Awsome place (Lemos 76 will not shyster you) Friendly staff and fast service. No funny business here-it's hard to find an honest mechanic and shop; I highly recommend Victor. Victor replaced my shocks, struts, front and rear rotors, front and rear brakes for my 2004 Jeep Liberty within 4 hours. The best part about my experience was the no bullshit; I didn't get treated like a dumb girl. From my experience with mechanics they tend to take advantage of women but not the men who work here- very respectful and HONEST. I also had my pinion seal replaced and my differential fluid changed - on a different day of course. Go to Lemos you won't regret it. These guys are fantastic. I'd had dinner at a well known spot in Carmel and turned my car over to the valet. On he drive home, the car was making a funky sound...something was loose under the car. LEMOS 76 was close to me so the next day I stopped in. The first guy checked around and asked a colleague to do a test drive. Bumpy roads and trucks were no help in hearing the problem. We drove back. A young guy came over and slid under the car and in about 3 minutes, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot...gas tank heat shield. Best service in town! They go above and beyond! My low tire pressure light turned on and Daniel and Jose were very efficient about figuring out what the problem could have been since my psi went from 32 to 15. They found a defect on my new tire and changed it out to a spare along with putting air into my other 3 tires. They were so helpful and kind. I will always go back to them if I have any car issues. Let me start off with I recently bought a car case with no power steering belt, I naught one and my bf tried to put it on well he cracked the metal frame that holds the pully trying to losses it but was actually just adjusting the angle anywho I had a rough day that heppened this morning which made me late to work for hours I was Devastated couldn't get off my mind that he may have cracked my engine Royal came into my job and I asked him a quick question his response was beyond helpful so I took his advice and I went and checked them out on my 15 minute rest break not only did they get the job done in less than 10 minutes but the honesty the respect that was given and the timeThey put in for me meant so much it literally brought tears to my eyes I've been struggling with everything lately housing my car broke down but a new one and then I had a lot of other things going on but the experience I had today with them was more than memorable. No I'm not much of a softy but lately things have been tough people have been not so kind or willing to help much and not to mention very money hungry the job got done and with only a few dollars in my pocket I asked the total they look at me and they say it's free I literally started crying like a baby because it's hard to find people that genuinely care about their customers well-being I bought the belt and my own tools for 13 bucks I called places in Seaside they wanted to charge me $200-$400 to put it on I am forever grateful that Raul suggested this place to me.Literally Kurt did it in minutes and Raul there by his side grabbing every tool catching every screw seeing them working together on my car and the warmth and kindness on a day that I thought was gunna be a drag went from literally tears of anger stress and being overwhelmed went to tears of greatfulness tears of joy to know that these hard working men took care of me the way they did. Even friends I know that know my situation wanted to charge me 200 bucks these guys didn't know me or my situation AND ON TOP OF THAT I WENT OVR THERE UPSET NOT WITH THEM but with my own personal issues.ive never done a yelp review but I want the all of Monterey county to know that these men here will take care of you. They will look out for you and your best interest like I said I'm on a budget I'm a single mother so I most definitely need to save money and have reliable transportation. At the end I asked Kurt a question and his honest answer blew me away. Not only did they have have hearts of gold and big smiles on there faces but they took care of something that may seem little to others but to me I'll never call another shop again. I pulled into a pump, went in to give them cash, and was yelled at by some woman that I couldn't get gas there because that was the full service pump. The other day my husband and I where going on a trip to LA and decided to stop by to get an oil change before the trip. All my friends keep recommending me this mechanic shop for their low prices and their good mechanics so I decided to give them a try. I was truly impressed when I first arrived, it was by far the best mechanic shop that I have came to in a long time it has a lot of friendly staff such as Frank which showed me where the office was in order to make an appointment, but it was also very clean and well organized. Raul was very helpful and was actually able to squeeze us in the schedule right there and then. Fernando also helped us out by performing the oil change, and a full vehicle inspection in literally 35minutes. He was able to get the job done fast and right. I also want to point out that HE VACUUMED OUT MY CAR which no other shops do. I loved the friendly staff and the quick service that was provided to me, this will now be the only shop where I will bring my cars to and I'm going to recommend all of my friends to come and bring all their cars here. read more

The mechanics at Lemos 76 are skilled and the pricing is very reasonable. I have a Cadillac that is several years old and the local dealership had been charging me a lot of money for repairs. Lemos charged less by far and the workmanship is better by far. My car drives like never before, I had no idea it could perform like it is now. read more

My 15 years old beloved Nissan Maxima stalled in the middle of the road. AAA towed it to 76, since it was close, and I knew them from previous oil change/smog test on this car, and on my even older Chevy Silverado Truck. (One of the mechanics has the exact truck and knows how to fix it. Other shops charged me and the truck had the same issue a day later, so I trust only them now.) Kirk is the name of the mechanic who worked on my Nissan. He was nice explaining and showing the issue. He discussed how much it will cost, and worked with me to help. We tried to save some money by replacing one of those little light bulbs in the rear tail lights on my van. Little did we know, it isn't the easiest location to get to. After about an hour of farting around, I finally suggested to my husband that maybe the mechanic at the 76 station around the corner might be able to help. He drove up there, explained the problem, the mechanic (don't know his name) got the bulb in and the back of the car put back together. When we asked how much for his time, he said "nothing". Because of that, I am planning to bring my daughter's car in to get an oil leak fixed. What goes around, comes around. read more
