems? Well then this is your place. No. 2 Despite it being a $240 ( + tip) dollar facial it was only 45 minutes long and she left me with a mask for over 20 minutes. I have had countless facials in my life, and usually they don't leave you for a whole 20 minutes on the first time. Also, only 45 minutes when it was supposed to be an hour (plus they upsold me on a cold mask which she left me basically to suffocate under for 20 minutes with the occasional check in). My experience is that they usually massage your hands etc. No. 3 Do you like someone saying emphasizing your flaws. She may have told me upwards of 20 times that I had red skin. I got it, lady. I have a mirror. I would definitely not have left a tip if the entire staff wasn't convened around the check out. Also, the delay in posting this review was the fact that I ordered a BR product from then (who knows why? I should have ordered it from another spa that treated people better), and I wanted to make sure I got that before and if they would hold it over my head. read more

I normally don't leave many reviews but I really had to for Lemaje Skin Care team. They are absolutely the very best group of people. From the moment you walk in you are greeted very politely and the customer service from the staff and MARINA is just the best. You know she really enjoys what she is doing and you feel how knowledgeable she is. I use the Biologique Recherche line and I had never purchased the eye care so the great thing is I got a get a sample of the cream at the same time I purchased it and was able to try the sample first...which I did..lucky for me. I was not crazy about the cream for MY eyes so I exchanged it for one with more hydrating ingredients. I LOVE it. Marina was very nice to explain how to pump it out of the bottle..to avoid waste. Really I can't wait to go back next month and have a facial with her. Will add a picture of the Eye Contour des Yeux Biosensible. I have tried them all for Valmont to La Prairie and this is the best...especially for sensitive eyes which I didn't know I had till I used the other eye creams and my eyes were runny and itchy. Several years ago a friend recommended Lemaje, I was starting to see signs of aging and Botox wasn't an option for me. I have been a client of the owner of Lemaje for over twenty years. Throughout those years, I have strayed occasionally and tried other aestheticians, eyebrow people and waxers, but always come back. Why? Because they are the best at everything. No lie. And I am extremely picky and demanding when it comes to everything- especially my looks. I am very vain and not ashamed to say it. I have even lived in Manhattan NY for a while, and was unable to find any comparable skincare/eyebrow place. I was going crazy missing Lemaje. There are no better eye brown shapers anywhere! I dare someone to challenge my assertion. They shape them the most natural and flattering way for each face. Every woman I have seen get eyebrows done, has looked much more attractive than before she came in. I think there's nothing more important for a woman to feeling beautiful then to have gorgeous eyebrows - they really frame your face.
